一、電力電容器常見的規格和型號
1、電力電容器的規格
(1)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓:電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器有(you)高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器、低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器之(zhi)分。以(yi)低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器為例,常見額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等級有(you)250V、440V、480V、525V、690V等。
(2)額(e)定容量(liang)(liang):電力(li)電容器的額(e)定容量(liang)(liang),一般在(zai)10Kvar-60Kvar之(zhi)間。常見的額(e)定容量(liang)(liang)有10Kvar、15Kvar、20Kvar、25Kvar、30Kvar、40Kvar、50Kvar、60Kvar等。
(3)相數:電(dian)力(li)系統中,電(dian)容器(qi)(qi)(qi)有三相電(dian)容器(qi)(qi)(qi)和單相電(dian)容器(qi)(qi)(qi)。進行無功補償的電(dian)力(li)電(dian)容器(qi)(qi)(qi),多為(wei)三相電(dian)容器(qi)(qi)(qi)。當企(qi)業(ye)需要進行分相補償時,就需要使(shi)用單相電(dian)容器(qi)(qi)(qi)。

二、電力電容器接線方式
1、星形接線方式
在(zai)電(dian)力(li)系統中(zhong)(zhong),星(xing)形接線(xian)可(ke)分為(wei)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)和不帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)兩(liang)種情況。其中(zhong)(zhong)帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)的(de)優勢在(zai)于可(ke)以進(jin)行分相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)投(tou)切,從而(er)補償電(dian)網(wang)負荷的(de)三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)不平衡(heng)。對(dui)于不帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)來說,其需(xu)要兩(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)容才(cai)能(neng)形成回路。和星(xing)形帶(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同(tong)的(de)是,它們的(de)三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)基波(bo)電(dian)壓對(dui)稱(cheng),所以三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)基波(bo)電(dian)流(liu)合成值為(wei)零;而(er)3次諧波(bo)電(dian)流(liu)則由線(xian)電(dian)壓決定,三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)壓的(de)3次諧波(bo)大小相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)等,方(fang)(fang)向相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同(tong),在(zai)線(xian)電(dian)壓中(zhong)(zhong)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)互抵消,因此電(dian)容支路中(zhong)(zhong)沒有(you)3次諧波(bo)電(dian)流(liu)。
2、三角形接線
在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統(tong)中(zhong),三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)接(jie)(jie)法按照星(xing)形(xing)(xing)三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)變(bian)換原理,可以轉(zhuan)化為星(xing)形(xing)(xing)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統(tong)中(zhong)存(cun)在三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)不平衡(heng)的(de)負載時,可令(ling)各(ge)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容值不等(deng),根據(ju)各(ge)相(xiang)負荷進行分相(xiang)補(bu)償(chang)。在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力補(bu)償(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器總無(wu)功(gong)容量相(xiang)等(deng)的(de)情況下,三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)和星(xing)形(xing)(xing)無(wu)中(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)方式度外電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路表示的(de)特(te)性(xing)相(xiang)同(tong)。在實際(ji)進行無(wu)功(gong)補(bu)償(chang)時,企業采用三(san)(san)(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)方式更多。
星形接線和三角形接線,是品牌電力電容器常(chang)見的(de)接線方式。目前企業常(chang)用的(de)接線方式是三(san)角形接線,因(yin)為它可以實現分相補償(chang),解(jie)決三(san)相不平衡的(de)問題。
