藥王孫思邈在(zai)“千金要方,食(shi)(shi)療”中指出“藥(yao)(yao)食(shi)(shi)同源,醫(yi)食(shi)(shi)互(hu)(hu)補(bu)”,“安身在體(ti),必資于食(shi)(shi)”,提倡“食(shi)(shi)能排邪而安臟腑(fu),悅(yue)神爽氣(qi),以資血氣(qi)。若能用(yong)食(shi)(shi)平疴,可謂良工”。推崇(chong)“補(bu)之以味(wei)者,莫若以飲食(shi)(shi)補(bu)之”,“藥(yao)(yao)食(shi)(shi)兩攻,則病無逃矣”藥(yao)(yao)王孫思邈這些(xie)防病養(yang)身、藥(yao)(yao)食(shi)(shi)互(hu)(hu)補(bu)、追求健康的(de)(de)養(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)觀念,開發養(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)膳食(shi)(shi)是(shi)以實(shi)物和藥(yao)(yao)性(xing)材料恰當結(jie)合,藥(yao)(yao)借食(shi)(shi)力、食(shi)(shi)助藥(yao)(yao)威,是(shi)食(shi)(shi)補(bu)滋(zi)養(yang)的(de)(de)首(shou)選(xuan),尤其適(shi)合氣(qi)血虛(xu)虧、體(ti)弱的(de)(de)人食(shi)(shi)用(yong),相傳有(you)體(ti)質(zhi)欠佳(jia)的(de)(de)人連續食(shi)(shi)用(yong)后,面部紅潤,走(zou)路生(sheng)(sheng)風(feng)。
