浙江(jiang)省自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)協會、浙江(jiang)省自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)協會充(chong)換電(dian)(dian)分會在(zai)杭州(zhou)組織召開GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)集(ji)中充(chong)電(dian)(dian)設施 第1部分:技術(shu)(shu)規范》、T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)充(chong)換電(dian)(dian)消(xiao)防安(an)全(quan)技術(shu)(shu)要求》標準宣(xuan)貫(guan)會。人民出行(xing)(xing)作為T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)充(chong)換電(dian)(dian)消(xiao)防安(an)全(quan)技術(shu)(shu)要求》起草(cao)成(cheng)員(yuan)單位,受邀參加(jia)此次宣(xuan)貫(guan)會。
浙江省市(shi)場監(jian)管局產品監(jian)管處處長(chang)田軍,浙江省消防(fang)救援總隊防(fang)火監(jian)督處徐懌,浙江省公安(an)廳車(che)管所副所長(chang)黃大勇、浙江省自行車(che)電動車(che)行業(ye)(ye)協會理事長(chang)陳(chen)建龍,以及來自省內外共享(xiang)出行企業(ye)(ye)、充換電企業(ye)(ye)、快遞(di)外賣企業(ye)(ye)等近50家單(dan)位共80余人參加了(le)會議。
據悉,GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)集中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施 第1部分:技術規范(fan)》于2022年(nian)12月(yue)30日發布,將于今(jin)年(nian)7月(yue)1日實施。T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)消(xiao)防安全技術要(yao)求》已于今(jin)年(nian)5月(yue)27日實施。該(gai)標(biao)準提出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)電(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)集中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施的技術要(yao)求,明確了(le)(le)(le)對(dui)交流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)控制器、換電(dian)柜(ju)和(he)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)柜(ju)的適用范(fan)圍,并對(dui)電(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)集中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施試驗方法做出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)詳細規定。
會上,杭州海康消防科技(ji)有限公司標(biao)準化(hua)工(gong)程(cheng)師《電動自行車充換電消防安全(quan)技(ji)術要(yao)(yao)求》主要(yao)(yao)起(qi)草人(ren)崔國(guo)慶,分析(xi)了各(ge)行業(ye)的特點(dian)及企業(ye)面(mian)對(dui)的困難,并從整體(ti)情況及對(dui)應國(guo)標(biao)的創新(xin)點(dian)、主要(yao)(yao)技(ji)術內容、要(yao)(yao)求等方面(mian)對(dui)標(biao)準做了解析(xi)。
當前,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行車(che)因(yin)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)、自(zi)燃等原(yuan)因(yin)導致的(de)火災事故(gu)頻發,“集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)”“以換代充”“車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)分離”的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式可從源頭(tou)上(shang)解(jie)決(jue)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)全(quan)問題(ti)。業內專家徐懌介紹了近年來電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行車(che)消(xiao)防安(an)全(quan)事故(gu)的(de)情(qing)況,從安(an)全(quan)層面,集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統可24小時(shi)(shi)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)全(quan)過(guo)程進行監控與管理(li),若鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池在(zai)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程中(zhong)發生燃爆等異常(chang)事故(gu),集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統將(jiang)第一時(shi)(shi)間(jian)啟動(dong)故(gu)障預警,及時(shi)(shi)發現(xian)并(bing)解(jie)決(jue)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜的(de)異常(chang)情(qing)況,保(bao)障充電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程的(de)安(an)全(quan)性。
