盤木(mu)胎黑漆(qi),內外均雕(diao)云(yun)紋,堆(dui)漆(qi)甚厚,晶瑩照人,刻工圓潤,在黝黑峻深的(de)(de)(de)刀(dao)口斷(duan)面露出(chu)朱漆(qi)四道(dao),是(shi)《髹(xiu)飾錄(lu)》中所謂“烏間朱線”的(de)(de)(de)作法。盤底黑漆(qi)浮(fu)躁,顯然曾(ceng)經重(zhong)髹(xiu)飾,正中署(shu)(shu)楷書填金“乾(qian)隆(long)年制”四字(zi)款,為(wei)后髹(xiu)底漆(qi)時(shi)所加刻。近足邊緣處有針劃“張(zhang)成造”三字(zi)細款,此為(wei)張(zhang)成慣(guan)用的(de)(de)(de)署(shu)(shu)款方法。此盤漆(qi)色(se)和(he)刀(dao)工均與(yu)現藏于安(an)徽省(sheng)博物館的(de)(de)(de)“張(zhang)成造”剔犀(xi)云(yun)紋盒如出(chu)一轍,系張(zhang)成作品無(wu)疑,原款應為(wei)后髹(xiu)底漆(qi)時(shi)所覆(fu)蓋。
烏間朱線(xian)是漆器工藝用語,指髹漆時(shi)由于黑色漆層(ceng)(ceng)較厚,紅色漆層(ceng)(ceng)較薄,在(zai)刀口(kou)斷面(mian)處可見黑色漆層(ceng)(ceng)中夾(jia)雜的紅色漆層(ceng)(ceng)似一(yi)條紅線(xian)。
剔(ti)(ti)紅(hong)(hong)-雕漆品種(zhong)之(zhi)一(yi),又名“雕紅(hong)(hong)漆”或“紅(hong)(hong)雕漆”。此技法成熟于宋元時(shi)期(qi),發展于明(ming)清兩代。明(ming)黃成《髹飾(shi)錄·坤集·雕鏤第十·剔(ti)(ti)紅(hong)(hong)》中寫(xie)道:“剔(ti)(ti)紅(hong)(hong),即雕紅(hong)(hong)漆也。……宋元之(zhi)制,藏鋒清楚,隱起圓滑(hua),纖細精(jing)致。”其法常以木(mu)灰、金(jin)屬為胎,在胎骨上層(ceng)層(ceng)髹紅(hong)(hong)漆,少則八九十層(ceng),多達(da)一(yi)二百層(ceng),至相當的(de)(de)厚度,待半干時(shi)描上畫(hua)稿,然后再雕刻花(hua)紋。一(yi)般以錦紋為地,花(hua)紋隱起,華美富麗。根據漆色的(de)(de)不同(tong),有剔(ti)(ti)紅(hong)(hong)、剔(ti)(ti)黃、剔(ti)(ti)綠、剔(ti)(ti)黑、剔(ti)(ti)彩(cai)、剔(ti)(ti)犀之(zhi)分,其中以剔(ti)(ti)紅(hong)(hong)器最(zui)多見。
