每(mei)日新鮮(xian)(xian)空運送(song)達(da)不(bu)同產(chan)地(di)優質海鮮(xian)(xian)食材(cai)(泰國進(jin)口(kou)大(da)蝦、活(huo)鮑魚、天(tian)鵝(e)蛋、青口(kou)、生蠔等各種貝類)保證上(shang)桌(zhuo)時(shi)食材(cai)鮮(xian)(xian)活(huo)。每(mei)鍋原(yuan)湯,精(jing)選魚鮮(xian)(xian)三小時(shi)慢火熬制(zhi),不(bu)添加任何調料,保證新鮮(xian)(xian)清(qing)淡(dan)口(kou)味(wei),鎖住魚的養(yang)分。在煮沸的魚湯原(yuan)湯鍋底中,有鮮(xian)(xian)椰香茅、咖喱酸辣、鮮(xian)(xian)麻藤椒三種不(bu)同口(kou)味(wei)的現(xian)配的鮮(xian)(xian)料包可(ke)以選擇。
