一、電力電容器常見的規格和型號
1、電力電容器的規格
(1)額定(ding)電壓:電容(rong)(rong)器有高壓電容(rong)(rong)器、低(di)壓電容(rong)(rong)器之分。以低(di)壓電容(rong)(rong)器為例,常見額定(ding)電壓等(deng)級(ji)有250V、440V、480V、525V、690V等(deng)。
(2)額(e)(e)定容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang):電(dian)力電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器的額(e)(e)定容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang),一般在10Kvar-60Kvar之間(jian)。常見的額(e)(e)定容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)有(you)10Kvar、15Kvar、20Kvar、25Kvar、30Kvar、40Kvar、50Kvar、60Kvar等。
(3)相(xiang)數:電(dian)(dian)力系統中,電(dian)(dian)容器有三(san)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)容器和單(dan)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)容器。進(jin)行無功補償的電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)容器,多為三(san)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)容器。當企(qi)業(ye)需要(yao)進(jin)行分相(xiang)補償時,就需要(yao)使(shi)用單(dan)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)容器。

二、電力電容器接線方式
1、星形接線方式
在(zai)電(dian)力系統中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),星(xing)形接線可分為帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線和不(bu)帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線兩種情況。其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線方(fang)式的(de)優勢在(zai)于(yu)可以進行分相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)投切,從而補償電(dian)網負荷的(de)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)平衡(heng)。對于(yu)不(bu)帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線方(fang)式來說,其需要兩相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)容(rong)(rong)才能形成回(hui)路。和星(xing)形帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線方(fang)式相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同的(de)是,它們的(de)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)基波電(dian)壓對稱,所以三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)基波電(dian)流合(he)成值為零;而3次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波電(dian)流則(ze)由線電(dian)壓決定,三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)壓的(de)3次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波大小相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)等,方(fang)向相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同,在(zai)線電(dian)壓中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)抵(di)消,因此電(dian)容(rong)(rong)支(zhi)路中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)沒有3次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波電(dian)流。
2、三角形接線
在(zai)電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)中,三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接(jie)法按照星(xing)形(xing)(xing)三(san)角形(xing)(xing)變(bian)換原理,可以轉化為(wei)星(xing)形(xing)(xing)接(jie)線。當電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)中存在(zai)三(san)相不平衡的(de)負載時,可令(ling)各(ge)相電(dian)(dian)容(rong)值不等,根據各(ge)相負荷進(jin)行(xing)分相補償。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)力(li)補償電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器總(zong)無(wu)(wu)功容(rong)量相等的(de)情況下,三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接(jie)線和星(xing)形(xing)(xing)無(wu)(wu)中性線方式度外電(dian)(dian)路表示的(de)特性相同。在(zai)實(shi)際進(jin)行(xing)無(wu)(wu)功補償時,企(qi)業采(cai)用三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接(jie)線方式更多。
星形接線和三角形接線,是品牌電力電容器常見(jian)的(de)接(jie)線方(fang)式(shi)。目前企業常用的(de)接(jie)線方(fang)式(shi)是三角形接(jie)線,因為它可以實現分(fen)相補償,解決三相不平衡的(de)問題。
