2、木砧板:選用精選天然橡木拼接而成,軟硬適中,不易傷刀,不易變形,不易爆裂;運用時不會發生木屑;防潮防霉;天然滅菌,易清洗;堅韌厚重;外型簡練,漂亮大方,經久耐用,是稀少難得的廚房好幫手。
3、竹砧板:竹子菜板比木頭稍輕(qing),不(bu)易造假,質量相對穩定,運用起來也更安全些,但它的密度不(bu)及木砧板,且厚度不(bu)行,多為拼接(jie)而成,因(yin)而運用時不(bu)能重擊。
