黃瓜拌涼皮的做法:
【主料(liao)】:黃瓜(gua)1根,涼皮1張(zhang)
【輔料】:蒜2瓣(ban),醋2勺(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao),糖2勺(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao),鹽1勺(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao),雞精(jing)2勺(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao),蠔油(you)1勺(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao),芝麻(ma)醬1勺(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao),辣(la)椒(jiao)油(you)1勺(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao),麻(ma)油(you)1勺(shao)(shao)(shao)(shao)
步驟:
1.將黃瓜切(qie)絲、涼(liang)皮(pi)切(qie)片(pian),蒜切(qie)碎
2.加醋,加糖
3.加鹽、雞精
4.加芝麻醬、麻油、辣椒油
5.調(diao)料加好之(zhi)后攪(jiao)拌均勻即(ji)可(ke)
