蒙頂甘露,主要產于四川蒙山山頂的名茶,蒙頂名茶種類繁多,有甘露、上清、菱角、蒙頂黃芽、石花、玉葉長春、萬春銀針等
蒙(meng)山(shan)(shan)茶(cha)主要產于山(shan)(shan)頂(ding),故被稱(cheng)做“蒙(meng)頂(ding)茶(cha)”。揚(yang)子江(jiang)中(zhong)水,蒙(meng)山(shan)(shan)頂(ding)上(shang)茶(cha)。蒙(meng)頂(ding)茶(cha)產于地跨四川省名(ming)(ming)山(shan)(shan)、雅安(an)兩縣的蒙(meng)山(shan)(shan),四川蒙(meng)頂(ding)山(shan)(shan)上(shang)清(qing)峰漢(han)代(dai)甘(gan)露祖師吳理真手植(zhi)七(qi)株仙茶(cha)的遺址(zhi)。蒙(meng)頂(ding)甘(gan)露是中(zhong)國古老的名(ming)(ming)茶(cha),被尊為茶(cha)中(zhong)故舊,名(ming)(ming)茶(cha)先驅(qu)。
蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)甘露(lu)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)形狀纖細,湯色黃碧(bi),清澈明亮;使人尺頰(jia)留香。歷(li)(li)代(dai)(dai)文(wen)人墨客留下了不(bu)(bu)少贊頌蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)的(de)文(wen)章(zhang):白居易在《琴茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)》一詩眾寫(xie)道(dao):“琴里(li)知聞(wen)惟(wei)《淥水》,茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)故舊是(shi)蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)山(shan)。”唐代(dai)(dai)黎陽《蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)山(shan)白云巖茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)》詩中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)稱(cheng)頌“若(ruo)教陸羽(yu)持(chi)公論,應詩人間地一茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)。”宋代(dai)(dai)文(wen)人《謝人寄蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)新(xin)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)詩》:“蜀土茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)稱(cheng)圣(sheng),蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)山(shan)味(wei)獨珍。”文(wen)彥博在《謝人惠寄蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)》詩中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)云“舊譜(pu)最(zui)稱(cheng)蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)味(wei),露(lu)芽(ya)云腋勝醒醐(hu)。”明代(dai)(dai)錢椿年《茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)譜(pu)》中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)記述(shu):“茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)之(zhi)(zhi)產于天下多矣!劍南油能(neng)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)石(shi)花,湖州(zhou)油顧渚紫筍(sun),峽州(zhou)油時澗明月(yue)……其(qi)名(ming)皆著。品地之(zhi)(zhi),則石(shi)花最(zui)上(shang),紫筍(sun)次之(zhi)(zhi)……”清朝趙恒(heng)葉留油“色淡香長自仙”的(de)佳句。從(cong)這些文(wen)辭優美的(de)詞句中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),我們(men)不(bu)(bu)難體會(hui)道(dao)歷(li)(li)代(dai)(dai)文(wen)人對蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)的(de)酷愛程度之(zhi)(zhi)深。
甘(gan)露(lu)在梵語(yu)是“念祖”之意;二(er)說是茶湯似甘(gan)露(lu)。甘(gan)露(lu)茶采摘細嫩,制工精湛,外(wai)形美(mei)觀,內質優(you)異。

湯(tang)(tang)色:茶湯(tang)(tang)似甘露,碧清(qing)微黃(huang),滋味鮮爽,濃郁回(hui)甜。 嫩綠(lv)色潤(run),內質香(xiang)高而爽,味醇而甘,湯(tang)(tang)色黃(huang)中透(tou)綠(lv),透(tou)明清(qing)亮,葉底勻整,嫩綠(lv)鮮亮;香(xiang)馨高爽,味醇甘鮮,沏二遍(bian)時,越發鮮醇,使(shi)人尺頰留(liu)香(xiang)。
