一、地鐵屏蔽門系統的組成有哪些
地鐵屏蔽門系統(tong)(tong)由機械(xie)和電(dian)氣兩(liang)部分(fen)(fen)(fen)構(gou)(gou)成,機械(xie)部分(fen)(fen)(fen)包括門(men)(men)體(ti)結構(gou)(gou)和門(men)(men)機系統(tong)(tong),電(dian)氣部分(fen)(fen)(fen)包括電(dian)源系統(tong)(tong)和控制系統(tong)(tong)。主要構(gou)(gou)成部分(fen)(fen)(fen)有:門(men)(men)體(ti)結構(gou)(gou)、門(men)(men)機系統(tong)(tong)、門(men)(men)機控制器(DCU)、車站級控制、監視系統(tong)(tong)。屏蔽(bi)門(men)(men)門(men)(men)體(ti)結構(gou)(gou)通常由滑(hua)動門(men)(men)、固(gu)定(ding)門(men)(men)、應急門(men)(men)、端(duan)頭門(men)(men)及門(men)(men)機頂箱、踏步板、上下部連接結構(gou)(gou)等(deng)構(gou)(gou)成。

二、地鐵屏蔽門主要有哪些作用
1、系統控制功能
系統級控制是在地鐵屏蔽門正常運行模式下由信號系統(SIG)直接對屏蔽門進行控制的方式。在系統級控制方式下,列車到站并停在允許的誤差范圍內時(如:±300mm),信號系統向屏蔽門每側單元控制器(PEDC)發送“長/短車開/關門”命令,單元控制器(PEDC)通過門控單元(DCU)對每扇滑動門進行實時控制,實現屏蔽門的系統級控制操作。單元控制器(PEDC)與門控單元(DCU)通過可靠的硬線連接。站臺級控制是由列車駕駛員或站務人員在站臺的就地控制盤(PSL)上對屏蔽門進行“開/關門”的控制方式。當系統級控制不能正常實現時,列車駕駛員或站務人員可在就地控制盤(PSL)上通過“專用鑰匙”及”開/關門按鈕”對屏蔽門進行“開/關門”操作,實現屏蔽門的站臺級控制操作。
2、監視功能
