閻(yan)羅天(tian)子包(bao)拯,前(qian)本居第一殿(dian)(dian),因憐屈死,屢放還陽伸雪,降調此殿(dian)(dian)。司掌叫喚大地獄(yu)(yu),并(bing)十(shi)六誅心(xin)小獄(yu)(yu)。凡解到(dao)此殿(dian)(dian)者,押赴望鄉臺,令之聞見世上本家(jia),因罪遭殃各事,隨即(ji)推入此獄(yu)(yu),細查曾犯(fan)何惡,再發(fa)入誅心(xin)十(shi)六小獄(yu)(yu),鉤出(chu)其(qi)心(xin),擲與蛇食,鍘其(qi)身首(包(bao)公即(ji)善于用鍘刀),受(shou)苦滿日,另發(fa)別殿(dian)(dian)。
十六(liu)誅(zhu)心地(di)獄(yu)分別為:
一、誅不敬鬼神、猜疑是否有因(yin)果報應的心小(xiao)地獄;
二、誅殺害(hai)生命的(de)心(xin)小地獄(yu);
三、誅將善(shan)愿未完(wan)就犯惡的心小地獄;
四(si)、誅(zhu)親近(jin)罪惡、行(xing)為錯(cuo)誤等惡行(xing)的心小地獄;
五、誅(zhu)欺善怕惡、怨恨他人不快死的心小地獄(yu);
六、誅計(ji)較(jiao)名利、是非,移禍他人等心(xin)小地獄;
七、誅強奸婦(fu)女、設計令婦(fu)女失貞、引(yin)誘婦(fu)女委屈地順從自己的淫意,或者不論(lun)有無謀害之意,與婦(fu)女貪戀淫樂等(deng)心小(xiao)地獄;
八、誅(zhu)損人以利己等小心地獄;
九、誅(zhu)慳貪不舍、不愿布施、不顧別人面臨(lin)生死緊急之困(kun)境等心小地獄;
十、誅偷竊、盜(dao)取別人財物,昧著良心,耍賴而不還債等心小地獄(yu);
十一、誅忘恩負(fu)義、以(yi)仇報怨等(deng)心小(xiao)地(di)獄;
十二、好(hao)斗、好(hao)賭、好(hao)勝,以致牽連、拖累他(ta)人等心(xin)小地獄(yu);
十三、誅為(wei)了名利、欺騙(pian)、誘(you)惑大眾等心小地獄;
十四(si)、誅自己雖(sui)未親(qin)自加(jia)害(hai),但卻狠毒地教唆(suo)他(ta)人去害(hai)人等心小地獄(yu);
十(shi)五、誅妒嫉善良、賢能等(deng)心小地獄;
十六、誅執迷不悟(wu)、死不改過、誹謗(bang)他(ta)人等心小地獄。
據(ju)東(dong)晉時期佛陀(tuo)耶(ye)舍、竺佛念(nian)譯(yi)《長(chang)阿含經(jing)》世(shi)記(ji)經(jing)第三十章,記(ji)載:佛告(gao)諸比丘。如一日月(yue)周行四(si)(si)(si)天(tian)(tian)(tian)下(xia)(xia)。光明(ming)(ming)所照(zhao)。如是(shi)(shi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)世(shi)界(jie)。千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)世(shi)界(jie)中(zhong)有千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)日月(yue)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)須彌山王(wang)、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)(tian)(tian)下(xia)(xia)、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)天(tian)(tian)(tian)下(xia)(xia)、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)海(hai)水、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)海(hai)、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)龍(long)、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)龍(long)、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)金翅(chi)鳥(niao)、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)金翅(chi)鳥(niao)、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)惡道、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)惡道、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)王(wang)、四(si)(si)(si)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)王(wang)、七千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)樹、八千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)泥(ni)犁、十千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)山、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)閻(yan)羅王(wang)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)四(si)(si)(si)天(tian)(tian)(tian)王(wang)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)忉利天(tian)(tian)(tian)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)焰(yan)摩(mo)天(tian)(tian)(tian)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)兜率天(tian)(tian)(tian)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)化自(zi)在(zai)(zai)天(tian)(tian)(tian)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)他(ta)化自(zi)在(zai)(zai)天(tian)(tian)(tian)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)梵(fan)天(tian)(tian)(tian)。是(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)小千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)世(shi)界(jie),如一小千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)世(shi)界(jie)。爾(er)所小千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)世(shi)界(jie)。是(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)世(shi)界(jie)。如一中(zhong)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)世(shi)界(jie)。爾(er)所中(zhong)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)世(shi)界(jie)。是(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)三千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)大(da)(da)千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)世(shi)界(jie)。如是(shi)(shi)世(shi)界(jie)周匝成敗。眾生所居名一佛剎。(注釋:《長(chang)阿含經(jing)》的原文(wen)是(shi)(shi)梵(fan)文(wen),記(ji)載了(le)佛陀(tuo)釋迦牟尼生平事跡,佛教(jiao)說法的教(jiao)旨內容,后經(jing)佛陀(tuo)耶(ye)舍、竺佛念(nian)譯(yi),陳(chen)永革進行漢(han)譯(yi)。原文(wen)的閻(yan)羅王(wang)是(shi)(shi)與閻(yan)浮提洲“千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)四(si)(si)(si)天(tian)(tian)(tian)王(wang)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)忉利天(tian)(tian)(tian)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)焰(yan)摩(mo)天(tian)(tian)(tian)、千(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)兜率天(tian)(tian)(tian)”等并列的天(tian)(tian)(tian)神一類,王(wang)宮在(zai)(zai)閻(yan)浮提南(nan)大(da)(da)金剛山內,并且只(zhi)有一位閻(yan)羅,職(zhi)務不明(ming)(ming)。)
據南(nan)宋(song)時期郭憲所撰《洞冥(ming)記》記載(zai):昔(xi)包老閻(yan)(yan)羅(luo),原(yuan)居一殿(dian),因他過于(yu)慈(ci)悲,憐(lian)憫屈(qu)死(si)之(zhi)(zhi)人,及(ji)未(wei)了善愿之(zhi)(zhi)人,屢(lv)放(fang)回陽,故(gu)上帝降調(diao),令居于(yu)大(da)海之(zhi)(zhi)底,東北沃燋石下,司掌(zhang)(zhang)五(wu)殿(dian),后因功大(da)封為閻(yan)(yan)羅(luo)天子(zi),權重(zhong)位(wei)尊,仍將望鄉臺移置于(yu)此。”(注釋:大(da)體意思是(shi)包拯本來是(shi)第一殿(dian)閻(yan)(yan)王,但(dan)是(shi)因他過于(yu)慈(ci)悲,憐(lian)憫屈(qu)死(si)之(zhi)(zhi)人,被玉帝降到第五(wu)殿(dian),司掌(zhang)(zhang)叫(jiao)喚大(da)地獄,此處(chu)的(de)叫(jiao)喚大(da)地獄不是(shi)卞城王的(de)那(nei)個。)
據元(yuan)朝(chao)時期脫脫所(suo)撰《宋史·包(bao)拯傳》記載:童稚婦(fu)女,亦知其(qi)名,呼曰包(bao)侍(shi)制。京師為(wei)(wei)之(zhi)語曰:關節不(bu)(bu)到(dao),有(you)閻羅(luo)包(bao)老。舊制,凡訟訴(su)不(bu)(bu)得(de)徑造庭下。拯開正門,使得(de)至前(qian)陳曲直,吏不(bu)(bu)敢欺。(注(zhu)釋:大體意思是包(bao)拯在朝(chao)廷為(wei)(wei)人剛強堅毅,貴(gui)戚宦官因此較為(wei)(wei)收斂(lian)。小孩(hai)和婦(fu)女叫(jiao)他“包(bao)待(dai)制”,關系之(zhi)所(suo)以打不(bu)(bu)通,是因為(wei)(wei)有(you)閻羅(luo)王和包(bao)老頭。)
