一、銅箔是什么東西
銅箔是一種陰質(zhi)性電(dian)(dian)解材料,沉淀于(yu)電(dian)(dian)路板基底層(ceng)(ceng)上的一層(ceng)(ceng)薄的、連續的金(jin)屬箔,它作為PCB的導(dao)電(dian)(dian)體。它容(rong)易(yi)粘合于(yu)絕緣(yuan)層(ceng)(ceng),接受印刷(shua)保護層(ceng)(ceng),腐(fu)蝕后形成電(dian)(dian)路圖樣(yang)。
銅(tong)箔(bo)由銅(tong)加一(yi)定比例的(de)(de)其它金屬打制而成,銅(tong)箔(bo)一(yi)般有90箔(bo)和88箔(bo)兩種,即為含銅(tong)量為90%和88%,尺寸為16*16cm銅(tong)箔(bo),是(shi)用途最廣泛的(de)(de)裝飾材料。如:賓館酒店、寺院佛像、金字招(zhao)牌、瓷(ci)磚馬賽克(ke)、工藝品等。
二、銅箔的特性
銅(tong)(tong)箔具(ju)有低(di)表面氧(yang)氣特性,可以附(fu)著與各種不同(tong)基材(cai)(cai),如金屬,絕(jue)緣材(cai)(cai)料等,擁有較(jiao)寬(kuan)的(de)溫度使用范(fan)圍(wei)。主要應用于電(dian)磁(ci)屏(ping)蔽(bi)及抗靜(jing)電(dian),將導(dao)(dao)電(dian)銅(tong)(tong)箔置于襯底面,結(jie)合金屬基材(cai)(cai),具(ju)有優良的(de)導(dao)(dao)通性,并提供電(dian)磁(ci)屏(ping)蔽(bi)的(de)效果。可分為:自(zi)粘銅(tong)(tong)箔、雙(shuang)導(dao)(dao)銅(tong)(tong)箔、單導(dao)(dao)銅(tong)(tong)箔等。
三、銅箔生產工藝流程
銅箔根據生產(chan)方(fang)式的(de)不同分(fen)為(wei):電(dian)解(jie)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)箔(bo)和壓(ya)延(yan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)箔(bo)。電(dian)解(jie)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)箔(bo)是(shi)利(li)用電(dian)化學(xue)原理通過銅(tong)(tong)(tong)電(dian)解(jie)而(er)制成的(de),制成生箔(bo)的(de)內(nei)部組(zu)織(zhi)結(jie)構(gou)為(wei)垂直針狀結(jie)晶構(gou)造,其生產(chan)成本相對(dui)較低。壓(ya)延(yan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)箔(bo)是(shi)利(li)用塑性加工原理,通過對(dui)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)錠的(de)反復軋制-退火工藝而(er)成的(de),其內(nei)部組(zu)織(zhi)結(jie)構(gou)為(wei)片狀結(jie)晶組(zu)織(zhi),壓(ya)延(yan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)箔(bo)產(chan)品的(de)延(yan)展性較好。現階段,在剛性電(dian)路板(ban)(ban)的(de)生產(chan)中主要(yao)采用電(dian)解(jie)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)箔(bo),而(er)壓(ya)延(yan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)箔(bo)主要(yao)用于撓性和高頻(pin)電(dian)路板(ban)(ban)中。
1、電解銅箔的工藝流程
電(dian)解銅箔生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工序簡(jian)單,主要(yao)(yao)工序有三道:溶液生(sheng)箔、表面處(chu)理和產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)分切。其生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)看似(si)簡(jian)單,卻是集電(dian)子、機械、電(dian)化學為(wei)一(yi)(yi)體,并且是對生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)環境要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)特別嚴(yan)格(ge)的一(yi)(yi)個(ge)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)。所以,電(dian)解銅箔行業并沒(mei)有一(yi)(yi)套標準通用的生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)設(she)備和技術,各生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)商各顯神通,這也是影響國內電(dian)解銅箔產(chan)(chan)能及品(pin)(pin)質提升的一(yi)(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)瓶頸。
