一、萬向節是什么?
萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)節(jie)即萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)接頭(tou),英文名稱(cheng)universal joint,是(shi)實現變(bian)角度動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)傳(chuan)遞(di)的機(ji)件(jian),用(yong)于需要(yao)改(gai)變(bian)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),它是(shi)汽車(che)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統的萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的“關節(jie)”部(bu)件(jian)。萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)節(jie)與傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)組合(he),稱(cheng)為萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)節(jie)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。在前置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)后輪(lun)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的車(che)輛(liang)上,萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)節(jie)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)安(an)裝在變(bian)速(su)器輸(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)與驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)橋主(zhu)減速(su)器輸(shu)入軸(zhou)(zhou)之間;而前置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)前輪(lun)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的車(che)輛(liang)省略了傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou),萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)節(jie)安(an)裝在既負(fu)責(ze)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)又負(fu)責(ze)轉向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的前橋半軸(zhou)(zhou)與車(che)輪(lun)之間。
二、萬向節的結構及作用介紹
萬向節的結構和作用有點像人體四肢上的關節,它允許被連接的零件之間的夾角在一定范圍內變化。為滿足動力傳遞、適應轉向和汽車運行時所產生的上下跳動所造成的角度變化,前驅動汽車的驅動橋,半軸與輪軸之間常用萬向節相連。但由于受軸向尺寸的限制,要求偏角又比較大,單個的萬向節不能使輸出軸與輸入軸的瞬時角速度相等,容易造成振動,加劇部件的損壞,并產生很大的噪音,所以廣泛采用各式各樣的等速萬向節。在(zai)(zai)前驅(qu)(qu)動汽(qi)車(che)上(shang)(shang),每個(ge)(ge)半軸用兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)等速萬(wan)向節,靠近(jin)變速驅(qu)(qu)動橋的萬(wan)向節是(shi)半軸內(nei)側萬(wan)向節,靠近(jin)車(che)軸的是(shi)半軸外側萬(wan)向節。在(zai)(zai)后驅(qu)(qu)動汽(qi)車(che)上(shang)(shang),發動機、離合器(qi)與變速器(qi)作為一(yi)個(ge)(ge)整體安裝在(zai)(zai)車(che)架(jia)上(shang)(shang),而(er)驅(qu)(qu)動橋通過彈性懸掛與車(che)架(jia)連接,兩(liang)者(zhe)之(zhi)間有(you)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)距(ju)離,需要進行連接。
汽車運行中路面(mian)不平產(chan)生(sheng)跳(tiao)動(dong),負荷變化(hua)或者兩個總成安裝(zhuang)的位(wei)差等(deng),都(dou)會使得變速(su)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)(zhou)與驅動(dong)橋主減速(su)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)(shu)入軸(zhou)(zhou)之間的夾(jia)(jia)角和(he)距離發生(sheng)變化(hua),因此在后驅動(dong)汽車的萬(wan)向(xiang)節傳(chuan)動(dong)形(xing)式都(dou)采(cai)用(yong)雙萬(wan)向(xiang)節,就是(shi)(shi)傳(chuan)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)兩端各有(you)一(yi)個萬(wan)向(xiang)節,其作用(yong)是(shi)(shi)使傳(chuan)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)兩端的夾(jia)(jia)角相等(deng),從而保(bao)證輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)(zhou)與輸(shu)(shu)入軸(zhou)(zhou)的瞬時角速(su)度(du)始(shi)終相等(deng)。
