一、地鐵屏蔽門系統的組成有哪些
地鐵屏蔽門系(xi)統(tong)由機(ji)械和(he)(he)電(dian)氣兩部分構(gou)(gou)成,機(ji)械部分包括(kuo)門(men)(men)體結(jie)構(gou)(gou)和(he)(he)門(men)(men)機(ji)系(xi)統(tong),電(dian)氣部分包括(kuo)電(dian)源系(xi)統(tong)和(he)(he)控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)。主要構(gou)(gou)成部分有(you):門(men)(men)體結(jie)構(gou)(gou)、門(men)(men)機(ji)系(xi)統(tong)、門(men)(men)機(ji)控(kong)制器(DCU)、車站級控(kong)制、監視(shi)系(xi)統(tong)。屏蔽門(men)(men)門(men)(men)體結(jie)構(gou)(gou)通常(chang)由滑(hua)動門(men)(men)、固定門(men)(men)、應急門(men)(men)、端(duan)頭門(men)(men)及門(men)(men)機(ji)頂箱(xiang)、踏步板、上下(xia)部連接結(jie)構(gou)(gou)等構(gou)(gou)成。
其中門機(ji)(ji)(ji)是由驅動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)、傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)、懸掛機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)、鎖定解鎖機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)組成。電機(ji)(ji)(ji)在門機(ji)(ji)(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(DcU)的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)下,通過螺桿或(huo)皮帶傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)來實現滑動(dong)(dong)門的(de)開關(guan)運動(dong)(dong)。屏蔽門控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統設(she)備由中央(yang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)盤(pan)(pan)(PSC)、遠程監視設(she)備(PSA)、就地控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)盤(pan)(pan)(PSL)、緊急控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)盤(pan)(pan)(IBP)、門機(ji)(ji)(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(DCU)、就地控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)盒(LCB)組成。
二、地鐵屏蔽門主要有哪些作用
1、系統控制功能
系統級控制是在地鐵屏蔽門正常運行模式下由信號系統(SIG)直接對屏蔽門進行控制的方式。在系統級控制方式下,列車到站并停在允許的誤差范圍內時(如:±300mm),信號系統向屏蔽門每側單元控制器(PEDC)發送“長/短車開/關門”命令,單元控制器(PEDC)通過門控單元(DCU)對每扇滑動門進行實時控制,實現屏蔽門的系統級控制操作。單元控制器(PEDC)與門控單元(DCU)通過可靠的硬線連接。站臺級控制是由列車駕駛員或站務人員在站臺的就地控制盤(PSL)上對屏蔽門進行“開/關門”的控制方式。當系統級控制不能正常實現時,列車駕駛員或站務人員可在就地控制盤(PSL)上通過“專用鑰匙”及”開/關門按鈕”對屏蔽門進行“開/關門”操作,實現屏蔽門的站臺(tai)級控制操作。
2、監視功能
主(zhu)監視系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(MMS)是中央接口盤(PSC)核心部分,完成(cheng)每(mei)(mei)側(ce)屏蔽(bi)門(men)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)相關信息的(de)集成(cheng)。包(bao)括收(shou)集PSC,PSL,IBP 以及(ji)屏蔽(bi)門(men)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)信息,屏蔽(bi)門(men)故障警報儲存,屏蔽(bi)門(men)正常系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)運行(xing)(xing)記錄等。單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(PEDC)與主(zhu)監視系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(MMS)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)監測信號通(tong)過可靠的(de)硬線來連接,每(mei)(mei)個(ge)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(PEDC)將為主(zhu)監視系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(MMS)的(de)邏輯輸(shu)入模塊提供其操作狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(邏輯電(dian)平信號),由主(zhu)監視系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(MMS)監測屏蔽(bi)門(men)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)基本操作狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態。門(men)控(kong)(kong)(kong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(DCU)與主(zhu)監視系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(MMS)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)監視是通(tong)過使(shi)用通(tong)訊網絡(現(xian)場總線)來實(shi)現(xian)的(de)。每(mei)(mei)個(ge)門(men)控(kong)(kong)(kong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(DCU)在(zai)網絡上都(dou)有(you)一個(ge)唯(wei)一的(de)地(di)址(zhi),工程上,為了便(bian)于(yu)管理和標識,每(mei)(mei)個(ge)門(men)控(kong)(kong)(kong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(DCU)的(de)地(di)址(zhi)可取決于(yu)門(men)控(kong)(kong)(kong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(DCU)在(zai)站臺上的(de)位置(zhi)(上/下行(xing)(xing)線、門(men)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)號)。由主(zhu)監視系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(MMS)監測門(men)控(kong)(kong)(kong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(DCU)的(de)相關狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態信息。
