浙江省(sheng)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車電(dian)(dian)動車行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)協會(hui)(hui)、浙江省(sheng)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車電(dian)(dian)動車行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)協會(hui)(hui)充(chong)(chong)換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)分會(hui)(hui)在(zai)杭州組(zu)織召開GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車集中充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設施 第1部分:技術(shu)(shu)規范》、T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車充(chong)(chong)換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)消防(fang)安全(quan)技術(shu)(shu)要求》標準宣貫(guan)會(hui)(hui)。人民出行(xing)(xing)(xing)作為T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)(xing)車充(chong)(chong)換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)消防(fang)安全(quan)技術(shu)(shu)要求》起草(cao)成員單位,受邀(yao)參加此次宣貫(guan)會(hui)(hui)。
浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)市(shi)場監管(guan)局產品監管(guan)處(chu)處(chu)長(chang)田(tian)軍,浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)消防救援總隊(dui)防火(huo)監督處(chu)徐懌,浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)公(gong)安廳(ting)車管(guan)所副所長(chang)黃大勇、浙(zhe)江(jiang)省(sheng)自行(xing)(xing)車電動車行(xing)(xing)業(ye)協會理事長(chang)陳建龍,以及(ji)來自省(sheng)內(nei)外(wai)共享出行(xing)(xing)企(qi)業(ye)、充換電企(qi)業(ye)、快遞外(wai)賣企(qi)業(ye)等近50家單(dan)位共80余人參加了會議。
據悉,GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)車(che)集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)(shi) 第1部分:技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》于(yu)(yu)2022年12月(yue)30日發布,將(jiang)于(yu)(yu)今年7月(yue)1日實(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)。T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)車(che)充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)消防安全技(ji)術(shu)要(yao)求》已于(yu)(yu)今年5月(yue)27日實(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)。該標(biao)準(zhun)提出了電(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)車(che)集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)(shi)的技(ji)術(shu)要(yao)求,明確了對交流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)控(kong)制器、換電(dian)柜和充(chong)(chong)電(dian)柜的適(shi)用范圍,并(bing)對電(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)車(che)集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)(shi)試驗方法做出了詳細規(gui)定。
會上,杭州(zhou)海康消防科(ke)技(ji)有限公司(si)標(biao)準化工程師《電動(dong)自行(xing)車(che)充換(huan)電消防安全技(ji)術(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)》主要(yao)起草人崔國慶(qing),分(fen)析了各(ge)行(xing)業的(de)特點及企(qi)業面對的(de)困難,并(bing)從整體情(qing)況及對應國標(biao)的(de)創新(xin)點、主要(yao)技(ji)術(shu)內容、要(yao)求(qiu)等方面對標(biao)準做了解析。
當(dang)前(qian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行(xing)車因充電(dian)(dian)(dian)、自燃(ran)等(deng)原(yuan)因導致的(de)火災事(shi)故(gu)頻發,“集中充電(dian)(dian)(dian)”“以換(huan)代充”“車電(dian)(dian)(dian)分離”的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式可從源頭(tou)上解(jie)(jie)決充電(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)全(quan)問題。業內專家徐懌介紹了近年來(lai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行(xing)車消防安(an)全(quan)事(shi)故(gu)的(de)情況(kuang),從安(an)全(quan)層面,集中充電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統可24小時(shi)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)全(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)進行(xing)監控與管理,若鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在充電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)中發生燃(ran)爆等(deng)異常(chang)(chang)事(shi)故(gu),集中充電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統將(jiang)第一時(shi)間(jian)啟動(dong)故(gu)障(zhang)預警,及時(shi)發現并解(jie)(jie)決充電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜的(de)異常(chang)(chang)情況(kuang),保障(zhang)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)安(an)全(quan)性(xing)。
