2013年為適應(ying)福(fu)州(zhou)市新一輪發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)需要(yao),進(jin)一步促進(jin)企(qi)業做大做強(qiang),根據(ju)《福(fu)州(zhou)市人民(min)政府關于(yu)(yu)同意福(fu)州(zhou)市國有企(qi)業布局(ju)調整(zheng)與優化重組方(fang)案的批復(fu)》(榕政綜[2013]100號(hao))文件(jian)精(jing)神,國資(zi)(zi)委對履(lv)行出資(zi)(zi)人職責企(qi)業布局(ju)進(jin)行了重新調整(zheng),構(gou)(gou)建以(yi)“四大投”與一個專(zhuan)業公(gong)(gong)司為目(mu)標架構(gou)(gou)的國資(zi)(zi)監管(guan)新格局(ju)。福(fu)州(zhou)民(min)天(tian)集團有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司和福(fu)州(zhou)市水務(wu)投資(zi)(zi)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司、福(fu)州(zhou)市新榕城市建設(she)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司、福(fu)州(zhou)市國有資(zi)(zi)產(chan)投資(zi)(zi)控股有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司四家(jia)企(qi)業隸屬于(yu)(yu)“福(fu)州(zhou)市國有資(zi)(zi)產(chan)投資(zi)(zi)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)集團有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司”。
