滬蘇(su)通長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)(Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge),是中國江(jiang)蘇(su)省境(jing)內連接張家港市(shi)(由蘇(su)州市(shi)代管)和(he)南(nan)通市(shi)的通道,位于蘇(su)通長(chang)江(jiang)公路(lu)(lu)大(da)橋(qiao)上游(you)、江(jiang)陰長(chang)江(jiang)公路(lu)(lu)大(da)橋(qiao)下游(you),是通錫高(gao)速公路(lu)(lu)、滬蘇(su)通鐵路(lu)(lu)、通蘇(su)嘉甬高(gao)速鐵路(lu)(lu)共同的過(guo)江(jiang)通道,跨越長(chang)江(jiang)張家港段主航(hang)道。
滬蘇通長江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋于2014年3月(yue)1日(ri)動工建設;于2019年9月(yue)20日(ri)實現全橋合龍;于2020年6月(yue)定(ding)名;于2020年7月(yue)1日(ri)建成(cheng)通車。
滬(hu)蘇通(tong)(tong)(tong)長江公鐵大(da)橋南(nan)起張(zhang)家港市、北至南(nan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)市通(tong)(tong)(tong)州區(qu),大(da)橋全長11.072千米(mi)(其(qi)中公鐵合建橋梁長6989米(mi)),包括(kuo)兩岸大(da)堤間(jian)正橋長5827米(mi),北引橋長1876米(mi),南(nan)引橋長3369米(mi);大(da)橋上層(ceng)為(wei)雙向(xiang)(xiang)六(liu)車(che)道高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)(通(tong)(tong)(tong)錫(xi)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(lu)),設計速(su)度100千米(mi)/小時(shi);下層(ceng)為(wei)雙向(xiang)(xiang)四線鐵路(lu)(lu),設計速(su)度200千米(mi)/小時(shi)(滬(hu)蘇通(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵路(lu)(lu))、250千米(mi)/小時(shi)(通(tong)(tong)(tong)蘇嘉(jia)甬高(gao)(gao)速(su)鐵路(lu)(lu))。
滬蘇(su)通長江(jiang)公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)采(cai)用(yong)主(zhu)跨1092米的(de)鋼桁(heng)梁斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)結構,是(shi)中國(guo)自主(zhu)設計建造、世界上首座跨度(du)超千(qian)米的(de)公鐵兩用(yong)斜(xie)拉橋(qiao),設計建造技術實現了五個(ge)“世界首創”;大(da)橋(qiao)的(de)總設計師為高(gao)宗(zong)余。
滬蘇通長江(jiang)公鐵大橋由(you)主航(hang)道橋、天生港(gang)(gang)航(hang)道橋、橫港(gang)(gang)沙(sha)水(shui)域橋、跨長江(jiang)大堤(di)橋梁(liang)、兩岸引橋組成。大橋結構為雙塔三索面鋼桁梁(liang)斜拉橋。
(1)主(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)(hang)道(dao)橋。為保證長江主(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)(hang)道(dao)船舶通(tong)(tong)(tong)過能力、減小船舶撞擊風險,大橋的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)按單孔(kong)(kong)雙(shuang)向通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)設計(ji),即(ji)主(zhu)(zhu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)凈寬不小于900米(mi),主(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)(hang)道(dao)兩側(ce)各設一個(ge)輔(fu)助通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong),單孔(kong)(kong)單向通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)凈寬不小于200米(mi)。據此要求,并使(shi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)水域寬度(du)覆蓋(gai)橋位歷年(nian)-15米(mi)等深線范圍(wei)(wei),主(zhu)(zhu)跨跨度(du)采用1092米(mi),南、北兩側(ce)各設一個(ge)跨度(du)為462米(mi)的(de)輔(fu)助通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong),從而使(shi)得通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)覆蓋(gai)范圍(wei)(wei)達到2016米(mi)。
(2)天生港航道橋。天生港航道聚集(ji)了若干大型船舶修造企(qi)業,此(ci)航道專為(wei)這些(xie)企(qi)業的(de)產品進出(chu)提(ti)供航路(lu),船舶航行(xing)密度較(jiao)小(xiao),但(dan)噸位較(jiao)大,因此(ci),跨(kua)越的(de)橋梁提(ti)供凈寬284米(mi)、凈高45米(mi)的(de)單孔(kong)單向航道。為(wei)了盡可能減小(xiao)橋梁對(dui)通航的(de)影響(xiang),采用主孔(kong)336米(mi)跨(kua)度跨(kua)過航道,北側主墩位于上游(you)最近的(de)碼(ma)頭邊緣線后方。
(3)橫(heng)港沙(sha)水域橋(qiao)。橫(heng)港沙(sha)是主(zhu)航道和(he)專用(yong)航道之間(jian)的一片淺灘(tan),河床(chuang)面標(biao)高在(zai)-1.5~-1米,為保證(zheng)正常行洪,橫(heng)港沙(sha)水域橋(qiao)采用(yong)多孔112米跨徑布置。
(4)跨(kua)長江大(da)堤橋梁。為保證(zheng)長江大(da)堤安全,跨(kua)堤橋梁橋墩(dun)須在大(da)堤臨水側(ce)(ce)坡腳(jiao)以外(wai)30米、臨岸(an)側(ce)(ce)坡腳(jiao)以外(wai)15米設(she)置(zhi)。因此采用112米跨(kua)徑跨(kua)越(yue)南、北兩岸(an)大(da)堤。
(5)兩(liang)(liang)岸(an)(an)引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。兩(liang)(liang)岸(an)(an)引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)總(zong)長(chang)5245米(mi),由于受較(jiao)(jiao)大的航道凈空高度控制,和正(zheng)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)相接(jie)的公鐵合(he)建段引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)較(jiao)(jiao)高,最高達62米(mi),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)跨(kua)度49.2米(mi)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)跨(kua)布置(zhi);南岸(an)(an)單(dan)(dan)建鐵路(lu)段橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)較(jiao)(jiao)高,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)49.2米(mi)跨(kua)度布置(zhi);北岸(an)(an)單(dan)(dan)建鐵路(lu)段橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)(dun)較(jiao)(jiao)小,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)32.7米(mi)跨(kua)度;其余(yu)部分跨(kua)越道路(lu)、河流(liu)等節(jie)點采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)大跨(kua)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁。鐵路(lu)32.7米(mi)、49.2米(mi)跨(kua)度均采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)標準化的32米(mi)、48米(mi)預應力混凝土梁。
滬蘇通長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)線路全長(chang)11.072千米(mi)(mi),包括兩岸大堤間(jian)正(zheng)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)5827米(mi)(mi),北引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)1876米(mi)(mi),南引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)3369米(mi)(mi),其中公(gong)鐵(tie)合(he)建(jian)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁長(chang)6989米(mi)(mi)。主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)跨(kua)1092米(mi)(mi)鋼桁(heng)梁雙塔(ta)(ta)斜(xie)(xie)拉(la)(la)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)高330米(mi)(mi),約(yue)110層(ceng)樓高。滬蘇通長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)是(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)跨(kua)1092米(mi)(mi)的(de)公(gong)鐵(tie)兩用(yong)(yong)鋼桁(heng)梁斜(xie)(xie)拉(la)(la)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),跨(kua)徑布置為(wei)(wei)(140+462+1092+462+140)米(mi)(mi)。斜(xie)(xie)拉(la)(la)索采用(yong)(yong)平行鋼絲(si)斜(xie)(xie)拉(la)(la)索,最大索長(chang)576.5米(mi)(mi),索重84噸(dun)(dun)。拉(la)(la)索在(zai)梁端的(de)錨固采用(yong)(yong)錨拉(la)(la)板構造(zao),錨點在(zai)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面標高以上1.35~2.15米(mi)(mi)。大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)通航(hang)孔代表船型為(wei)(wei)5萬噸(dun)(dun)級集裝箱船和(he)10萬噸(dun)(dun)級散(san)貨船,代表船隊為(wei)(wei)4.8萬噸(dun)(dun)4排(pai)4列駁船隊,專用(yong)(yong)航(hang)道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)代表船型為(wei)(wei)5.7萬噸(dun)(dun)級散(san)雜船。
滬(hu)蘇通長江公鐵大(da)橋工程規模之大(da),施(shi)工難度(du)之大(da),創造了世界橋梁和中國橋梁建設的(de)多(duo)個之最(zui)。(《文匯(hui)報》評)
滬蘇通(tong)(tong)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)是其建成時長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)下(xia)游最(zui)東(dong)端(duan)、離長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)入(ru)海(hai)口最(zui)近(jin)的(de)鐵路(lu)過江(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)道(dao),向北連接渤海(hai)灣和京津(jin)冀城(cheng)市(shi)群,向南(nan)由滬蘇通(tong)(tong)鐵路(lu)接入(ru)上海(hai),通(tong)(tong)過東(dong)南(nan)沿海(hai)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)聯系珠三角城(cheng)市(shi)群。作為公(gong)鐵兩用過江(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)道(dao),滬蘇通(tong)(tong)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)建成通(tong)(tong)車(che)后,對提升區域鐵路(lu)、公(gong)路(lu)路(lu)網水平(ping),優(you)化運(yun)輸組織方案,完善交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸結(jie)構具有重要意義,將有效促進長(chang)(chang)三角城(cheng)市(shi)群跨江(jiang)(jiang)融合、協同發展,有力助推長(chang)(chang)三角區域一(yi)體化發展。(中(zhong)國國家(jia)鐵路(lu)集團有限公(gong)司 評)
2003年,有關(guan)方(fang)面提出新建上海至南(nan)通鐵路的三(san)個過江方(fang)案(an)。
2005年12月,中華人民共和國鐵道部組織“滬通鐵路預可審查(cha)及越江橋隧方(fang)案論證會(hui)“。
2007年(nian)3月(yue),《新建上海(hai)至南通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)預可行研究》編制完成,跨越長江(jiang)(jiang)方案(an)推薦(jian)蘇通(tong)(tong)長江(jiang)(jiang)公路(lu)(lu)大橋下游(you)9千米處(chu)的(de)盾構隧道方案(an)。4月(yue)18日至20日,“新建滬通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)項目(mu)建議書評(ping)估會(hui)”召(zhao)開,跨越長江(jiang)(jiang)方案(an)推薦(jian)蘇通(tong)(tong)長江(jiang)(jiang)公路(lu)(lu)大橋下游(you)8千米橋梁方案(an)。
2008年2月,中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)家部委和(he)江蘇省相關部門開展論證工作,先后在蘇通(tong)長江公路大橋下游8千(qian)米、5千(qian)米、3.2千(qian)米和(he)規劃的錫通(tong)通(tong)道進行比(bi)選和(he)實(shi)船試驗,并完成了過(guo)江工程河段河勢(shi)等二(er)十幾個課題的研究。
2010年2月(yue),對于(yu)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)越長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)方(fang)案,鐵(tie)道部與交通(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸(shu)部達成共識,在規劃的(de)(de)(de)錫(xi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道上建設(she)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋,并形成綜合(he)性過江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道。5月(yue)11日,交通(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸(shu)部組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)召開“滬通(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)論(lun)證研究(jiu)報告審查會”。同月(yue),鐵(tie)道部、上海市及江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)蘇省(sheng)聯合(he)上報《關(guan)于(yu)重(zhong)新報送(song)上海至南(nan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)可行性研究(jiu)報告的(de)(de)(de)函》,將(jiang)滬通(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)位,由原來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)蘇通(tong)(tong)(tong)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)大(da)橋下(xia)游3千(qian)米(mi)(mi)處調整(zheng)為上游40千(qian)米(mi)(mi)處(即(ji)沿(yan)九圩(wei)港西側(ce)至南(nan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)捕魚港附近跨(kua)(kua)(kua)越長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang))。7月(yue),交通(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸(shu)部批復滬通(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)凈空(kong)尺度(du)和(he)技術要求(qiu),確定了橋位、橋式和(he)橋跨(kua)(kua)(kua)。8月(yue)25日,滬通(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋主跨(kua)(kua)(kua)1092米(mi)(mi)公(gong)鐵(tie)兩用斜拉橋方(fang)案通(tong)(tong)(tong)過國(guo)家發展和(he)改革(ge)委員會組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)橋梁(liang)專(zhuan)家評審。12月(yue)19日,滬通(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋通(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)安全評估報告通(tong)(tong)(tong)過國(guo)家海事局組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)家評審,標(biao)志著滬通(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋正式進入(ru)工程初(chu)步設(she)計階段。
2011年4月(yue)6日,滬通鐵路長江大橋進(jin)行29、30號橋墩地質鉆探施工。
2013年11月(yue)(yue),滬通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路長(chang)江(jiang)大橋建設指(zhi)揮部進駐南通(tong)(tong)。同月(yue)(yue)中(zhong)旬,滬通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路長(chang)江(jiang)大橋施(shi)工圖(tu)完成設計。
2014年3月(yue)1日,滬通鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)正式開工建設。6月(yue),滬通鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)28號(hao)主(zhu)塔(ta)墩(dun)(dun)鋼沉(chen)井浮運至(zhi)預(yu)定(ding)水域并(bing)完成下沉(chen)。10月(yue)28日,滬通鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)29號(hao)主(zhu)塔(ta)墩(dun)(dun)鋼沉(chen)井浮運至(zhi)預(yu)定(ding)水域。2017年1月(yue)21日,天生(sheng)港專用(yong)航道橋(qiao)(qiao)合(he)龍(long)。10月(yue)22日,天生(sheng)港專用(yong)航道橋(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)拱合(he)龍(long)。12月(yue)28日,28號(hao)主(zhu)墩(dun)(dun)中塔(ta)柱合(he)龍(long)。
2018年(nian)3月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri),28號(hao)主(zhu)(zhu)塔墩(dun)首組鋼(gang)(gang)錨梁安(an)裝(zhuang)到位。4月(yue)27日(ri)(ri)(ri),29號(hao)主(zhu)(zhu)塔墩(dun)開始下橫梁首次(ci)混凝土澆(jiao)筑(zhu)。5月(yue)11日(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)鐵路長(chang)江大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)進入橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)鋪裝(zhuang)階(jie)段(duan)(duan)。6月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)(ri),主(zhu)(zhu)航道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)邊墩(dun)首個超千(qian)噸大節(jie)(jie)段(duan)(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)梁架(jia)設(she)完(wan)成(cheng),這是中國(guo)國(guo)內首個超千(qian)噸大節(jie)(jie)段(duan)(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)梁架(jia)設(she)完(wan)成(cheng)。9月(yue)9日(ri)(ri)(ri),南(nan)引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)全面(mian)貫通(tong)。9月(yue)25日(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)鐵路長(chang)江大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)正式攤鋪橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)瀝青。9月(yue)28日(ri)(ri)(ri),北側主(zhu)(zhu)塔封頂(ding)。10月(yue)9日(ri)(ri)(ri),主(zhu)(zhu)航道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)大節(jie)(jie)段(duan)(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)梁雙(shuang)懸臂開始架(jia)設(she)。10月(yue)16日(ri)(ri)(ri),天生港(gang)專用航道橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)鐵路層鋼(gang)(gang)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)UHPC鋪裝(zhuang)施工完(wan)成(cheng)。11月(yue)9日(ri)(ri)(ri),29號(hao)墩(dun)首節(jie)(jie)段(duan)(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)梁完(wan)成(cheng)架(jia)設(she)。
2019年3月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)11日(ri),南主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)塔完成(cheng)第(di)一根(gen)(gen)斜(xie)拉(la)(la)索(suo)(suo)的(de)架設,這(zhe)是中國重載型公鐵(tie)兩(liang)用斜(xie)拉(la)(la)橋(qiao)在“塔梁同(tong)步”施(shi)工條件下(xia)架設的(de)第(di)一根(gen)(gen)斜(xie)拉(la)(la)索(suo)(suo)。4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)27日(ri),南引橋(qiao)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)面防水(shui)層完成(cheng)施(shi)工。5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)28日(ri),滬通鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長江大(da)橋(qiao)北岸(an)輔(fu)助跨合(he)(he)龍(long)。6月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)27日(ri),南側主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)塔封頂(ding)。7月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)18日(ri),滬通鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長江大(da)橋(qiao)南岸(an)輔(fu)助跨合(he)(he)龍(long)。8月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)5日(ri),主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)首個邊跨鋼梁合(he)(he)龍(long)。8月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)9日(ri),28號主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)塔塔端(duan)斜(xie)拉(la)(la)索(suo)(suo)完成(cheng)掛設.9月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)20日(ri),滬通鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長江大(da)橋(qiao)合(he)(he)龍(long)。11月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)15日(ri),滬通鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長江大(da)橋(qiao)全橋(qiao)斜(xie)拉(la)(la)索(suo)(suo)吊裝完工。12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)14日(ri),滬通鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)長江大(da)橋(qiao)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)部(bu)分開始(shi)鋪軌作業。
