一、電動車鋰電池充電方法
1、需在適宜的環境進行充電
鋰電(dian)(dian)池在會(hui)充電(dian)(dian)時是一(yi)個(ge)化學反應過程,鋰離子電(dian)(dian)池由高活性的(de)正極材料和有機電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)組成,在受熱條件下(xia)非常容易發生劇烈的(de)化學副(fu)反應,這種反應將產生大(da)量的(de)熱,甚至導致的(de)“熱失(shi)控”,所以需要有一(yi)個(ge)通風透氣、陰涼、溫度適(shi)宜(yi)的(de)環境下(xia)進行充電(dian)(dian)散熱。
2、充電器要配套
充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)要(yao)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池規格參(can)數相匹配,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車一般使用(yong)普遍的(de)三段(duan)(duan)(duan)式充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi),第一個階段(duan)(duan)(duan)叫(jiao)(jiao)恒流(liu)階段(duan)(duan)(duan),第二個階段(duan)(duan)(duan)叫(jiao)(jiao)恒壓階段(duan)(duan)(duan),第三個階段(duan)(duan)(duan)叫(jiao)(jiao)涓流(liu)階段(duan)(duan)(duan)。從大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)到小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)進行(xing)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),好的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)也是會延(yan)長(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)使用(yong)壽命,盡量少(shao)用(yong)快充,因為這(zhe)在(zai)一定(ding)程度(du)上會破壞電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)結(jie)構性能(neng)。
3、充電時長要控制、要及時充電
當電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車電(dian)(dian)(dian)池剩余20%左右時,要及時充電(dian)(dian)(dian),以免電(dian)(dian)(dian)池過(guo)(guo)度放電(dian)(dian)(dian),放電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)(guo)程也是一個硫(liu)(liu)化反應過(guo)(guo)程,硫(liu)(liu)化結晶聚積會影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)容量(liang)和(he)性能,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時長(chang)控(kong)制在8~10小時,因(yin)為正常情況8小時左右應該就可以充滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)了,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時長(chang)不宜(yi)過(guo)(guo)久(jiu)。
另外騎(qi)行結束后不(bu)(bu)要立即進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian)(dian),此時電(dian)(dian)池還在(zai)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)狀態(tai),應冷卻半小時再(zai)進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian)(dian),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時插頭先插入電(dian)(dian)池端,然(ran)后再(zai)接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。長期不(bu)(bu)使用(yong)的電(dian)(dian)池要每個月(yue)進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian)(dian)1~2次,盡量(liang)有電(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)下放(fang)置存儲。
二、電動車鋰電池充電注意事項
1、首次充電
當(dang)我們(men)(men)剛買(mai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)的時(shi)候(hou),需要對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)進行首(shou)次(ci)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),首(shou)次(ci)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的時(shi)間(jian)最好在(zai)8到12小時(shi)。因為從(cong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)出廠開始(shi),到我們(men)(men)手(shou)里中間(jian)有一(yi)段時(shi)間(jian),那一(yi)段時(shi)間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶會自己放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),所以(yi)我們(men)(men)在(zai)拿到新電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)時(shi),應該對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)進行首(shou)次(ci)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
2、正確把握充電時間
在我們使(shi)用電動車(che)的(de)(de)(de)過程中,要(yao)根(gen)據(ju)我們使(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)情況,來把握好鋰電池的(de)(de)(de)充電時間和次數(shu)。一般情況下,如果電量表上的(de)(de)(de)紅燈(deng)和黃燈(deng)指示亮了,就(jiu)代表需要(yao)充電了,如果只有紅燈(deng)亮的(de)(de)(de)情況下,我們應(ying)該立即停(ting)車(che)充電,否則容易導致電瓶使(shi)用壽(shou)命減短。
3、充電時避免插頭發熱
如果(guo)插頭出(chu)現松動等問題,會(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)插頭發熱(re)(re),如果(guo)發熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)時間過長,就會(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)插頭短路(lu)或者是接觸(chu)不良,這是對充(chong)電(dian)器和電(dian)池的(de)(de)雙重傷害,所以我們(men)在(zai)充(chong)電(dian)的(de)(de)時候要注意避(bi)免這樣的(de)(de)問題。
4、部分放電,不能過放電
我們(men)要(yao)經常(chang)對(dui)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行部(bu)分放電(dian)(dian),但(dan)是一定(ding)要(yao)注意不能過放電(dian)(dian),而且要(yao)避免完全放電(dian)(dian)的(de)情況,過放電(dian)(dian)會給電(dian)(dian)池(chi)帶來嚴重的(de)后(hou)果,反(fan)復的(de)過放電(dian)(dian)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)影響非常(chang)大。
5、充電要規律
在我們使用的過程中,最(zui)好是每(mei)次使用過后都對電(dian)(dian)動車進(jin)行補電(dian)(dian),或者(zhe)是充(chong)電(dian)(dian),因(yin)為規律(lv)地(di)給電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)會使電(dian)(dian)瓶的使用壽命更加的長(chang)久。
