海(hai)(hai)陽(yang)(yang)四中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是海(hai)(hai)陽(yang)(yang)市級(ji)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。創建于1957年(nian),1979年(nian)被確定為(wei)縣(xian)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),原校(xiao)(xiao)址(zhi)在(zai)小紀鎮駐(zhu)地,2001年(nian)9月搬(ban)至東(dong)村原海(hai)(hai)陽(yang)(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)址(zhi),2007年(nian)搬(ban)至原東(dong)村初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)(xiao)址(zhi),學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)投資千萬余元,改造(zao)了餐廳,建造(zao)了氣(qi)勢恢宏的(de)(de)規范化(hua)學(xue)生(sheng)公(gong)寓大(da)樓(lou),另一(yi)座(zuo)綜(zong)合實(shi)驗(yan)大(da)樓(lou)正在(zai)緊鑼密鼓(gu)的(de)(de)籌備建設中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong);在(zai)強化(hua)標(biao)注化(hua)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建設的(de)(de)同時,積極引進的(de)(de)教學(xue)儀器,每(mei)個(ge)(ge)班級(ji)都(dou)配有多媒(mei)體教學(xue)設備,每(mei)個(ge)(ge)教職(zhi)(zhi)工都(dou)配有一(yi)臺辦公(gong)筆記(ji)本電腦(nao)。現如今(jin)擁(yong)有兩座(zuo)教學(xue)樓(lou)、一(yi)座(zuo)辦公(gong)樓(lou)、一(yi)座(zuo)實(shi)驗(yan)樓(lou)、一(yi)座(zuo)學(xue)生(sheng)公(gong)寓,一(yi)個(ge)(ge)標(biao)準田徑賽場(chang)和籃球場(chang),校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)布局合理,動靜分明,分為(wei)教學(xue)、生(sheng)活、運動、綜(zong)合服務四大(da)區域;環境優美,綠樹成蔭(yin),花草(cao)遍地;整個(ge)(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)宛(wan)如一(yi)幅(fu)優美校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)風情畫。
學(xue)校(xiao)堅持(chi)以(yi)(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科(ke)研(yan)為(wei)先導(dao),從改革(ge)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)入手(shou),不斷探索“減負增效”、實(shi)(shi)施(shi)素質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)路子。我校(xiao)是山東省“學(xue)生(sheng)能力培養研(yan)究”實(shi)(shi)驗基(ji)地,承接了多(duo)項課題(ti)的(de)研(yan)究任(ren)務;課題(ti)“學(xue)案導(dao)學(xue)、任(ren)務驅動法(fa)”獲(huo)得山東省基(ji)礎(chu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科(ke)研(yan)優秀(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)成(cheng)果一(yi)(yi)等(deng)獎(jiang)。自(zi)建校(xiao)以(yi)(yi)來,涌(yong)現一(yi)(yi)批(pi)國家、省、市(shi)(shi)級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)能手(shou)和優質(zhi)課執教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)者。其中(zhong)有2人次,10多(duo)人次獲(huo)省級(ji)獎(jiang),30多(duo)人次獲(huo)市(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)等(deng)獎(jiang)。在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作者、模范教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)、師(shi)(shi)德(de)標兵、優秀(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)、創新人物、名校(xiao)長(chang)(chang)、名師(shi)(shi)和政府(fu)特(te)殊津(jin)貼、有突出貢獻的(de)優秀(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)人才等(deng)評選(xuan)中(zhong),有2位教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)受表(biao)彰(zhang),5位教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)受省級(ji)表(biao)彰(zhang),10余名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)受地市(shi)(shi)級(ji)表(biao)彰(zhang)。在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)組織形(xing)式上,實(shi)(shi)行班內分層次、全(quan)部學(xue)生(sheng)導(dao)師(shi)(shi)制、特(te)長(chang)(chang)生(sheng)點對(dui)點輔導(dao)制、學(xue)困生(sheng)手(shou)把手(shou)輔導(dao)制等(deng)多(duo)形(xing)式教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)。我校(xiao)自(zi)1993年以(yi)(yi)來,連續(xu)(xu)八次被(bei)(bei)(bei)評為(wei)海陽(yang)市(shi)(shi)“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)書(shu)育(yu)人單位”和海陽(yang)市(shi)(shi)“十(shi)佳文明學(xue)校(xiao)”;學(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)支部連續(xu)(xu)七(qi)次被(bei)(bei)(bei)評為(wei)海陽(yang)市(shi)(shi)“黨(dang)支部”。1993年被(bei)(bei)(bei)評為(wei)“煙(yan)臺(tai)市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)單位”“煙(yan)臺(tai)市(shi)(shi)基(ji)層組織”;1993年、1995年兩次榮獲(huo)“煙(yan)臺(tai)市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)書(shu)育(yu)人單位”;1997年被(bei)(bei)(bei)評為(wei)“煙(yan)臺(tai)市(shi)(shi)黨(dang)支部”;高考本科(ke)上線率(lv)一(yi)(yi)直名列前(qian)茅。
海(hai)陽四中歷經半(ban)個世紀的(de)風雨,半(ban)個世紀的(de)磨(mo)礪,積(ji)淀形成(cheng)自己獨(du)特的(de)校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化底蘊。學(xue)校(xiao)堅持以“學(xue)生發展(zhan)為(wei)(wei)本,為(wei)(wei)學(xue)生成(cheng)才奠基(ji)”的(de)辦(ban)學(xue)理(li)念,以“厚德(de),博(bo)學(xue),尚美(mei),篤行”為(wei)(wei)校(xiao)訓,以“文(wen)(wen)明(ming),樸(pu)實,合作,進取”為(wei)(wei)校(xiao)風,以“博(bo)學(xue)樂教(jiao),厚生善(shan)導”為(wei)(wei)教(jiao)風,以“樂學(xue)善(shan)思,明(ming)理(li)強能”為(wei)(wei)學(xue)風。早在(zai)八、九十年代(dai),四中人(ren)就以純樸(pu)的(de)優良品(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)和出色(se)的(de)成(cheng)績,成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)山東(dong)基(ji)礎教(jiao)育的(de)一(yi)面(mian)旗幟。時代(dai)雖已變遷,但純樸(pu)的(de)品(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)卻被四中人(ren)一(yi)以貫之地傳承了下來,并能融合時代(dai)精神,形成(cheng)優秀的(de)校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化。
自四中(zhong)建校(xiao)(xiao)以來,海陽四中(zhong)學習實(shi)(shi)踐科學發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)觀(guan),落(luo)實(shi)(shi)素質(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)課程(cheng)方(fang)案(an)、規范(fan)辦學行(xing)(xing)為(wei)。以“培養可持(chi)(chi)續發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)學生(sheng),早就可持(chi)(chi)續勝(sheng)任的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)師,創辦可持(chi)(chi)續攀高的(de)(de)(de)學校(xiao)(xiao),實(shi)(shi)施可持(chi)(chi)續提(ti)升的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)”為(wei)辦學宗(zong)旨,牢固樹立大(da)安全觀(guan)和(he)大(da)質(zhi)量觀(guan),學校(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)工作(zuo)逐步走上(shang)規范(fan)化、精細(xi)化、人(ren)(ren)文(wen)化軌道(dao),內部(bu)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)潛力得(de)到(dao)深入挖掘。學校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)扁(bian)平化管(guan)(guan)理(li)模式(shi),把(ba)全校(xiao)(xiao)分為(wei)南(nan)北兩部(bu),每(mei)部(bu)各有(you)(you)(you)三級,縮短管(guan)(guan)理(li)鏈條,做到(dao)“人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)都管(guan)(guan)事(shi)(shi),事(shi)(shi)事(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)(you)人(ren)(ren)管(guan)(guan)”,同(tong)一(yi)(yi)級部(bu)一(yi)(yi)分為(wei)二,合作(zuo)中(zhong)有(you)(you)(you)競爭,極(ji)(ji)大(da)調動了廣大(da)教(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)(ji)性,提(ti)高了管(guan)(guan)理(li)質(zhi)量。
