一、杏仁酥餅材料和做法
杏仁酥餅材料準備:低筋面粉300g、軟化黃油420g、雞蛋5枚、細砂糖260g、杏仁300g(碾碎)、草莓果(guo)醬100g、杏仁片3湯匙(chi)(45g)。

2、餅皮(pi)放(fang)入(ru)(ru)直徑28cm的烤(kao)盤模具(ju)中(把邊緣(yuan)按入(ru)(ru)模具(ju),再(zai)(zai)將多余部分去(qu)掉)。用叉子在餅皮(pi)上扎些小洞,再(zai)(zai)將餅皮(pi)放(fang)入(ru)(ru)冰箱(xiang)冷(leng)藏室中定型(xing)10分鐘。
3、將(jiang)余(yu)(yu)下(xia)的300g軟(ruan)化黃油(you)放入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)食品加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工機中攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban),直(zhi)至(zhi)(zhi)將(jiang)黃油(you)打發,再加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)余(yu)(yu)下(xia)的200g細砂糖,繼續攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)待黃油(you)和糖攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)均勻(yun)且顏色(se)呈白色(se)時,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)一枚(mei)雞(ji)蛋(dan),繼續攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban),隨后再依次加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)第二枚(mei)、第三(san)枚(mei)雞(ji)蛋(dan),每加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)一只雞(ji)蛋(dan)即攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)一次,直(zhi)至(zhi)(zhi)將(jiang)雞(ji)蛋(dan)全部加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru),然后加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)余(yu)(yu)下(xia)的50g面粉(fen)和杏仁碎(sui),稍稍攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)一下(xia)。
