簡介
洪(hong)江(jiang)水電(dian)站位(wei)于(yu)湖南省懷化地(di)區(qu)沅水干流(liu)中上游河段,是沅水干流(liu)開發規劃中的重要梯級工程,沅水梯級開發的第(di)8級電(dian)站,上距(ju)洪(hong)江(jiang)市21km,下距(ju)洪(hong)江(jiang)區(qu)4.5km。
工程(cheng)以發電為(wei)主(zhu),兼(jian)顧(gu)航運(yun)、灌溉(gai)等綜(zong)合(he)效益。壩(ba)址(zhi)以上控制流(liu)(liu)域面積35500平(ping)方公里,多年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)705立(li)方米(mi)(mi)/秒(miao),多年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)(jun)年(nian)徑流(liu)(liu)量(liang)222億(yi)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)。水(shui)庫總庫容(rong)3.2億(yi)立(li)方米(mi)(mi),正常(chang)蓄(xu)水(shui)位(wei)190.00m,汛限(xian)水(shui)位(wei)187.00m,調節庫容(rong)0.75億(yi)立(li)方米(mi)(mi),屬周調節水(shui)庫。電站裝機6臺,總容(rong)量(liang)270MW,多年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)(jun)發電量(liang)9.7億(yi)kW·h。船閘(zha)設計年(nian)過壩(ba)貨運(yun)量(liang)80萬t、木(mu)材運(yun)量(liang)25萬立(li)方米(mi)(mi)。從(cong)水(shui)庫引水(shui)4.08立(li)方米(mi)(mi)/秒(miao),灌溉(gai)農田3333公頃。
建筑
電站樞紐建(jian)筑物從(cong)右(you)(you)至左依(yi)次為(wei)(wei)(wei):右(you)(you)岸(an)(an)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、船閘(zha)(zha)、溢流(liu)(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、河床(chuang)式廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)和(he)左岸(an)(an)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(包括灌(guan)溉取水口(kou)),共(gong)22個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)196.50m,全長469.65m。右(you)(you)岸(an)(an)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)長40.8m,分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1號(hao)(hao)(hao)、2號(hao)(hao)(hao)兩個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)寬分(fen)(fen)別為(wei)(wei)(wei)8m、11m,最(zui)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)32.5m。左岸(an)(an)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)長73.1m,分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)20號(hao)(hao)(hao)~22號(hao)(hao)(hao)3個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)頂(ding)(ding)寬11m,最(zui)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)56m。溢流(liu)(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)布置(zhi)在河床(chuang)中(zhong)部,共(gong)10個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(4號(hao)(hao)(hao)~13號(hao)(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)),布置(zhi)9孔開(kai)敞式溢流(liu)(liu)堰,每(mei)孔凈(jing)寬19m,總長225.75m。堰型為(wei)(wei)(wei)WES實用堰,堰頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)174.00m,設置(zhi)弧形(xing)工作門和(he)檢修平(ping)板門。采(cai)用底流(liu)(liu)消(xiao)能(neng),消(xiao)力池由中(zhong)導墻(qiang)隔(ge)為(wei)(wei)(wei)左、右(you)(you)消(xiao)力池。尾(wei)坎(kan)(kan)采(cai)用差動(dong)式,左、右(you)(you)消(xiao)力池尾(wei)坎(kan)(kan)高(gao)、低坎(kan)(kan)頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)分(fen)(fen)別為(wei)(wei)(wei)166.00m、164.00m和(he)167.00m、165.00m。廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)布置(zhi)在河床(chuang)左側(ce)主河槽,統編為(wei)(wei)(wei)6個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(14號(hao)(hao)(hao)~19號(hao)(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan))。主廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)左側(ce)和(he)下游(you)側(ce)分(fen)(fen)別設有安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)場和(he)副廠(chang)房(fang)(fang),安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)場上游(you)布置(zhi)副廠(chang)房(fang)(fang),下游(you)布置(zhi)開(kai)關站。廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)下游(you)設頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)187.50m的(de)防(fang)洪墻(qiang)。廠(chang)內安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)5臺單機容量為(wei)(wei)(wei)45MW的(de)貫流(liu)(liu)式水輪(lun)發電機組。船閘(zha)(zha)位(wei)于右(you)(you)岸(an)(an)階地,統編為(wei)(wei)(wei)3號(hao)(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),為(wei)(wei)(wei)Ⅴ級航道、二(er)級船閘(zha)(zha),閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)有效尺寸(cun)80.0m×12.0m×2.0m(長×寬×檻上水深)。船閘(zha)(zha)從(cong)上至下依(yi)次為(wei)(wei)(wei)上游(you)引航道、上閘(zha)(zha)首、一閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)、中(zhong)閘(zha)(zha)首、二(er)閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)、下閘(zha)(zha)首和(he)下游(you)引航道,總長678.5m。
監控
洪(hong)江水(shui)電站計算(suan)機(ji)監(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統設計標準是(shi)建成(cheng)安全(quan)(quan)、可靠、經濟(ji)、實用的(de)全(quan)(quan)分布全(quan)(quan)開放(fang)的(de)計算(suan)機(ji)監(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統。整個系(xi)(xi)統技術性能、指標達到或超過《水(shui)電廠計算(suan)機(ji)監(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統基本技術條件》DL/T578-95標準的(de)規定。
洪江水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)計(ji)算機監控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統由ABB公司(si)中(zhong)標,采用ABBAdvantOCS系(xi)(xi)統,該系(xi)(xi)統集成了國外(wai)較新計(ji)算機軟硬件產品(pin)、網絡技(ji)術(shu)和實時工業控(kong)制產品(pin),在(zai)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)自動(dong)控(kong)制領(ling)域有著廣泛的應用,系(xi)(xi)統較為成熟,具有良好的可靠(kao)性。
中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)利(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)電科學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所通過與ABB公司合作的方式共同完成該項目。ABB公司提(ti)供計算機監(jian)控系統的基本平臺,系統集成、研(yan)制由中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)利(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)電科學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)完成,應用(yong)(yong)(yong)軟件、高級應用(yong)(yong)(yong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)利(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)電科學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所開(kai)發的H9000系統。2013年中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)利(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)電科學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)H9000V4.0系統更新(xin)了全廠計算機監(jian)控系統。
洪江水電站計算機監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)實施該(gai)工程后(hou),形成一個完整的開放(fang)網絡(luo)型分層(ceng)分布(bu)的電站實時閉環過(guo)程控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong),通過(guo)計算機監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)實現(xian)電站的集(ji)中監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong),現(xian)地無(wu)人值班(少人值守)。
