蓬(peng)萊第一(yi)中學地處渤海、黃海之濱(bin),與馳名中外的蓬(peng)萊閣(ge)相鄰(lin),學校(xiao)(xiao)建筑精美,環(huan)境(jing)優雅,人(ren)文氣(qi)息濃郁(yu),是煙臺市(shi)重(zhong)點(dian)高中,山東(dong)省規范化學校(xiao)(xiao)。學校(xiao)(xiao)占地12萬平(ping)方米,總(zong)建筑面積(ji)達6萬多平(ping)方米,綠化面積(ji)2萬多平(ping)方米。現有(you)在職教師371人(ren),其(qi)中,在職高級(ji)教師55人(ren),一(yi)級(ji)教師90人(ren)。在校(xiao)(xiao)學生人(ren)數近(jin)4000人(ren),70個班級(ji)。

高素(su)質的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍自1995年(nian)以來,學(xue)校實(shi)(shi)施“名牌帶動戰略”,讓有較(jiao)高業務(wu)能力和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)育理論水平(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)老教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)擔任新(xin)(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)指導教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),力爭使新(xin)(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)入校后(hou)一(yi)年(nian)熟悉教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)常規,三年(nian)熟悉學(xue)科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)材和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)規律(lv)。隨著辦學(xue)規模的(de)(de)不斷(duan)擴大,青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)大量增加,2004年(nian),又(you)進一(yi)步(bu)實(shi)(shi)行“青藍工程(cheng)”,新(xin)(xin)老教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)結師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)徒對(dui)子,以老帶新(xin)(xin)。學(xue)校鼓(gu)勵并(bing)創造條件讓教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)繼續深造與自我充實(shi)(shi)相結合,教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)與科(ke)(ke)研雙肩挑,不斷(duan)提高自己的(de)(de)業務(wu)水平(ping)(ping)。先后(hou)有3人獲全(quan)國優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)號(hao)。60人獲省、市級優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)能手稱(cheng)號(hao)。教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)歷水平(ping)(ping)99%達(da)到本科(ke)(ke)以上,研究生課(ke)程(cheng)進修班(ban)學(xue)員30余(yu)名。
1、采用(yong)競(jing)爭(zheng)和激勵(li)機(ji)制,優化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)(gong)管理。學校制訂了(le)《蓬萊一(yi)中(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)學質(zhi)(zhi)量末位(wei)(wei)公(gong)(gong)示及(ji)末位(wei)(wei)淘(tao)汰管理辦(ban)法(fa)(fa)》、《蓬萊一(yi)中(zhong)職(zhi)員工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)質(zhi)(zhi)量末位(wei)(wei)公(gong)(gong)示及(ji)末位(wei)(wei)淘(tao)汰管理辦(ban)法(fa)(fa)》、《常規(gui)管理要求與檢查標準(zhun)》等一(yi)系列辦(ban)法(fa)(fa),規(gui)范教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學和服(fu)務行(xing)為;采用(yong)全(quan)員聘任(ren)(ren)制,讓全(quan)體教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)競(jing)爭(zheng)上崗;以校內(nei)結構工(gong)(gong)資(zi)制激活干勁(jing),充分調動(dong)了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積極性;開展(zhan)多種(zhong)形式的(de)評優選佳活動(dong),倡導同質(zhi)(zhi)競(jing)爭(zheng),加速了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)的(de)優化(hua);嚴格實行(xing)班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)管理辦(ban)法(fa)(fa),提(ti)高班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)的(de)能動(dong)性。實行(xing)班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)承諾(nuo)制,制訂了(le)《班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)常規(gui)管理考核(he)辦(ban)法(fa)(fa)》,把績(ji)效與班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)津貼掛鉤(gou),分等級,月兌現,極大(da)地調動(dong)班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)積極性。
2、深化(hua)德育(yu)(yu)工作,強化(hua)學生常規(gui)管理。創新德育(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)模式(shi),開展主題教育(yu)(yu),諸如禮儀教育(yu)(yu)、誠信教育(yu)(yu)等等。同(tong)時,加強校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文化(hua)建設,形成(cheng)(cheng)濃(nong)郁的文化(hua)氛(fen)圍,以此影響熏陶感染(ran)學生,形成(cheng)(cheng)現代人(ren)格。利用班會教育(yu)(yu)和談(tan)心(xin)活動大力(li)促進學生思想(xiang)品質的提高。德育(yu)(yu)工作方式(shi)由(you)強制性、整體(ti)化(hua)向自(zi)主性、個體(ti)化(hua)轉變。加大校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)常規(gui)管理的力(li)度(du),通過對宿(su)舍、校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)秩序、行為規(gui)范的常抓不懈,優(you)化(hua)了教學環(huan)境,創造了良好的校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)風氣。

4、加強(qiang)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)隊伍建(jian)設(she)(she),提(ti)高管(guan)(guan)理(li)質量(liang)。我們花大(da)氣力(li),狠抓(zhua)了(le)(le)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)隊伍建(jian)設(she)(she),充分發揮領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)模范帶頭作(zuo)用,取(qu)得(de)了(le)(le)明顯成(cheng)效(xiao)。其中包(bao)括(kuo)抓(zhua)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)隊伍的(de)(de)(de)思路(lu)創(chuang)新、抓(zhua)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)、抓(zhua)班子的(de)(de)(de)團(tuan)隊精神。通過(guo)請(qing)進(jin)來、走(zou)出去、摘發資料、集中交流等學習形(xing)式,提(ti)高干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)形(xing)象、自律形(xing)象、能力(li)形(xing)象,各科室和(he)級部(bu)(bu)領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)在全體教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)會議上提(ti)出自己的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)承諾和(he)質量(liang)指(zhi)標承諾,讓全體教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)對領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)分管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)行監督。同時為了(le)(le)加強(qiang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)力(li)度,學校領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)實(shi)(shi)行包(bao)級部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)年級分工(gong)(gong)(gong)責(ze)任(ren)制(zhi)、領(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)首問責(ze)任(ren)制(zhi),大(da)大(da)提(ti)高了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)力(li)度。干(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)成(cheng)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)熱情(qing)高,精神狀態好,協同意識和(he)同心進(jin)取(qu)的(de)(de)(de)團(tuan)隊精神得(de)到進(jin)一步增(zeng)強(qiang)。
5、加強綜(zong)合(he)管理,提高服(fu)務質量。學校(xiao)工會、共青團、婦委會等(deng)群眾組織(zhi),在(zai)黨委領(ling)導(dao)下,相互支持(chi),共同合(he)作(zuo),為教育(yu)教學工作(zuo)做出了很大(da)貢獻。
