楞嚴經卷二
【原文】爾時。阿難及諸大眾。聞佛示誨(hui)。身心泰(tai)然。念無始來(lai)(lai)。失卻本心。妄(wang)認緣塵。分別影事。今日(ri)開悟。如失乳(ru)兒。忽遇慈(ci)母。合(he)掌禮佛。愿聞如來(lai)(lai)。顯出身心。真妄(wang)虛(xu)實。現前生滅。與不生滅。二發明性。
【譯文】那時(shi)候,阿難(nan)和(he)大眾們聽聞了(le)佛(fo)的(de)(de)教誨,一時(shi)身(shen)心安穩(wen)泰(tai)然,意織到(dao)自己從久遠以來(lai),就已失(shi)卻了(le)本真(zhen)(zhen)的(de)(de)心性,從而以幻(huan)影(ying)為真(zhen)(zhen)實,去(qu)攀緣在(zai)世間器物世界(jie)上(shang)面,今日聽了(le)如來(lai)教誨,開啟了(le)智慧,就如迷失(shi)了(le)的(de)(de)嬰(ying)兒又回到(dao)了(le)慈母的(de)(de)懷抱(bao),他們一起合掌頂(ding)禮,祈愿如來(lai)為眾人顯(xian)示身(shen)心的(de)(de)真(zhen)(zhen)實與虛(xu)妄,現(xian)示身(shen)心的(de)(de)生生滅(mie)滅(mie),和(he)不(bu)(bu)生不(bu)(bu)滅(mie)的(de)(de)二種真(zhen)(zhen)實性相。
【原文】時。波(bo)斯匿王。起立白佛(fo)。我昔未(wei)承諸(zhu)佛(fo)誨敕(chi)。見迦旃延。毗羅胝子。咸言。此身死后斷滅。名為涅槃。我雖值佛(fo)。今猶狐疑。云何發揮。證知此心(xin)。不生滅地。令此大(da)眾。諸(zhu)有(you)漏者。咸皆愿聞。
【譯文】當時,波斯匿王(wang)站(zhan)起來對如來說:從(cong)(cong)前,我還(huan)沒有領(ling)受到如來教(jiao)誨(hui)時,我去見迦旃延(yan)和苦修(xiu)者毗(pi)羅胝子,他(ta)們都(dou)說,人死后一切(qie)斷滅就叫做涅槃(pan)。雖然我尊奉佛法,但是我現在仍然有疑惑,怎樣才能發物本心,從(cong)(cong)而證知這個心不生不滅呢?法會中沒有證到無漏圣(sheng)位的(de)大眾都(dou)愿意聆聽如來的(de)教(jiao)誨(hui)。
【原文】佛(fo)告大王(wang)。汝(ru)身(shen)現存(cun)。今復問汝(ru)。汝(ru)此肉身(shen)。為同金剛(gang)常住(zhu)不朽。為復變壞(huai)。
世尊(zun)。我(wo)今(jin)此(ci)(ci)身(shen)。終從(cong)變(bian)滅。佛(fo)言。大王。汝未曾(ceng)(ceng)滅。云何知(zhi)滅。世尊(zun)。我(wo)此(ci)(ci)無(wu)常(chang)變(bian)壞(huai)之身(shen)。雖未曾(ceng)(ceng)滅。我(wo)觀現(xian)前。念(nian)念(nian)遷(qian)謝(xie)。新新不住(zhu)。如火成灰。漸(jian)漸(jian)銷殞。殞亡不息(xi)。決知(zhi)此(ci)(ci)身(shen)。當從(cong)滅盡。
佛(fo)言(yan)。如(ru)是。大王。汝(ru)今生齡。已從(cong)衰老(lao)。顏貌何(he)如(ru)童子之(zhi)時。世尊(zun)。我昔(xi)孩孺。膚腠(cou)潤澤。年至長成。血氣充(chong)滿。而今頹(tui)齡。迫于衰耄。形色枯悴。精神昏(hun)昧。發白面皺。逮將不久。如(ru)何(he)見比充(chong)盛之(zhi)時。
佛言(yan)。大(da)王(wang)。汝之形容(rong)。應不頓(dun)朽。王(wang)言(yan)。世尊(zun)。變(bian)化密移。我(wo)誠不覺。寒暑遷流。漸(jian)至于此。何以故。我(wo)年二(er)十(shi)(shi)。雖(sui)號年少。顏(yan)貌已老初十(shi)(shi)年時。三十(shi)(shi)之年又(you)衰二(er)十(shi)(shi)。于今(jin)六十(shi)(shi)又(you)過(guo)于二(er)。觀五十(shi)(shi)時。宛然強壯。世尊(zun)。我(wo)見密移。雖(sui)此殂落。其間(jian)流易。且限十(shi)(shi)年。若復令我(wo)微細(xi)思(si)惟(wei)(wei)。其變(bian)寧惟(wei)(wei)一(yi)紀(ji)二(er)紀(ji)。實為年變(bian)。豈惟(wei)(wei)年變(bian)。亦兼(jian)月(yue)化。何直月(yue)化。兼(jian)又(you)日(ri)遷。沉(chen)思(si)諦觀。剎那剎那。念念之間(jian)。不得停(ting)住。故知我(wo)身。終從變(bian)滅。
【譯文】如(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)對波斯(si)匿王說(shuo)(shuo):你(ni)(ni)(ni)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)身(shen)軀(qu)如(ru)(ru)(ru)今(jin)猶存,那(nei)么(me),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)問(wen)你(ni)(ni)(ni),你(ni)(ni)(ni)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)肉質身(shen)是(shi)(shi)像(xiang)金剛石那(nei)樣常存不(bu)(bu)壞(huai)呢?還(huan)是(shi)(shi)會(hui)(hui)衰變(bian)毀壞(huai)呢?波斯(si)匿王說(shuo)(shuo):世(shi)(shi)尊(zun)(zun),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)身(shen)軀(qu)終究會(hui)(hui)損毀滅(mie)絕(jue)(jue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)呀!如(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)說(shuo)(shuo):大王啊(a),你(ni)(ni)(ni)還(huan)沒有(you)滅(mie)絕(jue)(jue),為(wei)什么(me)就(jiu)(jiu)知(zhi)道你(ni)(ni)(ni)會(hui)(hui)滅(mie)絕(jue)(jue)呢?波斯(si)匱(kui)王說(shuo)(shuo):世(shi)(shi)尊(zun)(zun),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)變(bian)易(yi)衰壞(huai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)身(shen)軀(qu),雖然現(xian)在(zai)還(huan)沒有(you)毀滅(mie),但是(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)面前一(yi)切,都如(ru)(ru)(ru)心念一(yi)般此起彼(bi)伏,變(bian)化(hua)不(bu)(bu)停(ting)息,它(ta)(ta)們像(xiang)燃燒著(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)火焰(yan),逐漸(jian)成為(wei)灰燼,隨即也(ye)就(jiu)(jiu)熄(xi)滅(mie)了(le)、毀壞(huai)了(le),從而(er)使我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)知(zhi)道這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)肉身(shen)一(yi)定會(hui)(hui)滅(mie)絕(jue)(jue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)說(shuo)(shuo):是(shi)(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)樣,大王。如(ru)(ru)(ru)今(jin)你(ni)(ni)(ni)已經到(dao)(dao)了(le)衰老(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)齡了(le),顏(yan)容哪襄(xiang)還(huan)能像(xiang)兒童那(nei)樣潤滑呢?波斯(si)匿王回答:世(shi)(shi)尊(zun)(zun),當(dang)(dang)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)還(huan)是(shi)(shi)孩童時(shi)(shi),肌膚有(you)多(duo)(duo)么(me)潤澤(ze)光華,成年(nian)(nian)之(zhi)后,血(xue)氣有(you)多(duo)(duo)么(me)充(chong)盈,如(ru)(ru)(ru)今(jin)年(nian)(nian)老(lao)(lao)血(xue)衰,形容枯梏(gu),精(jing)神昏沉(chen),皺皮白發,恐怕已是(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)久于人世(shi)(shi)了(le),哪里比(bi)得上血(xue)氣旺(wang)盛的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)(hou)?如(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)說(shuo)(shuo):大王,看(kan)你(ni)(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)(de)(de)容顏(yan),不(bu)(bu)像(xiang)是(shi)(shi)突(tu)然就(jiu)(jiu)變(bian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)如(ru)(ru)(ru)此衰朽(xiu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)吧?波斯(si)匿王說(shuo)(shuo):世(shi)(shi)尊(zun)(zun),身(shen)軀(qu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)隱約(yue)不(bu)(bu)顯,我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)確實(shi)感(gan)覺(jue)(jue)不(bu)(bu)到(dao)(dao),但是(shi)(shi)寒來(lai)暑去(qu),就(jiu)(jiu)到(dao)(dao)了(le)如(ru)(ru)(ru)今(jin)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個衰頹的(de)(de)(de)(de)年(nian)(nian)齡了(le),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)(shi)為(wei)什么(me)呢?當(dang)(dang)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)二十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)歲時(shi)(shi),雖然仍舊(jiu)是(shi)(shi)少壯年(nian)(nian)齡,但是(shi)(shi)已經比(bi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)歲時(shi)(shi)年(nian)(nian)長了(le),到(dao)(dao)了(le)三(san)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)歲,又比(bi)二十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)歲時(shi)(shi)衰老(lao)(lao),現(xian)在(zai)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)六十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)二歲了(le),返觀五十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)歲時(shi)(shi),覺(jue)(jue)得那(nei)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)(hou)仍然比(bi)現(xian)在(zai)強健的(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)。世(shi)(shi)尊(zun)(zun),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)身(shen)軀(qu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)隱約(yue)變(bian)化(hua),甚至直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)到(dao)(dao)它(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)毀損破壞(huai),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)當(dang)(dang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)流(liu)易(yi)不(bu)(bu)過以十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)年(nian)(nian)為(wei)一(yi)限(xian)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)果我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)再仔細的(de)(de)(de)(de)感(gan)知(zhi),那(nei)它(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi)(shi)限(xian)豈止(zhi)是(shi)(shi)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)年(nian)(nian)、二十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)年(nian)(nian),實(shi)際是(shi)(shi)以年(nian)(nian)為(wei)限(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de),又豈止(zhi)是(shi)(shi)以年(nian)(nian)為(wei)一(yi)限(xian),簡直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)(shi)月月在(zai)變(bian),日日在(zai)變(bian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)果我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)再沉(chen)觀細察(cha),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)變(bian)化(hua)簡直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)瞬息之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)事(shi),就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)念念剎(cha)那(nei)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)事(shi),沒有(you)任何停(ting)息的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)(hou),所以,我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)知(zhi)道我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)身(shen)軀(qu)終歸要變(bian)易(yi)以至于滅(mie)絕(jue)(jue)。
【原文】佛(fo)言。大王。汝(ru)見變化。遷改不停。悟知汝(ru)滅(mie)。亦于滅(mie)時(shi)。知汝(ru)身中有不滅(mie)耶。
波斯匿王。合掌白佛。我實不知。
佛言。我今示(shi)汝不生(sheng)滅(mie)性。大王。汝年幾(ji)時。見恒河水。
王言。我生(sheng)三歲。慈母(mu)攜我。謁耆婆天。經過此流。爾時即知是恒(heng)河水。
佛言。大王。如(ru)汝(ru)所說。二十(shi)之時(shi)衰于十(shi)歲。乃至六十(shi)。日(ri)月(yue)歲時(shi)。念(nian)念(nian)遷變(bian)。則汝(ru)三(san)(san)歲見此(ci)河時(shi)。至年十(shi)三(san)(san)。其水云(yun)何。
王言。如三歲時。宛然(ran)無異(yi)。乃至于今。年六(liu)十二。亦(yi)無有異(yi)。
佛言。汝今(jin)自傷(shang)發(fa)白面(mian)皺(zhou)。其(qi)面(mian)必定皺(zhou)于童年。則汝今(jin)時(shi)。觀此恒河。與昔童時(shi)。觀河之(zhi)見。有童耄否。
王言。否(fou)也。世尊(zun)。
佛言。大王(wang)。汝(ru)面雖皺(zhou)。而此見精(jing)。性未曾皺(zhou)。皺(zhou)者為變(bian)(bian)。不皺(zhou)非變(bian)(bian)。變(bian)(bian)者受滅(mie)。彼不變(bian)(bian)者。元無生滅(mie)。云何于中(zhong)受汝(ru)生死。而猶引彼末(mo)伽黎等。都言此身(shen)死后(hou)全滅(mie)。
王(wang)聞是言。信知(zhi)身后。舍生(sheng)趣(qu)生(sheng)。與(yu)諸大眾(zhong)。踴躍歡(huan)喜。得未曾有(you)。
【譯文】如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)告訴(su)波(bo)(bo)(bo)斯(si)匿王(wang):你(ni)(ni)(ni)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua),這變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遷(qian)移流(liu)轉不(bu)曾停息,從而(er)(er)起啟發(fa)你(ni)(ni)(ni)知(zhi)道自(zi)己(ji)終將滅(mie)(mie)絕(jue)。然(ran)而(er)(er),你(ni)(ni)(ni)可曾知(zhi)道就(jiu)(jiu)在(zai)你(ni)(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)(de)身(shen)軀正在(zai)遷(qian)謝變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)易(yi)之時(shi)(shi),你(ni)(ni)(ni)身(shen)中(zhong)還有(you)(you)(you)不(bu)曾滅(mie)(mie)絕(jue)的(de)(de)(de)東西嗎?波(bo)(bo)(bo)斯(si)匿王(wang)合掌對(dui)(dui)如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)說(shuo)(shuo):我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)實在(zai)不(bu)知(zhi)道。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)說(shuo)(shuo):現在(zai)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)就(jiu)(jiu)告訴(su)你(ni)(ni)(ni)不(bu)生(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)滅(mie)(mie)的(de)(de)(de)道理。大(da)(da)(da)王(wang),你(ni)(ni)(ni)初(chu)見(jian)(jian)恒(heng)河(he)時(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)幾歲?波(bo)(bo)(bo)斯(si)匿王(wang)說(shuo)(shuo):在(zai)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)三歲時(shi)(shi),母親帶我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)去拜謁長命(ming)(ming)天(tian)神耆婆天(tian),經過這條河(he),那時(shi)(shi),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)就(jiu)(jiu)知(zhi)道了(le)(le)(le)恒(heng)河(he)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)說(shuo)(shuo):大(da)(da)(da)王(wang),如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)你(ni)(ni)(ni)所(suo)(suo)說(shuo)(shuo),二十(shi)(shi)(shi)歲時(shi)(shi)比(bi)十(shi)(shi)(shi)歲時(shi)(shi)衰(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)老(lao),如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)此(ci)直(zhi)到(dao)(dao)六十(shi)(shi)(shi)歲時(shi)(shi),你(ni)(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)(de)身(shen)體日(ri)日(ri)月月年(nian)年(nian)都在(zai)流(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遷(qian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian),那么,你(ni)(ni)(ni)三歲時(shi)(shi)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)恒(heng)河(he),到(dao)(dao)你(ni)(ni)(ni)十(shi)(shi)(shi)三歲時(shi)(shi),它的(de)(de)(de)流(liu)水有(you)(you)(you)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)?波(bo)(bo)(bo)斯(si)匿王(wang)說(shuo)(shuo):恒(heng)河(he)水仍(reng)然(ran)如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)三歲時(shi)(shi)所(suo)(suo)見(jian)(jian),沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)什(shen)(shen)么變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua),直(zhi)到(dao)(dao)如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)今我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)六十(shi)(shi)(shi)二歲了(le)(le)(le),也(ye)沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)什(shen)(shen)么變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)說(shuo)(shuo):今天(tian)你(ni)(ni)(ni)感嘆(tan)自(zi)己(ji)白發(fa)皺(zhou)(zhou)皮,認(ren)為(wei)容顏必定比(bi)童年(nian)衰(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)老(lao),那么,你(ni)(ni)(ni)現在(zai)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)恒(heng)河(he)的(de)(de)(de)認(ren)識(shi)和你(ni)(ni)(ni)童年(nian)時(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)恒(heng)河(he)的(de)(de)(de)認(ren)識(shi)有(you)(you)(you)沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)什(shen)(shen)么不(bu)同(tong)?波(bo)(bo)(bo)斯(si)匿王(wang)說(shuo)(shuo):沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)不(bu)同(tong),世尊。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)又說(shuo)(shuo):大(da)(da)(da)王(wang)啊,雖然(ran)你(ni)(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)(de)容顏衰(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)皺(zhou)(zhou)了(le)(le)(le),但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)你(ni)(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)(de)認(ren)知(zhi)觀見(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)精微本性并沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)衰(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)皺(zhou)(zhou)。衰(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)皺(zhou)(zhou)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)遷(qian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian),沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)衰(shuai)(shuai)(shuai)皺(zhou)(zhou)的(de)(de)(de)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)遷(qian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)。遷(qian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)(de)事物會滅(mie)(mie)絕(jue),那沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)遷(qian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)(de)事物,本來(lai)(lai)也(ye)就(jiu)(jiu)沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)生(sheng)(sheng)也(ye)沒(mei)(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)滅(mie)(mie)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)此(ci)來(lai)(lai)說(shuo)(shuo),為(wei)什(shen)(shen)么要把自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)死(si)置(zhi)于(yu)那生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)滅(mie)(mie)滅(mie)(mie)之中(zhong),而(er)(er)且還要隨順那些道修行者的(de)(de)(de)妄言,認(ren)為(wei)這身(shen)軀在(zai)死(si)后即(ji)一切(qie)絕(jue)滅(mie)(mie)了(le)(le)(le)呢?聽(ting)了(le)(le)(le)如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)說(shuo)(shuo)法,波(bo)(bo)(bo)斯(si)匿王(wang)確切(qie)知(zhi)道身(shen)軀死(si)亡,并不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)完(wan)全歸于(yu)寂滅(mie)(mie),而(er)(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)舍棄了(le)(le)(le)現前的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)(ming),又走(zou)向(xiang)了(le)(le)(le)新的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)(ming),于(yu)是(shi)(shi)(shi),他與大(da)(da)(da)眾(zhong)獲得了(le)(le)(le)如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)此(ci)未曾有(you)(you)(you)過的(de)(de)(de)領悟而(er)(er)歡欣快樂。
【原文】這時候,阿難起座,合掌頂(ding)禮,長(chang)跪對如(ru)來說:世尊,假(jia)如(ru)我的(de)這個見聞之性,確實是(shi)沒有(you)生滅的(de),那么,為(wei)什么世尊說我們(men)這些人遺失了(le)真性,從(cong)而行為(wei)做事都是(shi)顛(dian)倒的(de)呢(ni)?祈愿如(ru)來恩賜慈悲關懷,為(wei)我們(men)洗滌世間(jian)的(de)污垢。
【譯文】阿難即從座起。禮佛合掌。長跪(gui)白佛。世尊。若此見聞。必不生(sheng)滅。云何世尊。名我等(deng)輩。遺失真性(xing)。顛倒行事。愿(yuan)興慈悲。洗我塵(chen)垢。
【原文】即時。如來(lai)垂金色臂。輪手下指。示(shi)阿難(nan)言。汝今(jin)見(jian)我母陀羅手。為正為倒。
阿難(nan)言。世(shi)間眾生。以(yi)此為倒。而(er)我不(bu)知誰(shui)正誰(shui)倒。
佛告阿(a)難。若世(shi)間人(ren)。以此(ci)為倒。即世(shi)間人(ren)。將何(he)為正(zheng)。
阿(a)難言(yan)。如來豎臂。兜羅綿手。上指于(yu)空(kong)。則名為正(zheng)。
佛即豎(shu)臂(bei)。告阿難言(yan)。若此顛(dian)倒(dao)。首尾相換。諸(zhu)(zhu)世間人。一(yi)倍瞻(zhan)視。則(ze)知汝(ru)身。與諸(zhu)(zhu)如來。清凈法(fa)身。比(bi)類發(fa)明(ming)。如來之(zhi)身。名(ming)正(zheng)遍知。汝(ru)等之(zhi)身。號(hao)性顛(dian)倒(dao)。隨汝(ru)諦觀(guan)。汝(ru)身佛身。稱顛(dian)倒(dao)者(zhe)。名(ming)字何(he)處。號(hao)為顛(dian)倒(dao)。
【譯文】這(zhe)時,只(zhi)見(jian)如(ru)來垂(chui)下金(jin)色手(shou)臂,將(jiang)手(shou)指(zhi)向(xiang)下指(zhi)示,然后問阿(a)難(nan):你(ni)(ni)現在看(kan)到了(le)我的母陀羅手(shou),是(shi)(shi)正(zheng)(zheng)還是(shi)(shi)倒(dao)(dao)?阿(a)難(nan)回答:在世(shi)(shi)間(jian)一(yi)切眾生來看(kan),這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)倒(dao)(dao)。但是(shi)(shi)我不(bu)知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)哪是(shi)(shi)正(zheng)(zheng)哪是(shi)(shi)倒(dao)(dao)。如(ru)來對阿(a)難(nan)說(shuo)(shuo):如(ru)果世(shi)(shi)間(jian)眾生以(yi)這(zhe)樣(yang)子(zi)為(wei)倒(dao)(dao),那么他們(men)(men)以(yi)什(shen)么樣(yang)子(zi)為(wei)正(zheng)(zheng)呢?阿(a)難(nan)回答:如(ru)來將(jiang)手(shou)臂豎直,將(jiang)兜羅綿手(shou)向(xiang)上指(zhi)向(xiang)天空,這(zhe)就叫(jiao)做(zuo)正(zheng)(zheng)。如(ru)來隨(sui)即豎直手(shou)臂,對阿(a)難(nan)說(shuo)(shuo):假如(ru)這(zhe)樣(yang)子(zi)為(wei)正(zheng)(zheng),那么不(bu)過(guo)是(shi)(shi)與剛才(cai)的樣(yang)子(zi)顛倒(dao)(dao)過(guo)來,上下交(jiao)換而已。你(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)仔(zi)細(xi)觀看(kan),就會(hui)知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)你(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)的身體,與各位如(ru)來具備了(le)戒、定、慧(hui)三大(da)德大(da)能的清凈法身比(bi)較起來,如(ru)來的法身叫(jiao)做(zuo)正(zheng)(zheng)遍知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),即真正(zheng)(zheng)覺知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)切法,以(yi)及覺知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的圓明不(bu)有分(fen)別。而你(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)的身體呢,則叫(jiao)做(zuo)顛倒(dao)(dao),即以(yi)妄(wang)為(wei)本(ben),以(yi)無(wu)常(chang)為(wei)常(chang)的煩惱根本(ben),你(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)再仔(zi)細(xi)觀想,你(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)本(ben)來清凈的身軀,被稱(cheng)做(zuo)顛倒(dao)(dao),這(zhe)顛倒(dao)(dao)之處(chu)究竟在哪里?又為(wei)什(shen)么要被稱(cheng)作顛倒(dao)(dao)?
【原文】于(yu)時(shi)。阿(a)難與諸大眾。瞪瞢(meng)瞻(zhan)佛。目(mu)精(jing)不瞬(shun)。不知身心(xin)。顛(dian)倒(dao)所在。佛興慈悲。哀愍(min)阿(a)難。及(ji)諸大眾。發海潮(chao)音。遍告(gao)同會。諸善男子。我常(chang)說(shuo)言。色(se)心(xin)諸緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。及(ji)心(xin)所使。諸所緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)法。惟心(xin)所現(xian)。汝(ru)身汝(ru)心(xin)。皆是(shi)妙(miao)(miao)明(ming)真精(jing)妙(miao)(miao)心(xin)中所現(xian)物(wu)。云何汝(ru)等(deng)。遺失本妙(miao)(miao)。圓妙(miao)(miao)明(ming)心(xin)。寶明(ming)妙(miao)(miao)性。認(ren)悟中迷(mi)。晦(hui)昧為(wei)(wei)空(kong)。空(kong)晦(hui)暗(an)中。結暗(an)為(wei)(wei)色(se)。色(se)雜(za)妄(wang)想(xiang)。想(xiang)相(xiang)為(wei)(wei)身。聚緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內搖。趣外奔逸。昏擾擾相(xiang)。以為(wei)(wei)心(xin)性。一迷(mi)為(wei)(wei)心(xin)。決(jue)定惑為(wei)(wei)色(se)身之內。不知色(se)身。外洎山河虛空(kong)大地。咸是(shi)妙(miao)(miao)明(ming)真心(xin)中物(wu)。譬如澄清百千大海。棄之。惟認(ren)一浮漚體。目(mu)為(wei)(wei)全潮(chao)。窮盡(jin)瀛渤。汝(ru)等(deng)即是(shi)迷(mi)中倍(bei)人。如我垂手。等(deng)無差(cha)別。如來說(shuo)為(wei)(wei)可(ke)憐愍(min)者。
【譯文】阿難與眾人一時目瞪口(kou)呆,他們(men)(men)(men)看(kan)著如來(lai)(lai),竟(jing)然不(bu)知(zhi)(zhi)自己身心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)顛(dian)倒(dao)(dao)在(zai)那(nei)里。如來(lai)(lai)恩賜慈悲,悲憐眾生(sheng),于(yu)(yu)是(shi)發(fa)出海潮音,告示法會中(zhong)各位:我常說(shuo),認(ren)知(zhi)(zhi)外物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)攀緣(yuan)在(zai)世(shi)間(jian)器(qi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)世(shi)界之(zhi)上,這(zhe)是(shi)由心(xin)(xin)來(lai)(lai)支使的(de)(de)(de),而(er)這(zhe)因心(xin)(xin)所攀緣(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)世(shi)間(jian)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)形(xing)質(zhi)器(qi)物(wu)(wu)(wu),也(ye)只(zhi)是(shi)心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)示而(er)已(yi)。你(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)身和心(xin)(xin),原本(ben)(ben)都是(shi)由圓(yuan)明(ming)止寂真智慧心(xin)(xin)所現(xian)示出來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)(de)。為什么(me)說(shuo)你(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)(men)遣失(shi)了原本(ben)(ben)屬于(yu)(yu)自己妙(miao)圓(yuan)妙(miao)明(ming)心(xin)(xin),遺失(shi)了你(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)(men)本(ben)(ben)來(lai)(lai)清凈無垢的(de)(de)(de)妙(miao)明(ming)本(ben)(ben)體呢?這(zhe)是(shi)因為你(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)認(ren)識(shi)(shi)有了迷(mi)(mi)惑(huo)(huo)。你(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)(men)以心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)晦暗(an)昏(hun)昧為空,就(jiu)(jiu)在(zai)這(zhe)晦暗(an)之(zhi)中(zhong),認(ren)識(shi)(shi)心(xin)(xin)聚(ju)集(ji)為色(se)(se)質(zhi)器(qi)物(wu)(wu)(wu),這(zhe)易(yi)毀變(bian)礙(ai)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)質(zhi)世(shi)界則混雜了種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)妄(wang)想(xiang)顛(dian)倒(dao)(dao),種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)妄(wang)想(xiang)顛(dian)倒(dao)(dao)聚(ju)集(ji)在(zai)身內,從(cong)而(er),心(xin)(xin)就(jiu)(jiu)被(bei)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)色(se)(se)塵緣(yuan)物(wu)(wu)(wu)搖蕩激動起來(lai)(lai),于(yu)(yu)是(shi)就(jiu)(jiu)紛紛趨奔那(nei)易(yi)壞(huai)滯礙(ai)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)質(zhi)器(qi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)世(shi)界而(er)去(qu),一派(pai)昏(hun)昧迷(mi)(mi)惑(huo)(huo),擾動不(bu)安的(de)(de)(de)樣子。以如此昏(hun)昧不(bu)安為本(ben)(ben)真心(xin)(xin)體那(nei)妙(miao)圓(yuan)妙(miao)明(ming)心(xin)(xin)就(jiu)(jiu)已(yi)然迷(mi)(mi)失(shi)了。本(ben)(ben)心(xin)(xin)一旦迷(mi)(mi)失(shi),就(jiu)(jiu)只(zhi)知(zhi)(zhi)道這(zhe)個(ge)心(xin)(xin)只(zhi)是(shi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)塵緣(yuan)在(zai)易(yi)壞(huai)之(zhi)軀(qu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集(ji),哪(na)里還(huan)知(zhi)(zhi)道這(zhe)個(ge)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)之(zhi)軀(qu),以及那(nei)些山川(chuan)、河(he)流、天(tian)空、大地,也(ye)都是(shi)如此妙(miao)明(ming)本(ben)(ben)心(xin)(xin)所現(xian)示出來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)(de)事物(wu)(wu)(wu)呢?譬如那(nei)無邊無際的(de)(de)(de)大海本(ben)(ben)是(shi)澄澈明(ming)靜(jing)的(de)(de)(de),可是(shi)你(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)(men)卻全(quan)然不(bu)知(zhi)(zhi),反而(er)要以為那(nei)一小塊臭水(shui)洼就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)整(zheng)個(ge)大海,然后就(jiu)(jiu)依此而(er)說(shuo)這(zhe)大海全(quan)體都是(shi)腐臭的(de)(de)(de)。你(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)(men)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)迷(mi)(mi)上加(jia)迷(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)人,與我把手顛(dian)倒(dao)(dao)交換(huan)一樣,你(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)們(men)(men)(men)也(ye)是(shi)如此顛(dian)倒(dao)(dao)妄(wang)想(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)人啊!
【原文】阿難承(cheng)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)悲(bei)救深誨。垂泣叉手。而(er)白佛(fo)(fo)(fo)言。我雖(sui)承(cheng)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)如是(shi)妙(miao)音(yin)(yin)。悟妙(miao)明(ming)心(xin)(xin)。元所圓滿。常(chang)住心(xin)(xin)地(di)。而(er)我悟佛(fo)(fo)(fo)現說法音(yin)(yin)。現以(yi)緣心(xin)(xin)。允(yun)所瞻(zhan)仰。徒獲此心(xin)(xin)。未(wei)敢認為本元心(xin)(xin)地(di)。愿佛(fo)(fo)(fo)哀愍。宣示(shi)圓音(yin)(yin)。拔我疑根。歸無(wu)上道(dao)。
【譯文】如(ru)來(lai)為(wei)這些可悲(bei)憐(lian)的人說法以后,阿難領受到(dao)了(le)如(ru)來(lai)的慈(ci)悲(bei)救(jiu)度和深切的教(jiao)誨。他垂手哭泣(qi)起來(lai),并對如(ru)來(lai)說:我(wo)雖然(ran)領承了(le)如(ru)來(lai)宣示的無(wu)上(shang)佛法,覺(jue)悟(wu)到(dao)妙明心本(ben)來(lai)即(ji)是(shi)圓滿不差別,是(shi)常(chang)存的心靈境(jing)界(jie)。然(ran)而,我(wo)卻是(shi)以攀緣之(zhi)心去(qu)認(ren)知佛所現(xian)示的無(wu)上(shang)法音,我(wo)只是(shi)觀瞻仰視,所以,我(wo)聽聞(wen)佛法,也只是(shi)徒然(ran)獲取(qu)了(le)這個心,并不敢以為(wei)我(wo)已覺(jue)悟(wu)到(dao)了(le)本(ben)元的那(nei)個妙明心。祈(qi)愿如(ru)來(lai)哀憐(lian),為(wei)我(wo)們(men)宣示無(wu)上(shang)佛音,拔除我(wo)們(men)迷(mi)昧的根柢,引我(wo)們(men)歸入無(wu)上(shang)智慧之(zhi)路。
【原文】佛告阿難。汝(ru)等尚以(yi)緣(yuan)心(xin)(xin)(xin)聽法。此法亦(yi)(yi)緣(yuan)。非(fei)得法性(xing)(xing)(xing)。如(ru)(ru)人以(yi)手。指(zhi)(zhi)月示人。彼人因指(zhi)(zhi)。當應(ying)看(kan)月。若復觀指(zhi)(zhi)。以(yi)為(wei)月體。此人豈(qi)惟亡失月輪(lun)。亦(yi)(yi)亡其指(zhi)(zhi)。何以(yi)故(gu)。以(yi)所(suo)標(biao)指(zhi)(zhi)。為(wei)明月故(gu)。豈(qi)惟亡指(zhi)(zhi)。亦(yi)(yi)復不識(shi)明之(zhi)與暗(an)(an)。何以(yi)故(gu)。即(ji)以(yi)指(zhi)(zhi)體。為(wei)月明性(xing)(xing)(xing)。明暗(an)(an)二(er)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。無(wu)所(suo)了故(gu)。汝(ru)亦(yi)(yi)如(ru)(ru)是。若以(yi)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)我(wo)(wo)說法音。為(wei)汝(ru)心(xin)(xin)(xin)者。此心(xin)(xin)(xin)自(zi)應(ying)離(li)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)音。有分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。譬如(ru)(ru)有客(ke)。寄(ji)宿旅亭(ting)(ting)。暫止便去。終(zhong)不常住(zhu)。而掌亭(ting)(ting)人。都(dou)無(wu)所(suo)去。名為(wei)亭(ting)(ting)主。此亦(yi)(yi)如(ru)(ru)是。若真(zhen)汝(ru)心(xin)(xin)(xin)。則無(wu)所(suo)去。云何離(li)聲(sheng)。無(wu)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。斯則豈(qi)惟聲(sheng)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)心(xin)(xin)(xin)。分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)我(wo)(wo)容。離(li)諸(zhu)(zhu)色相。無(wu)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。如(ru)(ru)是乃至(zhi)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)都(dou)無(wu)。非(fei)色非(fei)空。拘舍(she)離(li)等。昧為(wei)冥諦。離(li)諸(zhu)(zhu)法緣(yuan)。無(wu)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。則汝(ru)心(xin)(xin)(xin)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。各有所(suo)還。云何為(wei)主。
【譯文】如(ru)(ru)來(lai)告訴阿難:你們還(huan)只(zhi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以攀(pan)緣(yuan)之(zhi)心(xin)(xin)(xin)來(lai)聽我宣(xuan)示(shi)佛法(fa)(fa),那(nei)么(me)(me),我所(suo)說(shuo)法(fa)(fa)對(dui)于(yu)你們,仍然(ran)只(zhi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)緣(yuan)物而已,你們并(bing)沒(mei)(mei)有獲得(de)對(dui)于(yu)佛法(fa)(fa)真體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)覺知。就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)像有人(ren)(ren)(ren)向人(ren)(ren)(ren)指示(shi)月(yue)(yue)亮(liang)(liang),這(zhe)(zhe)人(ren)(ren)(ren)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)應當(dang)依著這(zhe)(zhe)指示(shi)去看(kan)(kan)月(yue)(yue)亮(liang)(liang),如(ru)(ru)果只(zhi)以手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指示(shi)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)以為(wei)(wei)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)月(yue)(yue)亮(liang)(liang),那(nei)么(me)(me)這(zhe)(zhe)人(ren)(ren)(ren)不(bu)僅(jin)看(kan)(kan)不(bu)到月(yue)(yue)亮(liang)(liang),也(ye)看(kan)(kan)不(bu)到那(nei)手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指示(shi)了(le)。為(wei)(wei)什么(me)(me)?因為(wei)(wei)這(zhe)(zhe)人(ren)(ren)(ren)以指向月(yue)(yue)亮(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)手(shou)為(wei)(wei)月(yue)(yue)亮(liang)(liang),這(zhe)(zhe)又不(bu)僅(jin)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)看(kan)(kan)不(bu)到手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指示(shi),這(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)能(neng)識(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)明和暗。為(wei)(wei)什么(me)(me)?因為(wei)(wei)這(zhe)(zhe)人(ren)(ren)(ren)以手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指示(shi)為(wei)(wei)月(yue)(yue)亮(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)明亮(liang)(liang)性(xing)質,雖(sui)然(ran)手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指示(shi)和月(yue)(yue)亮(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)明與暗是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)孑然(ran)分(fen)明的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),可(ke)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)人(ren)(ren)(ren)卻(que)不(bu)能(neng)了(le)解這(zhe)(zhe)些。你也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)樣。如(ru)(ru)果你以聽我說(shuo)法(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)為(wei)(wei)你的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)本(ben)心(xin)(xin)(xin),那(nei)么(me)(me)這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)心(xin)(xin)(xin)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)與我所(suo)說(shuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)法(fa)(fa)音(yin)有分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin),這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)心(xin)(xin)(xin)自此就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)有了(le)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性(xing)。譬如(ru)(ru)客(ke)人(ren)(ren)(ren)寄宿旅店,住(zhu)了(le)又走(zou)了(le),不(bu)會常住(zhu)不(bu)走(zou),可(ke)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)旅店的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主人(ren)(ren)(ren)卻(que)不(bu)會走(zou),因為(wei)(wei)他是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)掌(zhang)持人(ren)(ren)(ren)。心(xin)(xin)(xin)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)樣,你的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)真實之(zhi)心(xin)(xin)(xin)沒(mei)(mei)有地方可(ke)去,哪(na)還(huan)說(shuo)什么(me)(me),離(li)開(kai)了(le)聽說(shuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聲音(yin)這(zhe)(zhe)心(xin)(xin)(xin)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)沒(mei)(mei)有了(le)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性(xing)?這(zhe)(zhe)哪(na)里只(zhi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)聽到聲音(yin)使這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)心(xin)(xin)(xin)生(sheng)出分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性(xing),就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)其它,比(bi)如(ru)(ru)能(neng)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)我的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)容顏(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin),離(li)開(kai)了(le)所(suo)見容顏(yan),也(ye)沒(mei)(mei)有分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性(xing)。離(li)開(kai)一(yi)切形質世界,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)沒(mei)(mei)有心(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性(xing),心(xin)(xin)(xin)沒(mei)(mei)有分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie),那(nei)么(me)(me)一(yi)切分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)都沒(mei)(mei)有了(le),既沒(mei)(mei)有住(zhu)在形質器物世界,也(ye)不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)住(zhu)在空無所(suo)有之(zhi)上。像拘舍離(li)那(nei)些外道,并(bing)不(bu)能(neng)明了(le)這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)真理。其實離(li)棄一(yi)切認知緣(yuan)物,心(xin)(xin)(xin)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)不(bu)生(sheng)分(fen)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie),而你的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)會返還(huan)到本(ben)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)地方,這(zhe)(zhe)時,你的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)主人(ren)(ren)(ren)了(le)。
【原文】阿難言。若我(wo)心性。各(ge)有所還。則如來說(shuo)。妙明元心。云何無還。惟(wei)垂哀(ai)愍。為我(wo)宣說(shuo)。
【譯文】阿難說:如果我的(de)(de)心(xin)各有返(fan)歸的(de)(de)地方,那(nei)么如來宣(xuan)說那(nei)妙明本心(xin)時,為(wei)什么又要講(jiang)這本心(xin)原來是無所返(fan)還的(de)(de)呢?懇請如來為(wei)我宣(xuan)說。
【原文】佛告阿(a)難(nan)。且汝(ru)(ru)(ru)見(jian)(jian)我。見(jian)(jian)精明(ming)(ming)元。此(ci)(ci)見(jian)(jian)雖非(fei)(fei)妙精明(ming)(ming)心(xin)。如(ru)第二(er)月。非(fei)(fei)是(shi)月影。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)應諦聽。今(jin)當示汝(ru)(ru)(ru)無所還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)地。阿(a)難(nan)。此(ci)(ci)大(da)講堂。洞開東方。日(ri)(ri)(ri)輪(lun)升天。則有明(ming)(ming)耀。中夜黑(hei)月。云霧(wu)晦(hui)暝。則復(fu)昏(hun)暗。戶牖之(zhi)隙。則復(fu)見(jian)(jian)通(tong)。墻(qiang)宇(yu)之(zhi)間。則復(fu)觀壅(yong)。分別之(zhi)處(chu)。則復(fu)見(jian)(jian)緣。頑虛之(zhi)中。遍(bian)是(shi)空性(xing)。郁孛之(zhi)象。則紆昏(hun)塵。澄霽(ji)斂氛。又觀清凈。阿(a)難(nan)。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)咸看(kan)此(ci)(ci)諸(zhu)變化(hua)相。吾(wu)今(jin)各還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)本(ben)所因處(chu)。云何(he)(he)本(ben)因。阿(a)難(nan)。此(ci)(ci)諸(zhu)變化(hua)。明(ming)(ming)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)日(ri)(ri)(ri)輪(lun)。何(he)(he)以(yi)故(gu)。無日(ri)(ri)(ri)不(bu)(bu)明(ming)(ming)。明(ming)(ming)因屬日(ri)(ri)(ri)。是(shi)故(gu)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)日(ri)(ri)(ri)。暗還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)黑(hei)月。通(tong)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)戶牖。壅(yong)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)墻(qiang)宇(yu)。緣還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)分別。頑虛還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)空。郁孛還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)塵。清明(ming)(ming)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)霽(ji)。則諸(zhu)世(shi)間一(yi)切所有。不(bu)(bu)出斯類。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)見(jian)(jian)八種見(jian)(jian)精明(ming)(ming)性(xing)。當欲(yu)誰還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)。何(he)(he)以(yi)故(gu)。若還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)于明(ming)(ming)。則不(bu)(bu)明(ming)(ming)時。無復(fu)見(jian)(jian)暗。雖明(ming)(ming)暗等。種種差別。見(jian)(jian)無差別。諸(zhu)可還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)者。自然非(fei)(fei)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)。不(bu)(bu)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)者。非(fei)(fei)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)而誰。則知汝(ru)(ru)(ru)心(xin)。本(ben)妙明(ming)(ming)凈。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)自迷悶。喪本(ben)受輪(lun)。于生(sheng)死中。常被漂溺。是(shi)故(gu)。如(ru)來名(ming)可憐(lian)愍(min)。
【譯文】如來(lai)告(gao)訴阿(a)難:當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)你(ni)(ni)(ni)看(kan)我(wo)時(shi),你(ni)(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)觀見(jian)(jian)本(ben)(ben)身(shen)原(yuan)來(lai)是(shi)精(jing)(jing)微(wei)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)白的(de)(de),但(dan)是(shi)你(ni)(ni)(ni)這(zhe)個觀見(jian)(jian)并(bing)不就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)妙精(jing)(jing)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)心本(ben)(ben)身(shen),而(er)(er)是(shi)第(di)二個月,但(dan)決不是(shi)月的(de)(de)影子(zi)。你(ni)(ni)(ni)仔(zi)細聽(ting)吧!我(wo)現在就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)為(wei)你(ni)(ni)(ni)宣示(shi)心的(de)(de)無(wu)所返(fan)還(huan)的(de)(de)境界。阿(a)難,這(zhe)個大講堂門戶向著東(dong)方敞開,太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)升空時(shi),講堂就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)亮起來(lai),夜(ye)間(jian)月昏無(wu)光(guang),云(yun)(yun)遮霧(wu)罩,講堂就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)又(you)昏暗(an)起來(lai),通(tong)過門窗(chuang)間(jian)的(de)(de)縫隙可(ke)(ke)看(kan)出去,而(er)(er)對著墻(qiang)壁房(fang)屋則(ze)只(zhi)(zhi)能看(kan)到(dao)堵(du)塞(sai),但(dan)它(ta)們之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)隔分離(li)處就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)看(kan)到(dao)外(wai)物(wu)(wu)。虛空之(zhi)中(zhong)一(yi)(yi)無(wu)所有,壅(yong)塞(sai)的(de)(de)大地(di)則(ze)一(yi)(yi)片渾(hun)沌(dun),云(yun)(yun)氣(qi)澄斂時(shi)則(ze)一(yi)(yi)派晴明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)。阿(a)難,在這(zhe)些(xie)變化(hua)事物(wu)(wu)之(zhi)中(zhong),光(guang)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)返(fan)還(huan)到(dao)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)那(nei)里(li)。為(wei)什(shen)么(me)呢(ni)?沒有太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)沒有光(guang)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),產(chan)生光(guang)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)本(ben)(ben)因(yin)是(shi)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang),所以(yi)讓它(ta)返(fan)還(huan)到(dao)那(nei)里(li)。如此,則(ze)昏暗(an)當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)返(fan)還(huan)給(gei)(gei)暗(an)月,通(tong)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)返(fan)還(huan)給(gei)(gei)門窗(chuang),堵(du)塞(sai)當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)返(fan)還(huan)給(gei)(gei)墻(qiang)宇,緣塵外(wai)物(wu)(wu)當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)返(fan)還(huan)俗(su)間(jian)隔分離(li)性,空無(wu)返(fan)還(huan)到(dao)虛空,渾(hun)濁返(fan)還(huan)給(gei)(gei)壅(yong)塞(sai)大地(di),晴明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)返(fan)還(huan)給(gei)(gei)澄斂的(de)(de)云(yun)(yun)氣(qi)。世間(jian)一(yi)(yi)切事物(wu)(wu),都可(ke)(ke)以(yi)這(zhe)樣一(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)返(fan)還(huan)。你(ni)(ni)(ni)所見(jian)(jian)這(zhe)八種觀見(jian)(jian),應當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)返(fan)還(huan)給(gei)(gei)誰(shui)(shui)呢(ni)?為(wei)什(shen)么(me)這(zhe)么(me)說(shuo)?如果你(ni)(ni)(ni)將(jiang)觀見(jian)(jian)返(fan)還(huan)給(gei)(gei)光(guang)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming),那(nei)么(me)沒有光(guang)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)時(shi),你(ni)(ni)(ni)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)不能看(kan)到(dao)昏暗(an),雖然(ran)像光(guang)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)、昏暗(an)這(zhe)些(xie)事物(wu)(wu)有種種差別(bie),然(ran)而(er)(er)你(ni)(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)觀見(jian)(jian)本(ben)(ben)身(shen)并(bing)沒有差別(bie),它(ta)們所要返(fan)還(huan)的(de)(de)地(di)方并(bing)不是(shi)你(ni)(ni)(ni)這(zhe)里(li)。不返(fan)還(huan)到(dao)你(ni)(ni)(ni)這(zhe)里(li)的(de)(de),不是(shi)你(ni)(ni)(ni)自己又(you)是(shi)誰(shui)(shui)呢(ni)?這(zhe)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)知(zhi)道了,你(ni)(ni)(ni)的(de)(de)心本(ben)(ben)來(lai)是(shi)妙明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)清凈的(de)(de),只(zhi)(zhi)因(yin)你(ni)(ni)(ni)自己迷失了,才(cai)喪失了本(ben)(ben)心,從(cong)而(er)(er)淪入流轉,在那(nei)生死煩(fan)惱之(zhi)中(zhong)漂泊沉溺,所以(yi)如來(lai)叫(jiao)你(ni)(ni)(ni)為(wei)可(ke)(ke)憐(lian)蟲。
【原文】阿難言。我雖識此見(jian)性無還。云何得知是我真性。
【譯文】阿難說(shuo):雖(sui)然我(wo)意識(shi)得到觀見本(ben)身本(ben)來(lai)就不返還到什么地(di)方(fang),可是,怎么能夠知道這就是我(wo)的真實(shi)本(ben)性呢?
【原文】佛(fo)告阿(a)難(nan)。吾(wu)今(jin)(jin)問汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)。今(jin)(jin)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)未(wei)得無(wu)(wu)漏清(qing)(qing)凈。承佛(fo)神(shen)力。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)于(yu)初禪。得無(wu)(wu)障礙。而阿(a)那(nei)律。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)閻(yan)浮(fu)提。如觀(guan)掌中庵摩羅(luo)果。諸(zhu)菩薩等。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)百千界。十方如來。窮盡微塵(chen)清(qing)(qing)凈國(guo)土。無(wu)(wu)所不(bu)矚。眾生(sheng)洞視。不(bu)過分寸。阿(a)難(nan)。且(qie)吾(wu)與汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)。觀(guan)四(si)天王所住宮殿。中間遍覽水陸(lu)空行。雖(sui)有昏(hun)明(ming)。種種形(xing)像。無(wu)(wu)非(fei)(fei)(fei)前塵(chen)。分別(bie)留礙。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)應(ying)于(yu)此(ci)。分別(bie)自(zi)他。今(jin)(jin)吾(wu)將汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)擇于(yu)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中。誰(shui)(shui)(shui)是我體。誰(shui)(shui)(shui)為物(wu)(wu)象。阿(a)難(nan)。極汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)源。從(cong)日月宮。是物(wu)(wu)非(fei)(fei)(fei)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)。至七(qi)金山(shan)。周遍諦觀(guan)。雖(sui)種種光。亦物(wu)(wu)非(fei)(fei)(fei)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)。漸漸更觀(guan)。云(yun)騰(teng)鳥飛。風動塵(chen)起。樹木山(shan)川。草芥人畜。咸物(wu)(wu)非(fei)(fei)(fei)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)。阿(a)難(nan)。是諸(zhu)近(jin)遠諸(zhu)有物(wu)(wu)性(xing)(xing)。雖(sui)復差殊(shu)。同(tong)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)精。清(qing)(qing)凈所矚。則(ze)諸(zhu)物(wu)(wu)類。自(zi)有差別(bie)。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)性(xing)(xing)無(wu)(wu)殊(shu)。此(ci)精妙明(ming)。誠汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)性(xing)(xing)。若(ruo)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)是物(wu)(wu)。則(ze)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)亦可見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)吾(wu)之(zhi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。若(ruo)同(tong)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)者。名(ming)為見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)吾(wu)。吾(wu)不(bu)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)時。何不(bu)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)吾(wu)不(bu)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)之(zhi)處。若(ruo)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)不(bu)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。自(zi)然(ran)非(fei)(fei)(fei)彼不(bu)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)之(zhi)相(xiang)。若(ruo)不(bu)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)吾(wu)不(bu)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)之(zhi)地。自(zi)然(ran)非(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)。云(yun)何非(fei)(fei)(fei)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)。又則(ze)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)今(jin)(jin)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)物(wu)(wu)之(zhi)時。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)既(ji)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)物(wu)(wu)。物(wu)(wu)亦見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)。體性(xing)(xing)紛(fen)雜。則(ze)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)與我。并諸(zhu)世(shi)間。不(bu)成安立。阿(a)難(nan)。若(ruo)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)時。是汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)非(fei)(fei)(fei)我。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)性(xing)(xing)周遍。非(fei)(fei)(fei)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)而誰(shui)(shui)(shui)。云(yun)何自(zi)疑(yi)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)之(zhi)真性(xing)(xing)。性(xing)(xing)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)不(bu)真。取(qu)我求實。

【原文】阿難白佛言(yan)。世(shi)尊(zun)(zun)。若(ruo)此見(jian)性。必我非余。我與(yu)如(ru)來。觀(guan)四(si)天王勝(sheng)藏寶殿。居日月宮。此見(jian)周圓。遍(bian)娑(suo)婆國。退歸精(jing)舍。只(zhi)見(jian)伽藍。清心(xin)戶堂。但瞻檐廡。世(shi)尊(zun)(zun)。此見(jian)如(ru)是。其體本來周遍(bian)一(yi)(yi)界。今(jin)在(zai)室(shi)中。惟滿一(yi)(yi)室(shi)。為復此見(jian)縮大(da)為小(xiao)。為當墻宇夾令斷絕(jue)。我今(jin)不知斯(si)義所在(zai)。愿(yuan)垂弘慈。為我敷演。
【譯文】阿難告訴如(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai):世尊,如(ru)(ru)果(guo)觀(guan)(guan)見(jian)真(zhen)性在我這(zhe)里(li)而不在其它地方(fang),我和如(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)一起觀(guan)(guan)看到(dao)(dao)四天(tian)王的勝藏(zang)寶殿,看到(dao)(dao)他所(suo)居(ju)住的日月(yue)宮,這(zhe)個觀(guan)(guan)見(jian)周遍盈布在四方(fang)廣(guang)遠的娑婆國。然后轉回(hui)到(dao)(dao)只園精舍時,只看到(dao)(dao)這(zhe)伽(jia)藍寶座,清靜堂屋(wu),只看到(dao)(dao)這(zhe)房(fang)檐(yan)和走廊(lang)而已。世尊,這(zhe)個觀(guan)(guan)見(jian)本來(lai)(lai)是遍觀(guan)(guan)一切廣(guang)大精微世界的,為什(shen)么我進(jin)到(dao)(dao)室內,就只能看到(dao)(dao)這(zhe)室內的事(shi)物(wu),是這(zhe)觀(guan)(guan)見(jian)縮小了嗎?或(huo)者,是這(zhe)觀(guan)(guan)見(jian)被墻壁房(fang)屋(wu)阻(zu)隔了嗎?我真(zhen)不知(zhi)道這(zhe)當中的道理,祈愿(yuan)如(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)垂賜慈悲(bei),為我宣說。
【原文】佛告阿(a)難。一切世間(jian)。大小(xiao)內(nei)外。諸(zhu)所(suo)事業(ye)。各(ge)屬前塵。不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)說言(yan)見(jian)有舒縮(suo)。譬如(ru)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)器(qi)。中見(jian)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)空(kong)(kong)。吾復問(wen)汝。此方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)器(qi)中所(suo)見(jian)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)空(kong)(kong)。為(wei)(wei)復定(ding)(ding)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)。為(wei)(wei)不(bu)(bu)定(ding)(ding)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)。若(ruo)定(ding)(ding)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)者。別安圓器(qi)。空(kong)(kong)應(ying)(ying)不(bu)(bu)圓。若(ruo)不(bu)(bu)定(ding)(ding)者。在方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)器(qi)中。應(ying)(ying)無(wu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)空(kong)(kong)。汝言(yan)不(bu)(bu)知斯(si)義(yi)(yi)所(suo)在。義(yi)(yi)性(xing)如(ru)是。云何為(wei)(wei)在。阿(a)難。若(ruo)復欲令(ling)入無(wu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)圓。但除器(qi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)。空(kong)(kong)體無(wu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)。不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)說言(yan)。更除虛空(kong)(kong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)相所(suo)在。若(ruo)如(ru)汝問(wen)。入室之(zhi)時(shi)。縮(suo)見(jian)令(ling)小(xiao)。仰觀日(ri)時(shi)。汝豈挽見(jian)齊于(yu)日(ri)面。若(ruo)筑墻宇(yu)。能夾見(jian)斷。穿(chuan)為(wei)(wei)小(xiao)竇。寧無(wu)竇跡。是義(yi)(yi)不(bu)(bu)然。一切眾生。從(cong)無(wu)始來(lai)。迷(mi)己為(wei)(wei)物。失于(yu)本心(xin)(xin)。為(wei)(wei)物所(suo)轉。故于(yu)是中。觀大觀小(xiao)。若(ruo)能轉物。則同如(ru)來(lai)。身心(xin)(xin)圓明。不(bu)(bu)動道場。于(yu)一毛端(duan)。遍能含(han)受十方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)國(guo)土(tu)。
【譯文】如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來告訴阿(a)(a)難:世(shi)間一(yi)(yi)(yi)切事(shi)物(wu),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)分大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、內外(wai),都是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)虛妄外(wai)塵境(jing)象現示(shi)在(zai)(zai)面前(qian),外(wai)塵事(shi)物(wu)有(you)大(da)有(you)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要說(shuo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)本身有(you)大(da)有(you)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。譬如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru),拿(na)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)器(qi)(qi)皿(min)來,看(kan)(kan)的(de)(de)(de)到(dao)中間有(you)方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)空間。我問(wen)你,這(zhe)個方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)皿(min)中的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)空間,是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個固(gu)定方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)呢(ni),還是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)固(gu)定方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)?如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)固(gu)定方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),那(nei)(nei)我拿(na)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)皿(min)安置在(zai)(zai)它那(nei)(nei)里(li),那(nei)(nei)個圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)皿(min)的(de)(de)(de)空間就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)應當是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de),如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)固(gu)定的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),那(nei)(nei)么在(zai)(zai)方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)皿(min)之(zhi)中就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)應當有(you)方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)空間。你說(shuo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)知(zhi)道(dao)道(dao)理在(zai)(zai)那(nei)(nei)里(li),這(zhe)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)道(dao)理,怎么還能說(shuo)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)有(you)大(da)有(you)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)呢(ni)?阿(a)(a)難,如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)想要進到(dao)無(wu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)無(wu)圓(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)狀態,只要拆除(chu)器(qi)(qi)皿(min)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),成為一(yi)(yi)(yi)個無(wu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)無(wu)狀的(de)(de)(de)空體就(jiu)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)了(le),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)用(yong)說(shuo),在(zai)(zai)虛空之(zhi)中更是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)方(fang)(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)這(zhe)個東西(xi)可以拆除(chu)的(de)(de)(de)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)像你所(suo)(suo)問(wen)那(nei)(nei)樣(yang),在(zai)(zai)室內時(shi),觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)就(jiu)縮小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)了(le),那(nei)(nei)么當你仰頭看(kan)(kan)太陽時(shi),你的(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)就(jiu)有(you)從你這(zhe)里(li)到(dao)太陽那(nei)(nei)兒(er)那(nei)(nei)樣(yang)大(da)嗎?如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)墻(qiang)壁房屋能夠阻(zu)斷(duan)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian),那(nei)(nei)么在(zai)(zai)墻(qiang)上穿上一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)孔,那(nei)(nei)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)就(jiu)連(lian)續(xu)起來而不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)被(bei)阻(zu)斷(duan)?可是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),這(zhe)個被(bei)連(lian)續(xu)起來的(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)的(de)(de)(de)痕跡,又在(zai)(zai)哪里(li)呢(ni)?所(suo)(suo)以,并無(wu)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de)道(dao)理。一(yi)(yi)(yi)切眾(zhong)生(sheng),從久遠的(de)(de)(de)無(wu)始無(wu)源之(zhi)中,就(jiu)將自己(ji)迷失為物(wu),將本真心性也迷失了(le),從此被(bei)外(wai)物(wu)推動著輪(lun)轉流蕩(dang),在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)當中一(yi)(yi)(yi)會(hui)兒(er)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)看(kan)(kan)到(dao)大(da),一(yi)(yi)(yi)會(hui)兒(er)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)看(kan)(kan)到(dao)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)能夠反過來,去轉動外(wai)物(wu),那(nei)(nei)就(jiu)會(hui)與如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣(yang),身心圓(yuan)(yuan)明(ming)無(wu)差(cha)別無(wu)滯礙,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)動真際安穩清凈(jing),離開一(yi)(yi)(yi)切事(shi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內外(wai)等(deng)等(deng),能夠在(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)微細(xi)毛塵上面放置十方(fang)(fang)(fang)廣大(da)國土。
【原文】阿難白佛言。世尊。若此見精。必(bi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)妙性。令此妙性。現在我(wo)(wo)(wo)前。見必(bi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)真。我(wo)(wo)(wo)今(jin)身(shen)心。復是何(he)物(wu)。而(er)今(jin)身(shen)心分別有實。彼見無別分辨我(wo)(wo)(wo)身(shen)。若實我(wo)(wo)(wo)心。令我(wo)(wo)(wo)今(jin)見。見性實我(wo)(wo)(wo)。而(er)身(shen)非我(wo)(wo)(wo)。何(he)殊如來(lai)先所(suo)難言。物(wu)能見我(wo)(wo)(wo)。惟垂大慈。開發未悟。
【譯文】阿難對如(ru)來說:世尊,像這樣的(de)精(jing)妙(miao)觀(guan)見(jian),一(yi)定就(jiu)是我的(de)妙(miao)明(ming)(ming)本性。現在(zai)這妙(miao)明(ming)(ming)本性現示在(zai)我面前,這精(jing)妙(miao)觀(guan)見(jian)就(jiu)是我的(de)真實(shi)(shi)本體。那么,我的(de)身(shen)心(xin),又是什么東西呢?現在(zai),我的(de)身(shen)心(xin)是分別的(de),各(ge)有實(shi)(shi)體,而(er)那精(jing)明(ming)(ming)觀(guan)見(jian)卻是圓明(ming)(ming)無礙的(de),又不(bu)(bu)分別我的(de)身(shen)心(xin)。如(ru)果我的(de)心(xin)是一(yi)個實(shi)(shi)體,讓我去看它,那么我就(jiu)成了一(yi)個觀(guan)見(jian),從而(er)我就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)是我的(de)身(shen)體,這與如(ru)來前面對我所說,當我看物時,物也在(zai)看我,有什么不(bu)(bu)同呢?懇請如(ru)來啟發我的(de)迷疑不(bu)(bu)悟。
【原文】佛告(gao)阿(a)難。今(jin)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)所言(yan)。見(jian)(jian)(jian)在汝(ru)(ru)(ru)前(qian)(qian)。是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)義非(fei)實(shi)(shi)。若(ruo)(ruo)實(shi)(shi)汝(ru)(ru)(ru)前(qian)(qian)。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)實(shi)(shi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)者(zhe)。則此見(jian)(jian)(jian)精。既(ji)(ji)有(you)方所。非(fei)無(wu)(wu)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)。且今(jin)與汝(ru)(ru)(ru)。坐(zuo)祇陀(tuo)林。遍觀林渠(qu)。及與殿堂。上至日月。前(qian)(qian)對恒河。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)今(jin)于(yu)我獅子座前(qian)(qian)。舉手(shou)指(zhi)陳。是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)種(zhong)種(zhong)相。陰者(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)林。明者(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)日。礙者(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)壁。通者(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)空(kong)。如是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)乃(nai)至草樹(shu)纖毫。大(da)小雖殊(shu)。但可(ke)有(you)形(xing)。無(wu)(wu)不指(zhi)著(zhu)。若(ruo)(ruo)必有(you)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。現在汝(ru)(ru)(ru)前(qian)(qian)。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)應以手(shou)確(que)實(shi)(shi)指(zhi)陳。何者(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。阿(a)難。當知若(ruo)(ruo)空(kong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。既(ji)(ji)已成見(jian)(jian)(jian)。何者(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)空(kong)。若(ruo)(ruo)物是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。既(ji)(ji)已是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。何者(zhe)為(wei)物。汝(ru)(ru)(ru)可(ke)微細披剝(bo)萬象。析出精明凈妙(miao)見(jian)(jian)(jian)元(yuan)。指(zhi)陳示(shi)(shi)我。同彼諸物。分明無(wu)(wu)惑。
【譯文】如(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)告訴阿難:你說觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)就在(zai)你的面前(qian)(qian)(qian),這(zhe)并不就是(shi)(shi)說觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)本身是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)個實(shi)體(ti)。如(ru)(ru)果觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)作(zuo)為一(yi)(yi)個實(shi)體(ti)在(zai)你面前(qian)(qian)(qian),你確實(shi)看(kan)(kan)到了,那(nei)這(zhe)精妙觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)雖然(ran)有(you)(you)(you)所居處(chu)的地(di)方,卻并沒有(you)(you)(you)把這(zhe)地(di)方指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)出(chu)來(lai)(lai)。現(xian)(xian)在(zai),我與(yu)你坐在(zai)只陀園里(li),看(kan)(kan)那(nei)四處(chu)是(shi)(shi)樹林溪流和宮殿講堂(tang),上(shang)可見(jian)(jian)(jian)日月,前(qian)(qian)(qian)可見(jian)(jian)(jian)恒河,你正坐在(zai)我的座前(qian)(qian)(qian),用(yong)手指(zhi)點著,表示(shi)(shi)著。這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)切(qie)事(shi)物,那(nei)昏暗(an)的樹林,那(nei)明亮的是(shi)(shi)太(tai)陽,那(nei)阻隔的是(shi)(shi)墻壁(bi),那(nei)空(kong)闊(kuo)的是(shi)(shi)天空(kong),如(ru)(ru)此(ci)這(zhe)般,以(yi)至于草木纖毫之物,雖然(ran)有(you)(you)(you)大有(you)(you)(you)小,但是(shi)(shi)它(ta)們都(dou)(dou)有(you)(you)(you)形有(you)(you)(you)貌,都(dou)(dou)可以(yi)指(zhi)陳出(chu)來(lai)(lai)。如(ru)(ru)果精神觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)一(yi)(yi)定就現(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)在(zai)面前(qian)(qian)(qian),你就應(ying)當能用(yong)手把它(ta)指(zhi)陳出(chu)來(lai)(lai),指(zhi)出(chu)哪樣東西就是(shi)(shi)那(nei)個觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。阿難啊!你應(ying)當知道(dao),如(ru)(ru)果空(kong)無就是(shi)(shi)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian),既(ji)然(ran)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)已(yi)經(jing)現(xian)(xian)在(zai)眼前(qian)(qian)(qian),那(nei)么(me)什(shen)么(me)又(you)是(shi)(shi)空(kong)無呢?如(ru)(ru)果事(shi)物就是(shi)(shi)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian),既(ji)然(ran)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)巳(si)經(jing)現(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)出(chu)來(lai)(lai),那(nei)么(me)什(shen)么(me)又(you)是(shi)(shi)事(shi)物呢?你可以(yi)仔(zi)細剖析萬事(shi)萬物,將那(nei)精明觀(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的本體(ti)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)出(chu)來(lai)(lai)讓(rang)我看(kan)(kan)看(kan)(kan),看(kan)(kan)它(ta)是(shi)(shi)否同種(zhong)種(zhong)事(shi)物一(yi)(yi)樣,可以(yi)分辨清楚。
【原文】阿難(nan)言。我今于此重閣講(jiang)堂。遠洎恒(heng)河。上觀日(ri)月。舉手所(suo)指(zhi)。縱目所(suo)觀。指(zhi)皆是物(wu)。無是見(jian)者。世尊。如佛所(suo)說。況(kuang)我有(you)漏初(chu)學(xue)聲聞。乃(nai)至菩薩。亦不(bu)能(neng)于萬物(wu)象前。剖出精(jing)見(jian)。離一切物(wu)。別有(you)自性(xing)。
【譯文】阿難說:我(wo)現(xian)在(zai)坐在(zai)講堂上,往(wang)遠可(ke)以(yi)看(kan)見恒河,往(wang)上可(ke)以(yi)看(kan)見日月,用手所指示的(de)和以(yi)眼所看(kan)見的(de),都(dou)是事物(wu),并(bing)不(bu)是觀(guan)見。世尊,正如佛所說,我(wo)還只是一(yi)個研學很淺的(de)修行(xing)者,即使是菩薩(sa)的(de)智慧(hui),也不(bu)能(neng)從萬(wan)(wan)物(wu)萬(wan)(wan)象(xiang)之(zhi)中將精明觀(guan)見剖(pou)解出來(lai),使其能(neng)離開一(yi)切物(wu)象(xiang),獨(du)立而另有自己的(de)體性。

阿難(nan)言(yan)。我實遍見(jian)此(ci)祇陀林。不知(zhi)是(shi)中。何(he)者(zhe)非(fei)見(jian)。何(he)以故。若樹(shu)非(fei)見(jian)。云(yun)何(he)見(jian)樹(shu)。若樹(shu)即見(jian)。復云(yun)何(he)樹(shu)。如是(shi)乃至若空非(fei)見(jian)。云(yun)何(he)為(wei)空。若空即見(jian)。復云(yun)何(he)空。我又思惟。是(shi)萬象中。微(wei)細發明(ming)。無非(fei)見(jian)者(zhe)。
【譯文】如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)說(shuo)(shuo):的(de)確如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)此(ci)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)又對阿(a)難(nan)(nan)說(shuo)(shuo):如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)你所說(shuo)(shuo),并沒有(you)(you)觀(guan)見的(de)自體(ti),能夠從物(wu)象中(zhong)剖離出(chu)(chu)來(lai),另有(you)(you)自身本性。但是(shi),你所指陳的(de)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些物(wu)象之中(zhong),也并沒有(you)(you)觀(guan)見。我(wo)告訴你,你與如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來(lai)同坐在(zai)只陀林里,再(zai)看(kan)(kan)(kan)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些林園(yuan)和(he)日月等等不(bu)(bu)(bu)同的(de)物(wu)象,肯定你不(bu)(bu)(bu)能從這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)當中(zhong)指示(shi)出(chu)(chu)有(you)(you)精明觀(guan)見,那(nei)么(me)(me),你能夠從這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些物(wu)象之中(zhong),指示(shi)出(chu)(chu)哪些不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)觀(guan)見呢?阿(a)難(nan)(nan)回答:我(wo)看(kan)(kan)(kan)遍了只陀林,仍然不(bu)(bu)(bu)能知道這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)當中(zhong)哪些事物(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)觀(guan)見。為什(shen)么(me)(me)呢?如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)樹沒有(you)(you)被看(kan)(kan)(kan)見,為什(shen)么(me)(me)又說(shuo)(shuo)看(kan)(kan)(kan)見了樹?如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)樹就(jiu)是(shi)觀(guan)見本身,那(nei)么(me)(me)什(shen)么(me)(me)才是(shi)樹?這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)樣說(shuo)(shuo)來(lai),如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)空無(wu)(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)觀(guan)見,又說(shuo)(shuo)什(shen)么(me)(me)看(kan)(kan)(kan)見了空無(wu)(wu)?如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果(guo)空無(wu)(wu)就(jiu)是(shi)觀(guan)見,那(nei)么(me)(me)什(shen)么(me)(me)又是(shi)空無(wu)(wu)呢?我(wo)又想到(dao),仔細剖析辨明這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些萬(wan)物(wu)萬(wan)象,它們無(wu)(wu)一處不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)一些精明觀(guan)見本身。
【原文】佛言。如是如是。
于是大眾(zhong)。非無(wu)學(xue)者(zhe)。聞佛此言。茫然不(bu)知是義終始(shi)。一時(shi)惶悚(song)。失其(qi)所守。如(ru)來知其(qi)魂慮變懾(she)。心生憐愍。安慰(wei)阿難。及諸大眾(zhong)。諸善(shan)男子。無(wu)上法王。是真實語。如(ru)所如(ru)說(shuo)。不(bu)誑不(bu)妄。非末伽黎。四種(zhong)不(bu)死矯亂論議。汝(ru)諦(di)思(si)惟。無(wu)忝哀慕。
【譯文】如來(lai)說:確(que)實(shi)如此。在座聽(ting)法的大(da)眾(zhong),許(xu)多(duo)是初學修習者(zhe),聽(ting)到如來(lai)這樣說,都茫然(ran)不(bu)知此話(hua)(hua)道理(li)何在了(le)(le),一時之(zhi)間皆惶(huang)惑(huo)起來(lai),失卻了(le)(le)素(su)常(chang)所(suo)奉的修習之(zhi)道。如來(lai)知曉他們(men)的心(xin)思(si)正焦(jiao)慮不(bu)安,于是生出憐(lian)憫(min)來(lai),他安慰阿難(nan)和(he)大(da)眾(zhong)們(men)說:聰明智(zhi)慧的人(ren)們(men)啊(a)!我之(zhi)所(suo)說真(zhen)實(shi)不(bu)虛,本來(lai)如此,沒有假(jia)話(hua)(hua)也(ye)沒有狂言,不(bu)是像末伽(jia)黎議(yi)論四種(zhong)不(bu)死的那種(zhong)胡說亂議(yi)。你們(men)去沉思(si)諦(di)觀吧,不(bu)要再哀怨(yuan)憂慮了(le)(le)。
【原文】是(shi)時(shi)。文殊(shu)師(shi)利法王子。愍諸四眾。在大(da)眾中(zhong)。即從座(zuo)起。頂禮佛(fo)足。合掌恭敬(jing)。而白佛(fo)言。世(shi)尊。此(ci)諸大(da)眾。不(bu)悟如(ru)來發(fa)明(ming)(ming)二(er)種精(jing)見色(se)空。是(shi)非是(shi)義。世(shi)尊。若此(ci)前(qian)緣。色(se)空等象。若是(shi)見者。應(ying)有(you)所(suo)指(zhi)。若非見者。應(ying)無所(suo)矚。而今不(bu)知是(shi)義所(suo)歸。故有(you)驚(jing)怖。非是(shi)疇昔善根(gen)輕鮮。惟愿如(ru)來。大(da)慈(ci)發(fa)明(ming)(ming)。此(ci)諸物(wu)象。與此(ci)見精(jing)。元是(shi)何物(wu)。于其中(zhong)間(jian)。無是(shi)非是(shi)。
【譯文】這(zhe)時候,文殊師利菩薩哀憫(min)會(hui)中大(da)眾,就從座上站起,頂禮如(ru)來(lai)(lai),合掌(zhang)恭敬,對(dui)如(ru)來(lai)(lai)說:世尊,大(da)眾們沒(mei)(mei)有(you)悟解到(dao)如(ru)來(lai)(lai)所說這(zhe)兩種精(jing)明觀(guan)見(jian)皆是色塵空性,其道理(li)在于(yu),是即不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是即是的(de)辨證之中。世尊,如(ru)果(guo)這(zhe)些形質器(qi)物以及(ji)一切空性,都是物象(xiang),那么,如(ru)果(guo)看(kan)見(jian)了,就應當有(you)可(ke)(ke)以指出(chu)的(de)對(dui)象(xiang),如(ru)果(guo)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)看(kan)見(jian),就應當沒(mei)(mei)有(you)那些所可(ke)(ke)看(kan)見(jian)的(de)一切。大(da)眾不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)知道這(zhe)個道理(li)的(de)含義,所以驚慌(huang)無措,并不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是他們的(de)智慧根器(qi)浮(fu)淺(qian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)深。懇請如(ru)來(lai)(lai)發慈(ci)悲心,引導大(da)眾明了,這(zhe)些種種物象(xiang)和(he)這(zhe)個精(jing)明觀(guan)見(jian)本來(lai)(lai)究(jiu)竟是什么東西?為什么在這(zhe)中間,沒(mei)(mei)有(you)是,也沒(mei)(mei)有(you)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)是?
【原文】佛(fo)告文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)。及(ji)諸(zhu)大(da)眾(zhong)。十方如(ru)來。及(ji)大(da)菩薩。于(yu)其自住三(san)摩地中(zhong)。見(jian)與見(jian)緣(yuan)。并(bing)所想相。如(ru)虛空花。本無所有。此見(jian)及(ji)緣(yuan)。元(yuan)是菩提妙凈明(ming)體。云何于(yu)中(zhong)有是非是。文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)。吾(wu)今問(wen)汝。如(ru)汝文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)。更有文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)。是文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)者。為無文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)。
【譯文】如(ru)來(lai)(lai)告訴文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)師利和(he)大眾(zhong):諸天十方如(ru)來(lai)(lai)和(he)大菩薩們,在他們所住的(de)(de)正等正覺境界(jie)里(li),一切觀(guan)見(jian)與觀(guan)見(jian)所緣之對象(xiang)以及(ji)一切所思所想(xiang),都像那(nei)空無(wu)(wu)之花,是(shi)本來(lai)(lai)就無(wu)(wu)花的(de)(de)實(shi)體(ti)。觀(guan)見(jian)以及(ji)觀(guan)見(jian)所緣的(de)(de)對象(xiang),本來(lai)(lai)就是(shi)那(nei)妙明清凈(jing)無(wu)(wu)上智慧的(de)(de)本體(ti),還(huan)說什(shen)么既是(shi)又不是(shi)呢?文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)啊!我問(wen)你,你是(shi)文(wen)(wen)殊(shu),是(shi)否還(huan)有另一個(ge)文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)?這(zhe)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)呢,或(huo)者不是(shi)文(wen)(wen)殊(shu)?
【原文】如是(shi)。世尊。我真(zhen)文殊(shu)。無(wu)是(shi)文殊(shu)。何以故。若(ruo)有(you)是(shi)者。則二文殊(shu)。然我今日(ri)。非無(wu)文殊(shu)。于(yu)中實無(wu)是(shi)非二相。
【譯文】文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu)說:是(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)樣,世尊。我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu),卻不(bu)能說是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu)。為什么呢?如果因為我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)才是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu),那就會有(you)一個(ge)非文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)才不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu),如此,就有(you)了二(er)個(ge)文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu),而我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)現在自然(ran)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu),沒有(you)非文(wen)(wen)(wen)殊(shu)(shu)(shu),這(zhe)當(dang)中實在沒有(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)和非的區(qu)別(bie)二(er)相。
【原文】佛(fo)言。此見(jian)妙(miao)明。與(yu)(yu)諸空塵。亦(yi)復如是。本是妙(miao)明。無(wu)上菩提(ti)凈圓真(zhen)心。妄為色空。及與(yu)(yu)聞見(jian)。如第(di)二月。誰為是月。又誰非(fei)(fei)月。文殊(shu)。但一月真(zhen)。中間自(zi)無(wu)是月非(fei)(fei)月。是以汝(ru)今觀見(jian)與(yu)(yu)塵。種種發明。名為妄想。不能(neng)于中出是非(fei)(fei)是。由(you)是精真(zhen)妙(miao)覺明性(xing)。故能(neng)令汝(ru)出指(zhi)非(fei)(fei)指(zhi)。
【譯文】如(ru)來說,這個無(wu)上(shang)妙(miao)明的(de)(de)觀見(jian),與那些(xie)種種空幻(huan)器物六塵(chen)境象原來也(ye)是(shi)一樣的(de)(de),本(ben)來都是(shi)妙(miao)明無(wu)上(shang)智慧的(de)(de)本(ben)真(zhen)心體,一切妄念生,而成為那色空等等境象,以及能見(jian)能聞(wen)種種知(zhi)覺(jue),這就像那二個月(yue)亮,哪個是(shi)月(yue),哪個又是(shi)非月(yue)呢?文殊啊(a)!只有一個真(zhen)正的(de)(de)月(yue),這中間沒(mei)有什么是(shi)月(yue)和非月(yue)的(de)(de)問題。你觀見(jian)的(de)(de)那些(xie)種種攀(pan)緣于形(xing)質世界的(de)(de)所聞(wen)所見(jian)的(de)(de)事(shi)物,叫(jiao)做妄想(xiang),從這當(dang)中不會(hui)有既是(shi)又不是(shi)的(de)(de)辨證。由于如(ru)此精明妙(miao)覺(jue)的(de)(de)真(zhen)性,你才能既指示(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)象又沒(mei)有指示(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)象。
【原文】阿難白(bai)佛(fo)言。世(shi)尊(zun)(zun)。誠如法王(wang)所說(shuo)。覺(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)遍(bian)十方界。湛然常住。性非生(sheng)滅(mie)。與(yu)先(xian)梵志(zhi)。娑(suo)毗迦羅(luo)。所談冥諦。及投灰等(deng)。諸外道(dao)種。說(shuo)有真(zhen)我。遍(bian)滿(man)十方。有何差別。世(shi)尊(zun)(zun)亦曾于楞伽山。為大慧等(deng)。敷演斯義(yi)。彼(bi)外道(dao)等(deng)。常說(shuo)自(zi)然。我說(shuo)因(yin)緣(yuan)。非彼(bi)境界。我今觀此覺(jue)(jue)性自(zi)然。非生(sheng)非滅(mie)。遠離一(yi)切(qie)虛妄顛倒。似(si)非因(yin)緣(yuan)。與(yu)彼(bi)自(zi)然。云何開示。不入群邪。獲真(zhen)實(shi)心(xin)。妙覺(jue)(jue)明性。
【譯文】阿難對(dui)如來說(shuo):世(shi)尊啊!正(zheng)如菩(pu)薩所說(shuo),精明妙覺緣(yuan)于(yu)十(shi)(shi)方世(shi)界(jie)而自(zi)在(zai)(zai)常住,沒有(you)(you)(you)生(sheng)(sheng)也沒有(you)(you)(you)滅(mie),這(zhe)與婆羅門外道(dao)(dao)修(xiu)行者(zhe)娑毗迦羅所說(shuo)的(de)(de)(de)昏昧道(dao)(dao)理,以及那些種種苦行修(xiu)者(zhe)所說(shuo)十(shi)(shi)方世(shi)界(jie)滿(man)布真我的(de)(de)(de)道(dao)(dao)理,有(you)(you)(you)什么不(bu)(bu)同呢?世(shi)尊也曾在(zai)(zai)楞伽山(shan)為(wei)諸(zhu)菩(pu)薩宣(xuan)說(shuo)過這(zhe)樣(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)(de)道(dao)(dao)理。那些外道(dao)(dao)修(xiu)習者(zhe)常常說(shuo)什么事(shi)物自(zi)在(zai)(zai)自(zi)為(wei),我們(men)(men)卻說(shuo)事(shi)物有(you)(you)(you)因(yin)(yin)緣(yuan)而生(sheng)(sheng),不(bu)(bu)是他(ta)們(men)(men)那等說(shuo)法。現在(zai)(zai),我看(kan)這(zhe)個妙覺本(ben)(ben)性(xing)就(jiu)是自(zi)在(zai)(zai)自(zi)為(wei)的(de)(de)(de),其不(bu)(bu)生(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)(bu)滅(mie),遠(yuan)離一切虛妄顛倒,好像(xiang)(xiang)并不(bu)(bu)是有(you)(you)(you)因(yin)(yin)有(you)(you)(you)緣(yuan)而生(sheng)(sheng),好像(xiang)(xiang)也不(bu)(bu)是自(zi)在(zai)(zai)自(zi)為(wei)的(de)(de)(de)。怎樣(yang)(yang)開啟,才使我們(men)(men)不(bu)(bu)致于(yu)陷入他(ta)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)邪(xie)見(jian),而能夠獲致本(ben)(ben)真心(xin)性(xing),獲得妙明覺知的(de)(de)(de)本(ben)(ben)性(xing)呢?
【原文】佛告阿(a)(a)難。我(wo)今如是(shi)(shi)開(kai)示(shi)方(fang)便。真實告汝(ru)。汝(ru)猶未悟。惑為(wei)自(zi)(zi)然。阿(a)(a)難。若(ruo)必自(zi)(zi)然。自(zi)(zi)須甄(zhen)明(ming)有自(zi)(zi)然體(ti)。汝(ru)且觀此妙明(ming)見(jian)中。以(yi)(yi)何(he)為(wei)自(zi)(zi)。此見(jian)為(wei)復(fu)(fu)以(yi)(yi)明(ming)為(wei)自(zi)(zi)。以(yi)(yi)暗(an)為(wei)自(zi)(zi)。以(yi)(yi)空為(wei)自(zi)(zi)。以(yi)(yi)塞為(wei)自(zi)(zi)。阿(a)(a)難。若(ruo)明(ming)為(wei)自(zi)(zi)。應(ying)(ying)不見(jian)暗(an)。若(ruo)復(fu)(fu)以(yi)(yi)空為(wei)自(zi)(zi)體(ti)者。應(ying)(ying)不見(jian)塞。如是(shi)(shi)乃(nai)至諸(zhu)暗(an)等相。以(yi)(yi)為(wei)自(zi)(zi)者。則于明(ming)時。見(jian)性斷滅。云(yun)何(he)見(jian)明(ming)。
【譯文】如來告(gao)訴阿(a)難:我為(wei)(wei)你(ni)開啟了(le)方便法門,把真實告(gao)訴你(ni),你(ni)卻(que)仍(reng)然沒(mei)有悟解,還(huan)被什么自(zi)在(zai)自(zi)為(wei)(wei)的說法迷惑。阿(a)難,如果確定有那(nei)自(zi)在(zai)自(zi)為(wei)(wei),那(nei)你(ni)應(ying)當辨(bian)明得到,那(nei)自(zi)在(zai)自(zi)為(wei)(wei)以(yi)什么為(wei)(wei)自(zi)己的體(ti)(ti)(ti)性?可是,你(ni)看這妙明覺(jue)(jue)見之中,那(nei)自(zi)在(zai)自(zi)為(wei)(wei)的東西在(zai)哪里?這個妙明覺(jue)(jue)見是以(yi)明亮(liang)為(wei)(wei)其自(zi)在(zai)?或是以(yi)昏暗(an)為(wei)(wei)其自(zi)在(zai)?以(yi)空無(wu)為(wei)(wei)其自(zi)在(zai)?還(huan)是以(yi)堵塞為(wei)(wei)其自(zi)在(zai)?阿(a)難啊!如果以(yi)明亮(liang)為(wei)(wei)妙明覺(jue)(jue)見的自(zi)在(zai)本(ben)體(ti)(ti)(ti),那(nei)么就應(ying)當看不到昏暗(an),如果以(yi)空無(wu)為(wei)(wei)妙明覺(jue)(jue)見的自(zi)在(zai)本(ben)體(ti)(ti)(ti),就應(ying)看不到堵塞。如果以(yi)此而將(jiang)那(nei)些沒(mei)有被看見的東西,認(ren)為(wei)(wei)就是妙明覺(jue)(jue)見的自(zi)在(zai)本(ben)體(ti)(ti)(ti),那(nei)在(zai)所見之物中,觀見本(ben)身也就滅絕不存了(le),還(huan)說什么觀見的精微圓明呢?
【原文】阿(a)難言。必此妙見(jian)。性(xing)非自然(ran)。我今(jin)發明(ming)是(shi)因緣性(xing)。心猶未明(ming)。咨詢(xun)如(ru)來(lai)。是(shi)義云何。合因緣性(xing)。
【譯文】阿難說:這個妙(miao)明覺見的本體不(bu)是自在(zai)自為(wei)的,現在(zai)我以(yi)為(wei),它是由(you)因緣而(er)生而(er)存的,我還沒(mei)有弄明白,請問如來,怎樣(yang)說明是由(you)因緣而(er)生的?
【原文】佛言(yan)。汝(ru)(ru)言(yan)因(yin)(yin)(yin)緣(yuan)。吾(wu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)問汝(ru)(ru)。汝(ru)(ru)今同見(jian)。見(jian)性(xing)現前(qian)。此見(jian)為復(fu)(fu)(fu)因(yin)(yin)(yin)明有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)見(jian)。因(yin)(yin)(yin)暗(an)(an)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)見(jian)。因(yin)(yin)(yin)空(kong)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)見(jian)。因(yin)(yin)(yin)塞(sai)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)見(jian)。阿(a)難(nan)。若因(yin)(yin)(yin)明有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)。應(ying)不(bu)見(jian)暗(an)(an)。如因(yin)(yin)(yin)暗(an)(an)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)。應(ying)不(bu)見(jian)明。如是(shi)乃至因(yin)(yin)(yin)空(kong)因(yin)(yin)(yin)塞(sai)。同于明暗(an)(an)。復(fu)(fu)(fu)次(ci)。阿(a)難(nan)。此見(jian)又復(fu)(fu)(fu)緣(yuan)明有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)見(jian)。緣(yuan)暗(an)(an)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)見(jian)。緣(yuan)空(kong)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)見(jian)。緣(yuan)塞(sai)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)見(jian)。阿(a)難(nan)。若緣(yuan)空(kong)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)。應(ying)不(bu)見(jian)塞(sai)。若緣(yuan)塞(sai)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)。應(ying)不(bu)見(jian)空(kong)。如是(shi)乃至緣(yuan)明緣(yuan)暗(an)(an)。同于空(kong)塞(sai)。當知如是(shi)精覺妙明。非(fei)因(yin)(yin)(yin)非(fei)緣(yuan)。亦非(fei)自(zi)然(ran)。非(fei)不(bu)自(zi)然(ran)。無非(fei)不(bu)非(fei)。無是(shi)非(fei)是(shi)。離一切(qie)相。即一切(qie)法。汝(ru)(ru)今云(yun)(yun)何于中措心。以(yi)諸世間戲論名相。而(er)得分(fen)別。如以(yi)手掌。撮摩(mo)虛空(kong)。只益(yi)自(zi)勞(lao)。虛空(kong)云(yun)(yun)何隨汝(ru)(ru)執捉。

【原文】阿難白佛(fo)言。世尊。必妙覺(jue)性(xing)。非(fei)因(yin)(yin)非(fei)緣。世尊。云何常與比丘。宣說見性(xing)具(ju)四種緣。所謂。因(yin)(yin)空因(yin)(yin)明。因(yin)(yin)心因(yin)(yin)眼(yan)。是義云何。
【譯文】阿(a)難對如來說:妙明覺見既不(bu)是從因(yin)而生(sheng)(sheng),也(ye)不(bu)是由緣而生(sheng)(sheng),為什么(me)世(shi)尊常常對比(bi)丘們宣說,這個覺見具備(bei)了(le)四(si)種(zhong)緣,說是因(yin)空、因(yin)明、因(yin)心、因(yin)眼(yan)而生(sheng)(sheng)?為什么(me)要這樣說呢?
【原文】佛言。阿難。我(wo)(wo)說(shuo)世(shi)間諸因緣相(xiang)。非第一義。阿難。吾(wu)復(fu)問汝。諸世(shi)間人。說(shuo)我(wo)(wo)能見(jian)(jian)。云何名見(jian)(jian)。云何不見(jian)(jian)。阿難言。世(shi)人因于日月燈光。見(jian)(jian)種種相(xiang)。名之為見(jian)(jian)。若(ruo)復(fu)無此三種光明(ming)。則不能見(jian)(jian)。
【譯文】如(ru)來說(shuo):我所宣(xuan)說(shuo)的(de)那些(xie),只是世間(jian)法(fa)當中的(de)因緣(yuan)的(de)相狀(zhuang),不是從根本上(shang)來說(shuo)的(de),并不是佛法(fa)第(di)一義諦(di)。阿(a)難(nan),我再(zai)問你,人們說(shuo)我能(neng)夠觀(guan)見(jian),那么,怎樣才是觀(guan)見(jian)?怎樣是不見(jian)?阿(a)難(nan)回答:世人因為有了(le)日、月(yue)、燈的(de)光,就(jiu)看(kan)見(jian)了(le)日、月(yue)、燈光的(de)相狀(zhuang),這就(jiu)是觀(guan)見(jian),如(ru)果沒有日、月(yue)、燈的(de)光,就(jiu)不能(neng)夠看(kan)見(jian)。

【譯文】阿難對如來說(shuo):世(shi)尊,如來為我(wo)們宣(xuan)說(shuo)了(le)關(guan)于因(yin)緣(yuan)(yuan),關(guan)于自在自為,以及(ji)關(guan)于因(yin)緣(yuan)(yuan)和合(he)(he)而生與因(yin)緣(yuan)(yuan)不相和合(he)(he)的諸(zhu)種不同(tong),但是我(wo)仍然沒有完(wan)全悟解。現在又(you)聽(ting)聞如來宣(xuan)說(shuo)了(le)所見(jian)之見(jian)不是觀(guan)見(jian),更加讓人(ren)感到迷(mi)惘。祈請(qing)如來廣施慈悲,為我(wo)們開示那妙覺明心。說(shuo)完(wan),阿難悲淚施禮,領受如來宣(xuan)說(shuo)法旨。

【譯文】這(zhe)時,如來(lai)哀(ai)憫阿難和眾(zhong)人,就準備演示無(wu)上神咒,示顯種(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)正等正定智慧,指示那無(wu)上修行的道路(lu)。如來(lai)告訴阿難:雖(sui)然(ran)你博聞(wen)強記(ji),但是(shi),這(zhe)只能(neng)增(zeng)廣你的聞(wen)見(jian),對于正等正覺的禪定以及極微細(xi)的種(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)密觀(guan)靜照等,你仍(reng)然(ran)未能(neng)了(le)悟。你仔細(xi)聽罷,現在我來(lai)為你演示,同(tong)時也(ye)讓那些(xie)諸多(duo)煩惱(nao)而不能(neng)拔脫的人們獲致那無(wu)上果位。阿難,一(yi)切眾(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)都在生(sheng)(sheng)死煩惱(nao)輪(lun)回(hui)流(liu)轉(zhuan),皆(jie)由二(er)種(zhong)(zhong)顛倒分(fen)別的妄(wang)見(jian),時時處處生(sheng)(sheng)出,隨身隨心(xin)流(liu)轉(zhuan)于輪(lun)回(hui)之中所致。而二(er)種(zhong)(zhong)妄(wang)見(jian)是(shi)什么(me)?其(qi)一(yi)是(shi)眾(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)的別業妄(wang)見(jian),其(qi)二(er)是(shi)眾(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)的同(tong)分(fen)妄(wang)見(jian)。
【原文】云何名為(wei)別(bie)業妄見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。阿難(nan)。如世間人(ren)。目有(you)(you)(you)赤眚(sheng)。夜(ye)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)光。別(bie)有(you)(you)(you)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)。五色(se)重疊。于意云何。此(ci)夜(ye)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)明所(suo)現(xian)圓(yuan)光。為(wei)是(shi)(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)色(se)。為(wei)當見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)色(se)。阿難(nan)。此(ci)若燈(deng)(deng)(deng)色(se)。則(ze)非(fei)眚(sheng)人(ren)何不(bu)同見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。而此(ci)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)。惟(wei)眚(sheng)之觀(guan)。若是(shi)(shi)(shi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)色(se)。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)已成(cheng)(cheng)色(se)。則(ze)彼(bi)眚(sheng)人(ren)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)者。名為(wei)何等。復次。阿難(nan)。若此(ci)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)離(li)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)別(bie)有(you)(you)(you)。則(ze)合傍(bang)觀(guan)屏(ping)帳幾筵。有(you)(you)(you)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)出。離(li)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)別(bie)有(you)(you)(you)。應(ying)非(fei)眼(yan)矚。云何眚(sheng)人(ren)目見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)。是(shi)(shi)(shi)故。當知色(se)實在燈(deng)(deng)(deng)。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)病(bing)為(wei)影(ying)(ying)。影(ying)(ying)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)俱眚(sheng)。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)眚(sheng)非(fei)病(bing)。終不(bu)應(ying)言是(shi)(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。于是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)有(you)(you)(you)非(fei)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)非(fei)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。如第(di)二月。非(fei)體非(fei)影(ying)(ying)。何以(yi)故。第(di)二之觀(guan)。捏(nie)所(suo)成(cheng)(cheng)故。諸有(you)(you)(you)智者。不(bu)應(ying)說(shuo)言。此(ci)捏(nie)根元。是(shi)(shi)(shi)形非(fei)形。離(li)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)非(fei)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。此(ci)亦如是(shi)(shi)(shi)。目眚(sheng)所(suo)成(cheng)(cheng)。今欲名誰(shui)是(shi)(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。何況分別(bie)非(fei)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)非(fei)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。
【譯文】什(shen)(shen)么(me)(me)叫做別業妄見(jian)(jian)(jian)?阿難(nan),譬如(ru)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)人眼(yan)睛(jing)(jing)(jing)生有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)紅(hong)色(se)(se)翳(yi)膜,他在夜(ye)里(li)看(kan)(kan)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)光(guang)(guang),就(jiu)會看(kan)(kan)到(dao)圓(yuan)形(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)影(ying)(ying),并且有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)種(zhong)種(zhong)顏色(se)(se)。這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)什(shen)(shen)么(me)(me)意思(si)?這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)時燈(deng)(deng)(deng)光(guang)(guang)成為(wei)(wei)圓(yuan)形(xing)并且有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)種(zhong)種(zhong)色(se)(se)彩,這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)到(dao)底是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)顏色(se)(se)呢(ni)?還(huan)(huan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)(ge)眼(yan)睛(jing)(jing)(jing)長(chang)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)翳(yi)膜的(de)(de)(de)(de)人的(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)顏色(se)(se)?阿難(nan),假(jia)若這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)顏色(se)(se),為(wei)(wei)什(shen)(shen)么(me)(me)眼(yan)睛(jing)(jing)(jing)沒有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)長(chang)翳(yi)膜的(de)(de)(de)(de)人看(kan)(kan)不見(jian)(jian)(jian)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)光(guang)(guang)影(ying)(ying)顏色(se)(se)呢(ni)?這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)光(guang)(guang)影(ying)(ying)顏色(se)(se),只(zhi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)紅(hong)翳(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人才能看(kan)(kan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。假(jia)若這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)顏色(se)(se),那(nei)(nei)(nei)么(me)(me)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)本(ben)身就(jiu)成了事物。那(nei)(nei)(nei)眼(yan)睛(jing)(jing)(jing)長(chang)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)紅(hong)翳(yi)人看(kan)(kan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)圓(yuan)形(xing)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)影(ying)(ying),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)又(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)什(shen)(shen)么(me)(me)意思(si)呢(ni)?如(ru)果(guo)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)光(guang)(guang)影(ying)(ying)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)離開燈(deng)(deng)(deng)而(er)(er)獨立的(de)(de)(de)(de),那(nei)(nei)(nei)么(me)(me),看(kan)(kan)那(nei)(nei)(nei)些屏帳桌椅,也會有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)圓(yuan)形(xing)影(ying)(ying)子出現。如(ru)果(guo)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)離開觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)而(er)(er)獨立的(de)(de)(de)(de),那(nei)(nei)(nei)就(jiu)不應(ying)該是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)眼(yan)去看(kan)(kan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)結果(guo)。這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)又(you)怎么(me)(me)會是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)紅(hong)眼(yan)翳(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人看(kan)(kan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)呢(ni)?所以,應(ying)當(dang)知道(dao),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)事物只(zhi)在燈(deng)(deng)(deng)那(nei)(nei)(nei)里(li),因為(wei)(wei)眼(yan)睛(jing)(jing)(jing)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)病(bing)才看(kan)(kan)得(de)到(dao)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying),圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)和觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)都因為(wei)(wei)長(chang)了翳(yi)膜的(de)(de)(de)(de)緣故才會產生如(ru)此(ci)情形(xing),但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)翳(yi)盲,并不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)眼(yan)睛(jing)(jing)(jing)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)病(bing)才致如(ru)此(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。所以,不應(ying)當(dang)說(shuo)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)(ge)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)(deng)還(huan)(huan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian),或(huo)者是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)非燈(deng)(deng)(deng)和非見(jian)(jian)(jian)。就(jiu)像那(nei)(nei)(nei)第二個(ge)(ge)月亮既不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)月亮的(de)(de)(de)(de)本(ben)性也不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)月亮的(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)(ying)子。為(wei)(wei)什(shen)(shen)么(me)(me)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)樣說(shuo)?那(nei)(nei)(nei)第一(yi)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)月亮本(ben)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)由于指(zhi)頭捏(nie)在眼(yan)睛(jing)(jing)(jing)上而(er)(er)產生,你們這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些世(shi)俗智慧(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人,用(yong)不著去說(shuo),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)捏(nie)所作(zuo)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)根無是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)形(xing)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)還(huan)(huan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)無形(xing)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de),是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)分(fen)別出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)還(huan)(huan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)真正的(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)里(li)也是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)(ge)道(dao)理,那(nei)(nei)(nei)眼(yan)睛(jing)(jing)(jing)翳(yi)盲所致的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)影(ying)(ying),現在想要分(fen)辨什(shen)(shen)么(me)(me)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)(deng),什(shen)(shen)么(me)(me)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)見(jian)(jian)(jian),與(yu)分(fen)辨非燈(deng)(deng)(deng)和非見(jian)(jian)(jian)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)什(shen)(shen)么(me)(me)不同(tong)呢(ni)?
【原文】云何(he)名為同(tong)分(fen)妄見。阿(a)難。此(ci)閻浮提(ti)。除大海水。中間平陸。有三千洲。正(zheng)中大洲。東西括(kuo)量。大國(guo)凡有二(er)(er)千三百。其(qi)余小(xiao)洲在諸海中。其(qi)間或(huo)有三兩百國(guo)。或(huo)一(yi)(yi)或(huo)二(er)(er)。至于三十(shi)(shi)四十(shi)(shi)五十(shi)(shi)。阿(a)難。若復此(ci)中。有一(yi)(yi)小(xiao)洲。只有兩國(guo)。惟一(yi)(yi)國(guo)人。同(tong)感惡緣。則彼小(xiao)洲。當土眾生(sheng)。睹諸一(yi)(yi)切不祥(xiang)境界。或(huo)見二(er)(er)日。或(huo)見兩月。其(qi)中乃至暈蝕佩玦。彗孛飛流。負(fu)耳虹霓(ni)。種種惡相。但此(ci)國(guo)見。彼國(guo)眾生(sheng)。本所不見。亦復不聞。
【譯文】什么叫做同分妄見?阿難,我們(men)居(ju)住的(de)閻浮(fu)提(ti)洲(zhou)(zhou),除(chu)了大(da)(da)海水之外,陸(lu)地上有(you)三(san)千(qian)之數的(de)小(xiao)洲(zhou)(zhou),正中(zhong)(zhong)間有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)大(da)(da)洲(zhou)(zhou),其(qi)(qi)地域中(zhong)(zhong)有(you)二(er)千(qian)三(san)百個(ge)(ge)大(da)(da)國,其(qi)(qi)它的(de)小(xiao)洲(zhou)(zhou)散布在各個(ge)(ge)海域,它們(men)當中(zhong)(zhong)有(you)的(de)有(you)二(er)、三(san)百個(ge)(ge)國家(jia),有(you)的(de)只(zhi)有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)、二(er)個(ge)(ge)國家(jia)或(huo)者(zhe)四、五十個(ge)(ge)國家(jia)。阿難,如果這當中(zhong)(zhong)有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)洲(zhou)(zhou),其(qi)(qi)域只(zhi)有(you)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)國家(jia)。其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)國家(jia)的(de)人民,共同感受到(dao)惡(e)緣,那么這個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)洲(zhou)(zhou)所有(you)眾生(sheng),都會(hui)看(kan)(kan)(kan)到(dao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)切不祥(xiang)的(de)景像,也許(xu)看(kan)(kan)(kan)見兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)太陽,或(huo)者(zhe)看(kan)(kan)(kan)見兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)月亮,甚至看(kan)(kan)(kan)見日食月暈,或(huo)者(zhe)是慧星飛逝(shi),或(huo)許(xu)是彩虹當空(kong)這些種種惡(e)相。但是這一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)國家(jia)人民所看(kan)(kan)(kan)見的(de),本(ben)來(lai)是另一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)國家(jia)人民沒有(you)看(kan)(kan)(kan)見的(de),和沒有(you)聽(ting)見的(de)。
【原文】阿難(nan)。吾今為汝。以此二事。進(jin)退合(he)(he)(he)明。阿難(nan)。如(ru)彼(bi)眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)。別業(ye)妄見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。矚(zhu)燈光(guang)中(zhong)(zhong)所(suo)現圓影(ying)(ying)。雖現似境(jing)。終(zhong)彼(bi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)者(zhe)。目眚(sheng)(sheng)所(suo)成。眚(sheng)(sheng)即(ji)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)勞(lao)。非(fei)色所(suo)造(zao)。然見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)眚(sheng)(sheng)者(zhe)。終(zhong)無(wu)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)咎。例(li)(li)汝今日。以目觀見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)山河國土。及諸(zhu)眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)。皆是無(wu)始見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)病(bing)所(suo)成。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)與見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)緣(yuan)。似現前境(jing)。元我覺明見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)所(suo)緣(yuan)眚(sheng)(sheng)。覺見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)即(ji)眚(sheng)(sheng)。本(ben)覺明心。覺緣(yuan)非(fei)眚(sheng)(sheng)。覺所(suo)覺眚(sheng)(sheng)。覺非(fei)眚(sheng)(sheng)中(zhong)(zhong)。此實見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。云何復名覺聞(wen)知見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。是故。汝今見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)我及汝。并(bing)諸(zhu)世(shi)間十類眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)。皆即(ji)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)眚(sheng)(sheng)。非(fei)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)眚(sheng)(sheng)者(zhe)。彼(bi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)真精。性非(fei)眚(sheng)(sheng)者(zhe)。故不名見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。阿難(nan)。如(ru)彼(bi)眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)同(tong)分妄見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。例(li)(li)彼(bi)妄見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)別業(ye)一人(ren)。一病(bing)目人(ren)。同(tong)彼(bi)一國。彼(bi)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)圓影(ying)(ying)。眚(sheng)(sheng)妄所(suo)生(sheng)。此眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)分所(suo)現不祥(xiang)。同(tong)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)。瘴惡所(suo)起。俱(ju)是無(wu)始見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)妄所(suo)生(sheng)。例(li)(li)閻浮提。三千洲中(zhong)(zhong)。兼四大(da)海。娑婆(po)世(shi)界(jie)。并(bing)洎十方。諸(zhu)有漏國。及諸(zhu)眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)。同(tong)是覺明無(wu)漏妙心。見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)聞(wen)覺知虛妄病(bing)緣(yuan)。和(he)合(he)(he)(he)妄生(sheng)。和(he)合(he)(he)(he)妄死(si)。若能遠離諸(zhu)和(he)合(he)(he)(he)緣(yuan)。及不和(he)合(he)(he)(he)。則復滅除諸(zhu)生(sheng)死(si)因。圓滿菩提。不生(sheng)滅性。清(qing)凈(jing)本(ben)心。本(ben)覺常(chang)住。
【譯文】阿難,現在就(jiu)(jiu)用這兩件(jian)事來(lai)(lai)(lai)說明。阿難,就(jiu)(jiu)像(xiang)一(yi)般眾(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)別業妄(wang)(wang)見(jian)(jian)(jian)那(nei)(nei)樣(yang),因(yin)(yin)為(wei)自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)眼見(jian)(jian)(jian)而生(sheng)妄(wang)(wang)見(jian)(jian)(jian),他(ta)所(suo)(suo)看(kan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)燈(deng)光圓影(ying)似乎就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)真(zhen)實事物(wu),然而那(nei)(nei)只是(shi)(shi)(shi)他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)眼睛長(chang)(chang)(chang)了翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)結果(guo)。由于(yu)翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)緣故(gu)而產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)燈(deng)光圓影(ying)是(shi)(shi)(shi)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)看(kan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用,而不是(shi)(shi)(shi)事物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用所(suo)(suo)造成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),并(bing)且,終究也不應責怪(guai)那(nei)(nei)眼睛長(chang)(chang)(chang)有(you)翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。例如現在你(ni)(ni)用眼睛所(suo)(suo)看(kan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)山河大地和蕓(yun)蕓(yun)眾(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng),都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)因(yin)(yin)你(ni)(ni)有(you)缺陷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)看(kan)而成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)結果(guo),觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)和觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)象相(xiang)互攀緣,似乎顯現出面前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)事物(wu)景(jing)像(xiang),但只是(shi)(shi)(shi)我的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)妙(miao)明覺(jue)(jue)見(jian)(jian)(jian)長(chang)(chang)(chang)了翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo),所(suo)(suo)以這覺(jue)(jue)見(jian)(jian)(jian)也就(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)了翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)。本(ben)(ben)(ben)真(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)妙(miao)明覺(jue)(jue)心(xin),審(shen)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)對(dui)象時并(bing)不會長(chang)(chang)(chang)出翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)來(lai)(lai)(lai),而是(shi)(shi)(shi)能(neng)(neng)夠審(shen)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)到其所(suo)(suo)覺(jue)(jue)察到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo),如此,審(shen)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)就(jiu)(jiu)不會成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo),這才是(shi)(shi)(shi)本(ben)(ben)(ben)真(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)所(suo)(suo)看(kan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),這時,為(wei)什么要說本(ben)(ben)(ben)真(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)因(yin)(yin)覺(jue)(jue)聞因(yin)(yin)認(ren)知而生(sheng)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)?所(suo)(suo)以,你(ni)(ni)現在看(kan)我,你(ni)(ni),以及(ji)(ji)諸世間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)十類眾(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng),都(dou)只是(shi)(shi)(shi)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)長(chang)(chang)(chang)了翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo),你(ni)(ni)還(huan)不能(neng)(neng)審(shen)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)到觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo),而本(ben)(ben)(ben)真(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)不受翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)所(suo)(suo)阻(zu)滯(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),所(suo)(suo)以,不能(neng)(neng)說你(ni)(ni)現在的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)看(kan)不是(shi)(shi)(shi)本(ben)(ben)(ben)真(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。阿難,眾(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同分妄(wang)(wang)見(jian)(jian)(jian)可以與眾(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)一(yi)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)別業妄(wang)(wang)見(jian)(jian)(jian)有(you)類似的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)比較(jiao)。一(yi)個(ge)眼睛有(you)病的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)就(jiu)(jiu)像(xiang)那(nei)(nei)一(yi)個(ge)國家的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)民,那(nei)(nei)個(ge)人(ren)所(suo)(suo)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)燈(deng)光圓影(ying),是(shi)(shi)(shi)由于(yu)翳(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)阻(zu)滯(zhi)所(suo)(suo)致(zhi),那(nei)(nei)些(xie)人(ren)民同時所(suo)(suo)見(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不祥景(jing)像(xiang),則是(shi)(shi)(shi)群(qun)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)宿業惡(e)瘴所(suo)(suo)生(sheng),是(shi)(shi)(shi)久遠(yuan)即有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)缺陷所(suo)(suo)生(sheng)出來(lai)(lai)(lai)。閻浮(fu)提洲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三千洲土(tu),以及(ji)(ji)四大海,娑婆世界,十方世間(jian)(jian)世界和所(suo)(suo)有(you)眾(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng),本(ben)(ben)(ben)來(lai)(lai)(lai)都(dou)具(ju)備妙(miao)明覺(jue)(jue)知無煩惱心(xin),只因(yin)(yin)見(jian)(jian)(jian)聞、認(ren)知生(sheng)出虛妄(wang)(wang),就(jiu)(jiu)在這見(jian)(jian)(jian)聞認(ren)知的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)顛倒景(jing)像(xiang)中妄(wang)(wang)生(sheng)妄(wang)(wang)死,如果(guo)能(neng)(neng)夠遠(yuan)離這些(xie)見(jian)(jian)(jian)聞攀緣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)景(jing)像(xiang),以及(ji)(ji)妄(wang)(wang)念生(sheng)發的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)景(jing)像(xiang),則能(neng)(neng)夠滅盡(jin)種(zhong)種(zhong)生(sheng)死本(ben)(ben)(ben)因(yin)(yin),圓滿成(cheng)(cheng)就(jiu)(jiu)不生(sheng)不滅的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)智慧真(zhen)性,成(cheng)(cheng)就(jiu)(jiu)妙(miao)明本(ben)(ben)(ben)心(xin),從(cong)而能(neng)(neng)令本(ben)(ben)(ben)真(zhen)妙(miao)覺(jue)(jue)常住不損。
【原文】阿難。汝(ru)雖先悟本(ben)覺妙明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)。性(xing)(xing)非因緣。非自(zi)然性(xing)(xing)。而(er)猶(you)未明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)如(ru)(ru)是(shi)覺元。非和(he)合(he)(he)(he)生。及(ji)不和(he)合(he)(he)(he)。阿難。吾(wu)今(jin)復(fu)(fu)(fu)以(yi)前塵問汝(ru)。汝(ru)今(jin)猶(you)以(yi)。一切世間。妄(wang)想和(he)合(he)(he)(he)。諸(zhu)因緣性(xing)(xing)。而(er)自(zi)疑惑。證菩提(ti)心和(he)合(he)(he)(he)起者(zhe)。則(ze)汝(ru)今(jin)者(zhe)妙凈見(jian)精。為(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)。為(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)暗(an)(an)(an)和(he)。為(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)通和(he)。為(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)塞(sai)和(he)。若明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)者(zhe)。且汝(ru)觀明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)。當明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)現前。何(he)處雜見(jian)。見(jian)相可辨。雜何(he)形(xing)像。若非見(jian)者(zhe)。云何(he)見(jian)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)。若即(ji)見(jian)者(zhe)。云何(he)見(jian)見(jian)。必(bi)見(jian)圓滿。何(he)處和(he)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)。若明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)圓滿。不合(he)(he)(he)見(jian)和(he)。見(jian)必(bi)異明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)。雜則(ze)失彼(bi)性(xing)(xing)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)名(ming)字。雜失明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)性(xing)(xing)。和(he)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)非義。彼(bi)暗(an)(an)(an)與(yu)(yu)(yu)通。及(ji)諸(zhu)群塞(sai)。亦(yi)復(fu)(fu)(fu)如(ru)(ru)是(shi)。復(fu)(fu)(fu)次。阿難。又汝(ru)今(jin)者(zhe)妙凈見(jian)精。為(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)合(he)(he)(he)。為(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)暗(an)(an)(an)合(he)(he)(he)。為(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)通合(he)(he)(he)。為(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)塞(sai)合(he)(he)(he)。若明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)合(he)(he)(he)者(zhe)。至(zhi)于(yu)暗(an)(an)(an)時。明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)相已滅(mie)。此見(jian)即(ji)不與(yu)(yu)(yu)諸(zhu)暗(an)(an)(an)合(he)(he)(he)。云何(he)見(jian)暗(an)(an)(an)。若見(jian)暗(an)(an)(an)時。不與(yu)(yu)(yu)暗(an)(an)(an)合(he)(he)(he)。與(yu)(yu)(yu)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)合(he)(he)(he)者(zhe)。應非見(jian)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)。既不見(jian)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)。云何(he)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)合(he)(he)(he)。了明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)非暗(an)(an)(an)。彼(bi)暗(an)(an)(an)與(yu)(yu)(yu)通。及(ji)諸(zhu)群塞(sai)。亦(yi)復(fu)(fu)(fu)如(ru)(ru)是(shi)。

【原文】阿難。汝猶未明(ming)一切(qie)浮塵。諸幻化相。當(dang)處(chu)出生(sheng)。隨處(chu)滅盡。幻妄稱(cheng)相。其性真為妙(miao)覺明(ming)體。如是乃至五陰六入。從十二處(chu)。至十八界。因緣和合。虛妄有(you)生(sheng)。因緣別離。虛妄名滅。殊不(bu)能知。生(sheng)滅去(qu)來。本如來藏。常住妙(miao)明(ming)。不(bu)動周圓。妙(miao)真如性。性真常中。求于去(qu)來。迷(mi)悟死(si)生(sheng)。了無所得。
【譯文】阿(a)難啊!你仍然沒有明(ming)悟到,世間(jian)一(yi)切(qie)浮(fu)物(wu)(wu),一(yi)切(qie)幻化(hua)物(wu)(wu)象,它們在哪里出現,隨(sui)即就在哪里滅(mie)盡(jin)。幻象妄念只是(shi)外相,它們的本(ben)性(xing)原來都(dou)(dou)是(shi)妙覺清凈本(ben)體。像(xiang)五蘊、六入、十(shi)二處、十(shi)八(ba)界(jie),所有的因緣和(he)合,虛(xu)妄事物(wu)(wu),因緣離合,虛(xu)妄滅(mie)絕(jue)等等,都(dou)(dou)不知一(yi)切(qie)的生(sheng)(sheng)起滅(mie)去,原來都(dou)(dou)是(shi)如來藏,都(dou)(dou)是(shi)常(chang)(chang)住(zhu)圓明(ming)妙覺之中,都(dou)(dou)是(shi)如來真如自性(xing)。要在這如來真性(xing)常(chang)(chang)住(zhu)不動之中,尋求(qiu)生(sheng)(sheng)死、去來、迷(mi)悟、生(sheng)(sheng)滅(mie)等等,是(shi)永遠不可能得到的。

【譯文】阿難(nan),為什么說五(wu)蘊原來都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)來自(zi)性妙明(ming)真(zhen)如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)呢(ni)?阿難(nan)啊(a)!譬如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)有(you)(you)(you)(you)人用澄(cheng)明(ming)之(zhi)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)觀看晴明(ming)的(de)天(tian)空(kong)(kong),只(zhi)(zhi)看到(dao)那(nei)晴空(kong)(kong)虛(xu)(xu)(xu)廓(kuo),并(bing)沒有(you)(you)(you)(you)其他任何東西,這時(shi)那(nei)人不會(hui)(hui)徒然去(qu)轉動(dong)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)。等到(dao)瞪視已久(jiu),眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)有(you)(you)(you)(you)煩勞時(shi),眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)才有(you)(you)(you)(you)所(suo)動(dong)作,于是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)會(hui)(hui)在虛(xu)(xu)(xu)空(kong)(kong)之(zhi)中(zhong)看到(dao)搖(yao)(yao)動(dong)的(de)光(guang)華(hua)(hua),隨即就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)會(hui)(hui)生出種(zhong)種(zhong)搖(yao)(yao)蕩(dang)狂亂的(de)妄相。色蘊也(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這樣(yang)產生的(de)。阿難(nan),這種(zhong)種(zhong)搖(yao)(yao)蕩(dang)光(guang)華(hua)(hua),既不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)從(cong)虛(xu)(xu)(xu)空(kong)(kong)之(zhi)中(zhong)生出,也(ye)(ye)不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)從(cong)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)產生出來的(de)。阿難(nan),如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果光(guang)華(hua)(hua)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)從(cong)虛(xu)(xu)(xu)廓(kuo)的(de)空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)產生,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)應當(dang)既能(neng)(neng)出來,又能(neng)(neng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)去(qu),但是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),有(you)(you)(you)(you)光(guang)華(hua)(hua)的(de)出來進(jin)(jin)(jin)去(qu),天(tian)空(kong)(kong)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)不會(hui)(hui)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)虛(xu)(xu)(xu)廓(kuo)的(de),如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果天(tian)空(kong)(kong)不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)虛(xu)(xu)(xu)空(kong)(kong),自(zi)然也(ye)(ye)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)不會(hui)(hui)有(you)(you)(you)(you)虛(xu)(xu)(xu)妄的(de)光(guang)華(hua)(hua)在那(nei)里生起滅去(qu),這就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)好比(bi)已有(you)(you)(you)(you)的(de)阿難(nan)軀體不會(hui)(hui)再容載另一(yi)個阿難(nan)一(yi)樣(yang)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果這些光(guang)華(hua)(hua)從(cong)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)產生出來,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)應當(dang)既能(neng)(neng)出來,又能(neng)(neng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)去(qu)。由于光(guang)華(hua)(hua)從(cong)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)里產生,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)應當(dang)能(neng)(neng)夠被看見(jian)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果有(you)(you)(you)(you)能(neng)(neng)看見(jian)的(de)東西,這東西被除(chu)去(qu)時(shi),那(nei)光(guang)華(hua)(hua)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)應當(dang)不在,隨即就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)只(zhi)(zhi)看得到(dao)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)果眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)沒有(you)(you)(you)(you)可以看到(dao)的(de)東西,那(nei)這眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)翳膜,但是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),當(dang)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)又看到(dao)光(guang)華(hua)(hua)時(shi),說明(ming)這眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)應當(dang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)沒有(you)(you)(you)(you)長(chang)有(you)(you)(you)(you)翳膜的(de)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)此說來,還說什么晴明(ming)虛(xu)(xu)(xu)廓(kuo)的(de)天(tian)空(kong)(kong),說什么清明(ming)無礙(ai)的(de)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)睛(jing)(jing)呢(ni)?所(suo)以,色蘊只(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)虛(xu)(xu)(xu)妄,既不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)因緣(yuan)和(he)合而(er)生,也(ye)(ye)不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)自(zi)在自(zi)為。
【原文】阿難。譬如(ru)有人(ren)。手足宴(yan)安。百骸調適。忽(hu)如(ru)忘生(sheng)。性(xing)無(wu)違順。其人(ren)無(wu)故(gu)。以二手掌(zhang)。于(yu)空相(xiang)摩。于(yu)二手中(zhong)。妄生(sheng)澀滑冷熱諸(zhu)相(xiang)。受(shou)陰(yin)當知(zhi)。亦復如(ru)是(shi)(shi)。阿難。是(shi)(shi)諸(zhu)幻觸(chu)(chu)(chu)。不從空來(lai)。不從掌(zhang)出(chu)(chu)(chu)。如(ru)是(shi)(shi)。阿難。若空來(lai)者。既能觸(chu)(chu)(chu)掌(zhang)。何不觸(chu)(chu)(chu)身(shen)。不應虛(xu)空。選擇來(lai)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)。若從掌(zhang)出(chu)(chu)(chu)。應非待(dai)合。又掌(zhang)出(chu)(chu)(chu)故(gu)。合則(ze)掌(zhang)知(zhi)。離(li)即觸(chu)(chu)(chu)入。臂(bei)腕(wan)骨髓。應亦覺知(zhi)入時蹤跡。必有覺心。知(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)知(zhi)入。自有一(yi)物(wu)。身(shen)中(zhong)往來(lai)。何待(dai)合知(zhi)。要名(ming)為(wei)觸(chu)(chu)(chu)。是(shi)(shi)故(gu)。當知(zhi)受(shou)陰(yin)虛(xu)妄。本(ben)非因緣。非自然(ran)性(xing)。
【譯文】阿(a)難,譬如有(you)(you)(you)個人,其(qi)手(shou)(shou)足安好,身(shen)體(ti)(ti)調適,一副安樂長生(sheng)的(de)樣(yang)子,沒有(you)(you)(you)不順適的(de)地(di)(di)方(fang),這(zhe)(zhe)個人無(wu)因(yin)(yin)無(wu)由用兩只手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)相互摩(mo)擦,兩只手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)無(wu)端就(jiu)生(sheng)出澀、滑、冷、熱等感(gan)受(shou)(shou)。受(shou)(shou)蘊也(ye)是(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)樣(yang)。阿(a)難啊(a)!這(zhe)(zhe)種種虛(xu)妄觸(chu)受(shou)(shou),既(ji)不是(shi)從(cong)空(kong)無(wu)中(zhong)產生(sheng),也(ye)不是(shi)從(cong)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)中(zhong)產生(sheng)。阿(a)難,如果(guo)是(shi)從(cong)空(kong)無(wu)中(zhong)產生(sheng),既(ji)然它(ta)能(neng)(neng)觸(chu)摸到(dao)(dao)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang),為(wei)什么就(jiu)不能(neng)(neng)觸(chu)摸到(dao)(dao)身(shen)體(ti)(ti),虛(xu)空(kong)之(zhi)觸(chu)并不會去(qu)選擇其(qi)所(suo)要(yao)觸(chu)摸的(de)地(di)(di)方(fang)。如果(guo)是(shi)從(cong)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)中(zhong)產生(sheng),用不著(zhu)兩只手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)的(de)摩(mo)擦,自然就(jiu)在手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)上(shang)(shang)。如果(guo)仍然是(shi)從(cong)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)上(shang)(shang)產生(sheng),那么,當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)去(qu)觸(chu)摸到(dao)(dao)它(ta)時手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)就(jiu)能(neng)(neng)感(gan)受(shou)(shou)到(dao)(dao)它(ta),手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)離開后,它(ta)就(jiu)應當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)重歸于手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang),那么,它(ta)應當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)也(ye)能(neng)(neng)進(jin)入種種能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)觸(chu)受(shou)(shou)的(de)地(di)(di)方(fang),譬如像手(shou)(shou)腕、手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)、骨骼、神經等地(di)(di)方(fang),都應當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)感(gan)受(shou)(shou)到(dao)(dao)它(ta)產生(sheng)的(de)痕跡。如果(guo)這(zhe)(zhe)當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)一定(ding)有(you)(you)(you)能(neng)(neng)覺知(zhi)的(de)心,覺知(zhi)到(dao)(dao)觸(chu)受(shou)(shou)的(de)產生(sheng)和進(jin)入,那就(jiu)應當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)有(you)(you)(you)一個東西在身(shen)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)往來(lai),為(wei)什么非要(yao)等到(dao)(dao)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)的(de)應合觸(chu)摸才有(you)(you)(you)觸(chu)受(shou)(shou)呢(ni)?所(suo)以,應當(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)知(zhi)道,受(shou)(shou)蘊亦(yi)是(shi)虛(xu)妄,既(ji)不是(shi)因(yin)(yin)緣和合而生(sheng),也(ye)不是(shi)自在自為(wei)。

【譯文】阿難(nan)(nan),譬如(ru)有人說(shuo)到梅(mei)(mei)(mei)子(zi)時,口(kou)中(zhong)就會(hui)淌出口(kou)水(shui),有人想(xiang)到站在(zai)懸崖邊上,腳底(di)就會(hui)抽蓄緊張,想(xiang)蘊也(ye)(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)這種情形。阿難(nan)(nan),說(shuo)梅(mei)(mei)(mei)子(zi)時口(kou)中(zhong)生出酸(suan)味(wei),既不(bu)是(shi)(shi)從梅(mei)(mei)(mei)子(zi)這里生出來(lai),也(ye)(ye)(ye)不(bu)是(shi)(shi)從口(kou)里生出來(lai)。阿難(nan)(nan),如(ru)果講梅(mei)(mei)(mei)子(zi)生出酸(suan)味(wei)是(shi)(shi)從梅(mei)(mei)(mei)子(zi)里生出,那么,這個梅(mei)(mei)(mei)子(zi)自(zi)己(ji)就會(hui)去說(shuo),何須(xu)要(yao)人去說(shuo)?如(ru)果酸(suan)味(wei)從口(kou)里生出來(lai),口(kou)自(zi)己(ji)應當(dang)嘗(chang)得(de)到,何必要(yao)用耳朵(duo)去聽(ting)(ting)?如(ru)果只是(shi)(shi)耳朵(duo)聽(ting)(ting)到的(de),那口(kou)水(shui)為什(shen)么不(bu)從耳朵(duo)里淌出來(lai)呢?心(xin)里想(xiang)像站在(zai)懸崖邊上的(de)情形,與口(kou)說(shuo)梅(mei)(mei)(mei)子(zi)時的(de)情形,其道(dao)(dao)理是(shi)(shi)一樣的(de)。所以,應當(dang)知道(dao)(dao),想(xiang)蘊也(ye)(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)虛(xu)妄,既不(bu)是(shi)(shi)因緣(yuan)和(he)合而生,也(ye)(ye)(ye)不(bu)是(shi)(shi)自(zi)在(zai)自(zi)為。

【譯文】阿難,譬如(ru)(ru)激流(liu)波浪前(qian)沖后涌,前(qian)浪后浪相繼相續,不(bu)相逾(yu)越,行(xing)蘊(yun)也是(shi)這樣的(de)(de)情形(xing)。阿難,水(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)的(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態,既(ji)不(bu)是(shi)從(cong)空(kong)無(wu)中(zhong)產生(sheng)(sheng),也不(bu)是(shi)從(cong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)身(shen)(shen)里產生(sheng)(sheng),它既(ji)不(bu)是(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)然本性(xing),也不(bu)是(shi)能夠(gou)離(li)開(kai)(kai)空(kong)無(wu)和水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)身(shen)(shen)的(de)(de)。那么(me)(me),阿難,如(ru)(ru)果(guo)它是(shi)從(cong)空(kong)無(wu)中(zhong)產生(sheng)(sheng),十方(fang)世界(jie)無(wu)涯無(wu)際(ji)的(de)(de)虛空(kong)里,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)會涌流(liu)著漫(man)無(wu)涯際(ji)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu),十方(fang)世界(jie)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)然就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)會被(bei)淹沒。如(ru)(ru)果(guo)它是(shi)從(cong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)身(shen)(shen)里產生(sheng)(sheng)出來(lai)(lai),那這些激流(liu)的(de)(de)本性(xing)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)不(bu)會是(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui),而有(you)它自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)己的(de)(de)相狀(zhuang),現在(zai)(zai)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)應該能夠(gou)現示出來(lai)(lai)。如(ru)(ru)果(guo)它就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)然本性(xing),那么(me)(me),當水(shui)(shui)(shui)平靜澄清(qing)時,這水(shui)(shui)(shui)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)不(bu)是(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)身(shen)(shen)。如(ru)(ru)果(guo)它又是(shi)離(li)開(kai)(kai)空(kong)無(wu)和水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)身(shen)(shen)而存在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de),那么(me)(me),空(kong)無(wu)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)身(shen)(shen)之外并不(bu)另有(you)東西,水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)身(shen)(shen)之外也沒有(you)流(liu)水(shui)(shui)(shui),除此而外還有(you)什(shen)么(me)(me)激流(liu)呢(ni)?所以,應當知道,行(xing)蘊(yun)亦是(shi)虛妄,既(ji)不(bu)是(shi)因緣和合而生(sheng)(sheng),也不(bu)是(shi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)在(zai)(zai)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)為。
【原文】阿難(nan)。譬(pi)如(ru)有人取頻伽瓶。塞其兩孔。滿中擎(qing)空。千里遠行(xing)。用餉他國。識(shi)陰當知(zhi)。亦復如(ru)是(shi)。阿難(nan)。如(ru)是(shi)虛空。非(fei)彼方來(lai)。非(fei)此(ci)方入。如(ru)是(shi)。阿難(nan)。若彼方來(lai)。則本瓶中既貯空去。于本瓶地。應少虛空。若此(ci)方入。開孔倒瓶。應見空出。是(shi)故。當知(zhi)識(shi)陰虛妄。本非(fei)因緣。非(fei)自然性。
【譯文】阿難(nan),譬如有(you)人拿頻伽瓶(ping)(ping)(ping),將瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)兩個(ge)(ge)孔塞(sai)住,瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)中蓄滿了(le)虛(xu)空(kong)(kong),然后(hou)擎瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)到(dao)千里之外,去(qu)贈(zeng)予另一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)國家。識(shi)(shi)蘊(yun)的(de)情形(xing)也(ye)是(shi)這(zhe)(zhe)樣。阿難(nan),瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)子(zi)(zi)(zi)里的(de)虛(xu)空(kong)(kong)既不(bu)是(shi)從另一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)方(fang)帶來,也(ye)不(bu)是(shi)從這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)方(fang)盛(sheng)進去(qu)。阿難(nan),如果它是(shi)從另一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)方(fang)帶來的(de),那么,瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)子(zi)(zi)(zi)本來就蓄滿了(le)虛(xu)空(kong)(kong)去(qu)另一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)方(fang)的(de),瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)子(zi)(zi)(zi)原(yuan)來所(suo)在的(de)這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)方(fang)就應(ying)當(dang)少了(le)一(yi)(yi)些(xie)虛(xu)空(kong)(kong)才對。如果它是(shi)從瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)子(zi)(zi)(zi)原(yuan)地(di)(di)盛(sheng)進去(qu)的(de),那么,打開瓶(ping)(ping)(ping)子(zi)(zi)(zi),就應(ying)當(dang)能夠倒出虛(xu)空(kong)(kong)來。所(suo)以,應(ying)當(dang)知道,識(shi)(shi)蘊(yun)也(ye)是(shi)虛(xu)妄,既不(bu)是(shi)因緣(yuan)和合而生,也(ye)不(bu)是(shi)自在自為。
