一、電動車鋰電池充電方法
1、需在適宜的環境進行充電
鋰電(dian)(dian)池在(zai)會(hui)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時是一(yi)個(ge)化(hua)學反(fan)應過程,鋰離子電(dian)(dian)池由高活性的正極(ji)材料和有(you)機電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液組成,在(zai)受熱(re)條件下非常容易發生(sheng)劇烈的化(hua)學副(fu)反(fan)應,這(zhe)種反(fan)應將產生(sheng)大量的熱(re),甚至導致的“熱(re)失控”,所以(yi)需要(yao)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)通風透氣、陰涼、溫度適宜的環境下進行充(chong)電(dian)(dian)散熱(re)。
2、充電器要配套
充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器要與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池規格參數相匹配,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)一般使用(yong)普遍的三段(duan)式(shi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器,第一個(ge)階(jie)(jie)(jie)段(duan)叫(jiao)恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)(liu)階(jie)(jie)(jie)段(duan),第二(er)個(ge)階(jie)(jie)(jie)段(duan)叫(jiao)恒(heng)(heng)壓階(jie)(jie)(jie)段(duan),第三個(ge)階(jie)(jie)(jie)段(duan)叫(jiao)涓流(liu)(liu)階(jie)(jie)(jie)段(duan)。從大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)到小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),好(hao)的充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器也是會延長電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的使用(yong)壽命,盡量少(shao)用(yong)快充(chong)(chong)(chong),因(yin)為這在(zai)一定程度上會破壞電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的結構(gou)性能。
3、充電時長要控制、要及時充電
當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)剩余20%左(zuo)右(you)時,要(yao)及(ji)時充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),以免(mian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)過(guo)度(du)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),放電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)也是一個硫(liu)化反應過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng),硫(liu)化結(jie)晶(jing)聚(ju)積(ji)會影(ying)響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的容量和性能,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時長(chang)(chang)控(kong)制在8~10小時,因為正常情況8小時左(zuo)右(you)應該就(jiu)可(ke)以充(chong)滿(man)電(dian)(dian)(dian)了,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時長(chang)(chang)不宜(yi)過(guo)久(jiu)。
另(ling)外騎(qi)行結束后不要立即進行充(chong)電(dian)(dian),此時(shi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)還在放電(dian)(dian)狀態,應冷卻半小時(shi)再進行充(chong)電(dian)(dian),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)插(cha)頭先插(cha)入電(dian)(dian)池(chi)端(duan),然(ran)后再接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源。長期不使用(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)要每(mei)個月進行充(chong)電(dian)(dian)1~2次,盡(jin)量有電(dian)(dian)狀態下放置(zhi)存儲。
二、電動車鋰電池充電注意事項
1、首次充電
當我們剛買電(dian)動(dong)車(che)的時(shi)候,需要對(dui)(dui)電(dian)動(dong)車(che)進(jin)行首(shou)次充(chong)(chong)電(dian),首(shou)次充(chong)(chong)電(dian)的時(shi)間(jian)(jian)最好(hao)在8到(dao)(dao)12小時(shi)。因為從電(dian)動(dong)車(che)出廠開(kai)始(shi),到(dao)(dao)我們手里中間(jian)(jian)有(you)一段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)(jian),那一段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)電(dian)動(dong)車(che)的電(dian)瓶(ping)會(hui)自己放電(dian),所以(yi)我們在拿(na)到(dao)(dao)新電(dian)動(dong)車(che)時(shi),應該對(dui)(dui)電(dian)動(dong)車(che)進(jin)行首(shou)次充(chong)(chong)電(dian)。
2、正確把握充電時間
在我們使用(yong)電動車(che)的(de)過程中,要根據我們使用(yong)的(de)實(shi)際情況,來把握好鋰(li)電池的(de)充(chong)電時(shi)間和(he)(he)次數。一(yi)般情況下(xia),如果電量(liang)表上(shang)的(de)紅(hong)(hong)燈(deng)和(he)(he)黃燈(deng)指示(shi)亮了,就代表需(xu)要充(chong)電了,如果只(zhi)有(you)紅(hong)(hong)燈(deng)亮的(de)情況下(xia),我們應該立即停車(che)充(chong)電,否則容易導致電瓶使用(yong)壽命(ming)減短。
3、充電時避免插頭發熱
如(ru)果插頭(tou)出現松動等問(wen)題,會導(dao)致插頭(tou)發(fa)熱,如(ru)果發(fa)熱的(de)時(shi)間過長,就(jiu)會導(dao)致插頭(tou)短路或(huo)者是接(jie)觸不良,這(zhe)是對(dui)充(chong)電器和電池的(de)雙重傷害,所以我們在充(chong)電的(de)時(shi)候要注意避免這(zhe)樣的(de)問(wen)題。
4、部分放電,不能過放電
我(wo)們要(yao)(yao)(yao)經常對鋰電池進(jin)行部分(fen)放電,但是一定要(yao)(yao)(yao)注意不能過放電,而且要(yao)(yao)(yao)避免完全放電的情況,過放電會(hui)給電池帶來嚴重的后果,反復的過放電對電池的影響(xiang)非常大。
5、充電要規律
在(zai)我們使(shi)用的(de)過程中,最(zui)好是每次使(shi)用過后都(dou)對電(dian)(dian)動車進行(xing)補電(dian)(dian),或者是充電(dian)(dian),因(yin)為規律地給電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)會使(shi)電(dian)(dian)瓶的(de)使(shi)用壽命更加的(de)長久。
