1、振鏡電機不自鎖

2、振鏡電機有自鎖,但不夠力度

用一塊確認完好(hao)的振鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)驅(qu)動(dong)板和(he)一個完好(hao)的振鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)機,分(fen)別(bie)接在待測試的驅(qu)動(dong)板和(he)振鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)頭上,正常通電(dian),用手(shou)輕(qing)輕(qing)轉動(dong)振鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)軸,若變“硬”,則(ze)正常;否則(ze),可判(pan)定(ding)振鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)驅(qu)動(dong)板和(he)振鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)機損(sun)壞(huai)。

3、振鏡電機不擺動

檢查打標卡是否有控制信號輸出,(注意其信號為-5V到+5V的直流電壓信號)若有,則檢查振鏡信號連接(jie)線是否連接(jie)完好,確認連接(jie)無誤后(hou),打標,若仍(reng)沒有擺動,則(ze)檢查(cha)信號線是否正負接(jie)反或者斷(duan)線,否則(ze),則(ze)可斷(duan)定驅動板損壞(huai)。

4、打標出現波浪線,打標頭機有輕微的叫聲

振鏡驅動(dong)(dong)板發熱量(liang)稍高(出(chu)現(xian)干(gan)擾(rao))檢(jian)查接地(di)線是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)確(que)接上(shang)(最好的接地(di)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)(shi):X振鏡信號(hao)地(di),Y振鏡信號(hao)地(di),屏蔽線,220V電(dian)源大地(di),及打標(biao)(biao)(biao)機(ji)殼要(yao)連通),若地(di)線接上(shang)后(hou)仍(reng)(reng)有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao),則(ze)首(shou)先檢(jian)查打標(biao)(biao)(biao)卡(ka)卡(ka)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常(檢(jian)查方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)(shi)用(yong)一(yi)(yi)塊(kuai)確(que)認(ren)完好的打標(biao)(biao)(biao)卡(ka)換上(shang),打標(biao)(biao)(biao)看是(shi)(shi)否(fou)仍(reng)(reng)有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao)),若仍(reng)(reng)然有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao),則(ze)進一(yi)(yi)步檢(jian)查振鏡電(dian)機(ji)連接線是(shi)(shi)否(fou)完好,和其它線是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有(you)(you)纏(chan)繞,若一(yi)(yi)切正(zheng)常,則(ze)首(shou)先用(yong)一(yi)(yi)塊(kuai)確(que)認(ren)完好的振鏡驅動(dong)(dong)板換上(shang),若沒干(gan)擾(rao),則(ze)可(ke)斷定(ding)振鏡驅動(dong)(dong)板有(you)(you)問題;若有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao),則(ze)振鏡電(dian)機(ji)有(you)(you)問題。(當然公司(si)外(wai)出(chu)激光維修人員(yuan),請確(que)定(ding)好,如(ru)果客戶的振鏡是(shi)(shi)三年以前的產(chan)品(pin),產(chan)品(pin)的抵抗(kang)干(gan)擾(rao)能力肯定(ding)會(hui)差(cha)一(yi)(yi)點,振鏡打標(biao)(biao)(biao)頭(tou)周邊(bian)如(ru)有(you)(you)有(you)(you)手機(ji)信號(hao),馬達,電(dian)機(ji),磁場,又(you)或者是(shi)(shi)Q開關(guan)的射頻信號(hao)外(wai)露都(dou)有(you)(you)可(ke)能影(ying)響(xiang),新的振鏡都(dou)有(you)(you)可(ke)以發生這種現(xian)象)

5、產生嘯叫

先和第(di)四步一樣(yang),測試一下(xia)打標卡信號,布(bu)線(xian),外部干擾等,如(ru)果還(huan)有(you)嘯(xiao)叫(jiao),則調(diao)試振鏡(jing)驅動板的(de)濾波板上電位器,若(ruo)仍(reng)不能(neng)消除嘯(xiao)叫(jiao),則需要重新返(fan)回公司做精密的(de)調(diao)校。(注意:不能(neng)長時間處于嘯(xiao)叫(jiao)狀態,以免會(hui)燒壞(huai)振鏡(jing)電機)

6、打標里不封口或封口過頭

改變打標軟件(jian)(jian)中“跳(tiao)轉延(yan)時(shi)(shi)”,出光及關光等延(yan)時(shi)(shi)。若(ruo)任(ren)都不(bu)行,則是振鏡沒有完全校正好,應該要返(fan)回公司(si),會返(fan)回供應商處,有條件(jian)(jian)的(de)激光維修售(shou)后(hou)人員可以按照振鏡調(diao)(diao)試步驟做一定的(de)調(diao)(diao)節,但要注意(yi)有幾(ji)個電位(wei)器是不(bu)是隨便(bian)亂(luan)動的(de)。

7、打標時,打標頭下方,沒有激光輸出,但激光出光孔有激光

軟件(jian)打標(biao)速(su)度大快(kuai),場鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)沒有安裝,振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)不動且(qie)擺(bai)的位置不正常,振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)脫(tuo)落(luo),振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)臟。前面(mian)幾(ji)個(ge)問(wen)題按上(shang)面(mian)的方法來(lai)處(chu)理,振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)脫(tuo)落(luo)裂開,要(yao)返回(hui)公(gong)司重(zhong)新(xin)換上(shang)新(xin)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)并調試好激光,振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)臟用品(pin)99%酒(jiu)精(jing)和脫(tuo)脂(zhi)棉擦試,如擦拭(shi)不了(le)且(qie)是(shi)振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)中心部分,或(huo)者邊緣部分大1平方毫米(mi)則要(yao)更換振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)與振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)脫(tuo)落(luo)一樣處(chu)理。

二、如何避免激光振鏡的二次污染

在一般功(gong)率輸(shu)出(chu)的激光器中,所有的鏡(jing)片(pian)大都會(hui)由(you)于制造工(gong)藝的原因或受外界污染等(deng)因素導致(zhi)鏡(jing)片(pian)對(dui)特定的激光波長吸收大,久而久之使鏡(jing)片(pian)壽命縮短,由(you)于鏡(jing)片(pian)的損壞而造成影響使用甚至停機的情況(kuang)時(shi)有發生。

作為一(yi)條常識(shi)(shi),當用(yong)(yong)手(shou)去操作光學系(xi)統時(shi),無論(lun)清(qing)(qing)潔,拆(chai)卸,安裝都要帶(dai)上(shang)指套(tao)(tao)或醫用(yong)(yong)手(shou)套(tao)(tao),要始終保(bao)持(chi)遵循清(qing)(qing)洗鏡片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)及(ji)注意事項,在(zai)(zai)清(qing)(qing)潔過(guo)程中,只能用(yong)(yong)規定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料(liao),如(ru)光學用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擦鏡紙(zhi),棉簽,試劑級乙醇(chun)。對任何鏡片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)清(qing)(qing)潔,拆(chai)卸,安裝走捷徑都將導致鏡片(pian)壽命(ming)縮短,甚至永(yong)久性地損壞。所以(yi),要用(yong)(yong)普通的(de)(de)(de)(de)常識(shi)(shi)來防(fang)止鏡片(pian)受其(qi)它(ta)原因(yin)(yin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)染,如(ru)遇防(fang)潮濕、煙霧、防(fang)塵等(deng)等(deng)。在(zai)(zai)確定(ding)某一(yi)鏡片(pian)污(wu)(wu)染后(hou),要用(yong)(yong)洗耳球吹(chui)鏡片(pian),直(zhi)到其(qi)表(biao)面沒有微粒為佳(jia),千(qian)萬不要用(yong)(yong)嘴去吹(chui)。因(yin)(yin)為吹(chui)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)空氣大都含(han)油、水等(deng)將會(hui)進一(yi)步污(wu)(wu)染鏡片(pian)。如(ru)果(guo)經(jing)過(guo)洗耳球處理(li)以(yi)后(hou)其(qi)表(biao)面仍有污(wu)(wu)染存在(zai)(zai),就必須用(yong)(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)棉簽蘸實驗室級丙酮(tong),乙醇(chun)來輕(qing)輕(qing)擦拭(shi)。這樣就可以(yi)清(qing)(qing)除大多(duo)數(shu)污(wu)(wu)染薄(bo)層。激光器中的(de)(de)(de)(de)鏡片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)染會(hui)對激光輸出(chu)乃至數(shu)據采集系(xi)統造成嚴重的(de)(de)(de)(de)采集錯誤,如(ru)果(guo)我們能夠使鏡片(pian)經(jing)常保(bao)持(chi)清(qing)(qing)潔,將會(hui)延長整機的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)壽命(ming)。
