一、熱電偶介紹
熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)偶是(shi)利(li)用熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)效應(ying)作為測量原理的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)種無源傳感器。所(suo)謂(wei)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)效應(ying)即兩(liang)(liang)種不(bu)(bu)同成(cheng)份的(de)(de)導體(稱為熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)偶絲材或熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)極)兩(liang)(liang)端接(jie)合(he)成(cheng)回(hui)路,當(dang)兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)接(jie)合(he)點(dian)的(de)(de)溫度不(bu)(bu)同時(shi),在回(hui)路中(zhong)就會產生電(dian)動勢的(de)(de)現象。所(suo)以(yi)根據組成(cheng)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)偶兩(liang)(liang)種絲材的(de)(de)材質不(bu)(bu)同可以(yi)得(de)到不(bu)(bu)同類型的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)偶,不(bu)(bu)同型號之前(qian)也存在一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)差異(yi)。
二、k型熱電偶與e型熱電偶區別
K型熱電(dian)(dian)偶與E型熱電(dian)(dian)偶的區別在于熱電(dian)(dian)動勢、靈敏度、穩定性和(he)均勻性、抗氧化性能和(he)價格(ge)。
K型(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶適(shi)用(yong)于氧(yang)化(hua)性(xing)(xing)(xing)惰(duo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣氛,而E型(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶適(shi)用(yong)于氧(yang)化(hua)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)惰(duo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣氛,但不(bu)能(neng)在高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)下使用(yong)硫、還(huan)原性(xing)(xing)(xing)或還(huan)原性(xing)(xing)(xing)氣氛中和(he)真空中。E型(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶具有穩定性(xing)(xing)(xing)好、抗(kang)氧(yang)化(hua)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)好、價格(ge)便宜等優點,但熱(re)(re)電(dian)動勢較(jiao)大(da),靈敏(min)度最高(gao)(gao),適(shi)用(yong)于高(gao)(gao)濕度氣氛,但對于高(gao)(gao)濕度腐蝕(shi)不(bu)甚靈敏(min)。
三、k型熱電偶和t型熱電偶的區別
k型熱電偶和t型熱電偶的區別主(zhu)要在于測量(liang)范圍:
k型(xing)(xing),可以測量-200度(du)(du)(du)(du)到1000多度(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)范圍(wei),缺(que)點是超過(guo)居里點的(de)時候會有特(te)征(zheng)曲(qu)線(xian)的(de)跳變,大約(yue)150度(du)(du)(du)(du)左右(you)。t型(xing)(xing)是非磁性(xing)材料,沒有居里點,所以特(te)征(zheng)曲(qu)線(xian)更連貫,效果好一些。溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)范圍(wei)-200度(du)(du)(du)(du)到350度(du)(du)(du)(du)。
