長沙玉(yu)樓東是一(yi)家飲(yin)譽三湘(xiang)、蜚聲全國的百(bai)年餐飲(yin)名店,是正宗湘(xiang)菜的發(fa)源(yuan)地(di),享有湘(xiang)菜“黃埔軍校”之美譽。
玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)始(shi)建(jian)于(yu)1904年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(清光緒(xu)三十年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)),初名(ming)(ming)玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)春,系取白居易《長(chang)恨歌(ge)》中(zhong)(zhong)“金(jin)屋妝成嬌(jiao)侍夜,玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)宴(yan)罷醉(zui)和春”之意(yi)而(er)得(de)名(ming)(ming)。因(yin)“春”有召(zhao)妓之嫌,又因(yin)當(dang)時店(dian)址在(zai)長(chang)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)青石(shi)橋東(dong)(dong)茅巷口,故更名(ming)(ming)為“玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)”。1920年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(民(min)國(guo)(guo)九年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)),由當(dang)時號稱(cheng)“湖(hu)南第一(yi)(yi)廚”的譚(tan)奚(xi)庭(ting)掌勺主理,生(sheng)意(yi)紅(hong)極一(yi)(yi)時。清末瀚林、曾國(guo)(guo)藩之嫡(di)長(chang)孫曾廣(guang)(guang)鈞登玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)用(yong)膳,吃(chi)到玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)的名(ming)(ming)菜(cai)“麻(ma)辣仔(zi)(zi)雞”和“湯(tang)泡肚尖”時贊嘆不已,即席(xi)賦詩“麻(ma)辣仔(zi)(zi)雞湯(tang)泡肚,令人常憶玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)”。1938年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)長(chang)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)“文夕大(da)(da)火”,玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)被燒成一(yi)(yi)片廢墟,一(yi)(yi)度(du)歇業。解(jie)放后(hou)玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)遷至今(jin)五一(yi)(yi)廣(guang)(guang)場續業,先后(hou)更名(ming)(ming)為“奇珍閣”、“廣(guang)(guang)場飯店(dian)”、“實驗餐廳”。1985年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),長(chang)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)市(shi)飲(yin)食公司為振興湘(xiang)菜(cai),恢復名(ming)(ming)老特(te)店(dian)和傳(chuan)統湘(xiang)菜(cai),將(jiang)酒(jiu)家(jia)恢復“玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)”原名(ming)(ming)。1990年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),酒(jiu)家(jia)在(zai)一(yi)(yi)代湘(xiang)菜(cai)名(ming)(ming)廚、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)烹飪(ren)(ren)大(da)(da)師、湘(xiang)菜(cai)大(da)(da)師許菊云及中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)烹飪(ren)(ren)大(da)(da)師、湘(xiang)菜(cai)大(da)(da)師、玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)董事長(chang)張濤的帶領下,大(da)(da)膽推陳出新,供應“麻(ma)辣仔(zi)(zi)雞”、“湯(tang)泡肚尖”等傳(chuan)統名(ming)(ming)菜(cai)數百(bai)種(zhong),保留(liu)了玉(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)的傳(chuan)統風(feng)味,同時開設早晚茶,經營(ying)長(chang)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)地方風(feng)味小吃(chi),生(sheng)意(yi)紅(hong)紅(hong)火火,成為當(dang)時長(chang)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)餐飲(yin)的一(yi)(yi)張名(ming)(ming)片,使百(bai)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)老店(dian)重煥青春。
2002年,玉(yu)樓(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與時(shi)俱進(jin)大刀闊斧進(jin)行企業改制,對企業和員工身份實施“雙(shuang)置換(huan)”,成立(li)長(chang)沙飲食集(ji)團長(chang)沙玉(yu)樓(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)有限公司。從此,玉(yu)樓(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)拉開(kai)了(le)實施品牌發展戰略的(de)序幕,先(xian)后開(kai)設了(le)玉(yu)樓(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)五一路店、玉(yu)樓(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)遠(yuan)大路店、新(xin)玉(yu)樓(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)及(ji)玉(yu)樓(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)星沙店等四家直營店,先(xian)后開(kai)設了(le)甘(gan)肅蘭州、北京西四環、長(chang)沙紅星、江(jiang)蘇鹽城、長(chang)沙湘菜玉(yu)樓(lou)(lou)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、長(chang)沙機場等六家品牌加(jia)盟店。企業規模不斷拓展,企業知名(ming)度不斷提(ti)升(sheng),員工素質(zhi)不斷提(ti)高(gao),產品質(zhi)量(liang)不斷優化,經營業績不斷攀升(sheng)。
