學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)初建(jian)占地九(jiu)點(dian)九(jiu)畝,歷十二載發展擴(kuo)至(zhi)四十七畝,容(rong)納三(san)十余班。2000年(nian)始學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)步入跨越式發展階(jie)段(duan),聘請同濟大學(xue)(xue)王伯偉院(yuan)長(chang)、華東院(yuan)張樹祝院(yuan)長(chang)等專家(jia)對學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)進行(xing)總體規(gui)劃設計,并投資六(liu)千(qian)多萬元進行(xing)擴(kuo)建(jian)改造,新建(jian)成一千(qian)二百人容(rong)量(liang)(liang)的(de)高(gao)標準學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)公寓(yu)樓(lou)二棟(dong)(dong),三(san)千(qian)六(liu)百人容(rong)量(liang)(liang)的(de)現(xian)代化餐廳樓(lou)一棟(dong)(dong),六(liu)十個教學(xue)(xue)班容(rong)量(liang)(liang)的(de)教學(xue)(xue)樓(lou)及科研樓(lou)一棟(dong)(dong),建(jian)塑(su)膠運(yun)動場、生(sheng)活(huo)廣場和(he)希望(wang)廣場,改造一號(hao)二號(hao)教學(xue)(xue)樓(lou)、辦(ban)公樓(lou)及一號(hao)二號(hao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)公寓(yu)樓(lou),大面積綠化校(xiao)(xiao)園等。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)筑面積達六(liu)萬平方米(mi),,至(zhi)此(ci),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教學(xue)(xue)區(qu)(qu)、生(sheng)活(huo)區(qu)(qu)、運(yun)動區(qu)(qu)布局合理,現(xian)代化教學(xue)(xue)設施日臻完善,為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創設了安(an)靜舒適的(de)學(xue)(xue)習、生(sheng)活(huo)環境(jing)。
