從中國(guo)(guo)汽(qi)車(che)動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池產業聯盟最(zui)新發(fa)布的統計(ji)數(shu)據來(lai)看,2021年1-3月,我(wo)國(guo)(guo)動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池產量累計(ji)達32.8GWh,同比增(zeng)長296.5%;累計(ji)銷量達23.9GWh,同比增(zeng)長201.0%;裝車(che)量累計(ji)達23.2GWh,同比上升308.7%,說明(ming)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)的動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池行業發(fa)展還是比較快速(su)的。
然而近幾年的動力(li)電池技術迭代較快,一些企業設備陳舊,無法產(chan)出穩(wen)定性較好的產(chan)品,低端產(chan)能(neng)(neng)又(you)很難(nan)滿足(zu)(zu)新能(neng)(neng)源汽(qi)車對高性能(neng)(neng)、低成(cheng)本(ben)電池的需求(qiu),造成(cheng)了(le)優質產(chan)能(neng)(neng)不(bu)足(zu)(zu)、低端產(chan)能(neng)(neng)過(guo)剩的情況。
同時(shi),產能(neng)的(de)(de)擴張(zhang)意(yi)味著動(dong)車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池行業(ye)洗牌加劇,車(che)企在選(xuan)擇電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池企業(ye)合作時(shi),會(hui)在產品性能(neng)和價格(ge)上做考慮,在性能(neng)相(xiang)差不大(da)的(de)(de)情況下車(che)企會(hui)選(xuan)擇便宜的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池企業(ye)合作。目前動(dong)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池原材(cai)料還呈現供(gong)應緊張(zhang)且(qie)價格(ge)總體上漲的(de)(de)趨勢,雖然部(bu)分(fen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池原材(cai)料已有所回落,但(dan)價格(ge)仍然不低。而電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池原材(cai)料上漲的(de)(de)成本(ben)則需要電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池企業(ye)自(zi)己承受,在此背(bei)景下尾部(bu)動(dong)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池企業(ye)生(sheng)存壓力(li)(li)激增。
同時,車(che)企自建電(dian)池廠(chang),掌握話語權的趨勢漸成(cheng)。對此,伊維經(jing)濟研究(jiu)院研究(jiu)部總(zong)經(jing)理、中國電(dian)池產業研究(jiu)院院長(chang)吳(wu)輝表示,比(bi)較小的電(dian)池企業需要進一步融資(zi),把規模做大才(cai)能(neng)把成(cheng)本降下來,而且尾部電(dian)池企業可以在(zai)專(zhuan)用(yong)車(che)、農用(yong)車(che)等領(ling)域(yu)布局,找到一些能(neng)盈利的細分(fen)市場(chang)。
