1.香蔥、蒜頭洗凈(jing),切碎;
2.田七(qi)葉(xie)洗(xi)凈(jing);
3.奶鍋煮水;
4.水開后(hou)放田(tian)七葉(xie)入(ru)鍋煮30秒左右;
5.撈起濾水;
6.熱鍋,放入少量的油燒熱,再放入蒜蓉煸(bian)香;
7. 田七葉放入碗里,把蒜蓉油淋在田七葉上,再加入少量的香油;
8.放入(ru)鹽,拌勻;
9.最(zui)后放入蔥花(hua),拌(ban)勻即(ji)可;
