一、鏡面火花機的工作原理
導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性微粉(fen)末進入放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)間隙(xi)后,相當(dang)于(yu)在兩極間接入多段(duan)小導(dao)體,同時還使(shi)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)間隙(xi)中的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)畸變,使(shi)間隙(xi)中絕緣介質的(de)(de)抗擊穿能力下降(jiang),放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容易發(fa)(fa)生(sheng),放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)間隙(xi)相應增大。增大的(de)(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)間隙(xi)減小了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)蝕產(chan)(chan)物對放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)引發(fa)(fa)作用,并且(qie)有利(li)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)蝕產(chan)(chan)物的(de)(de)流動與排出,從而減少了放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)集中的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng),使(shi)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在加工表面均勻分布。
放電間隙增大,放電通道變粗,在同樣放電脈沖能量下,工件表面受熱面積增大而受熱強度下降,從而在工件表層形成大而淺的放電蝕坑。同時放電間隙的增大還降低了放電對熔化金屬的拋出能力,使較多熔化金屬在工件表層重新凝固,進一步減小了放電蝕坑的深度。因此混粉電火花加工在工件表面形成大而淺的放電蝕坑。混(hun)粉電(dian)火(huo)花(hua)加工(gong)在工(gong)件表(biao)面(mian)(mian)形成(cheng)大而淺的放電(dian)蝕(shi)坑及放電(dian)蝕(shi)坑的均勻分布(bu)是降低加工(gong)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)粗糙度(du)的根本原因。
二、鏡面火花機怎么操作
1、應(ying)(ying)熟練掌握操作面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)各(ge)按(an)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)具(ju)體(ti)功能(neng)及使用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)狀態,在機臺的(de)(de)操作過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)靈活(huo)運用(yong),熟知畫面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)轉換,特別(bie)(bie)是(shi)幾個重(zhong)要的(de)(de)畫面(mian)(mian)(mian)(如準備畫面(mian)(mian)(mian),觀察畫面(mian)(mian)(mian))所(suo)(suo)具(ju)有的(de)(de)功能(neng),避免(mian)在加工中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)因(yin)不(bu)熟悉操作面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)而造成各(ge)種(zhong)異常,另因(yin)各(ge)按(an)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(特別(bie)(bie)是(shi)常用(yong)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian))的(de)(de)高密集(ji)使用(yong)容易受損,所(suo)(suo)以在操作面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)時,表面(mian)(mian)(mian)應(ying)(ying)附一(yi)層(ceng)塑料紙作保護,以延長(chang)操作面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)之使用(yong)壽命。
2、只有經過(guo)此類火花(hua)機設備培訓(xun)的人員才能獲準使用該機器設備。
3、為了避免加(jia)工(gong)液及(ji)電柜過熱,冷卻系(xi)統必須處(chu)于連續(xu)工(gong)作(zuo)狀態(tai)。
4、為了避免直接接觸(chu)到(dao)通電的(de)電線,必(bi)須(xu)關閉機臺防(fang)護門。
5、不允許2人同時操(cao)作(zuo)同一(yi)機臺,在運行畫(hua)面操(cao)作(zuo)時,應盡量將熒(ying)(ying)屏(ping)(ping)亮度降(jiang)低,并(bing)選(xuan)擇斜(xie)視觀(guan)察畫(hua)面,從而減少熒(ying)(ying)屏(ping)(ping)輻射給眼睛帶來的傷害。
6、鏡面火花機同(tong)操作(zuo)面板一樣,加工者也應熟(shu)知遙控(kong)器(qi)的具體(ti)使用方法,遙控(kong)器(qi)之按鍵外(wai)表應有一層塑料紙作(zuo)保護,另外(wai),遙控(kong)器(qi)之所以(yi)(yi)可以(yi)(yi)脫(tuo)離操作(zuo)板遠距離操作(zuo),是利用一根電線(xian)(xian)作(zuo)傳導,所以(yi)(yi)遙控(kong)器(qi)的保護還應包括對電線(xian)(xian)的保護。在(zai)使用過程中不可大力拉動(dong)電線(xian)(xian),以(yi)(yi)免遙控(kong)器(qi)失靈,電線(xian)(xian)列的部分應圈(quan)起放置(zhi),使用后,一定要放回原處掛好。
7、在機床或機頭(tou)移動時,絕不(bu)可將手(shou)可手(shou)指置于(yu)機頭(tou)和工(gong)作物之間,經防因指令輸錯(cuo)或方向鍵按(an)錯(cuo),造成(cheng)安全事故。
8、在加(jia)工工件時(shi)(shi),應注意裝夾方式是否會傷到加(jia)工平臺,在機臺使(shi)用時(shi)(shi)應吹干平臺,長期不使(shi)用時(shi)(shi)應上防銹油加(jia)以保(bao)護機床。
