二、恒溫恒濕空調系統工作原理是什么
恒溫(wen)恒濕空調系統(tong)由(you)控制器、人機(ji)界(jie)面、變頻(pin)器、溫(wen)濕度(du)傳感(gan)器、水閥執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)器、風(feng)(feng)閥執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)器、高(gao)溫(wen)斷(duan)路器、風(feng)(feng)壓開關等組成,通過三個相互聯系的(de)系統(tong)進行(xing)(xing)工作(zuo):
1、制冷劑循環系統
蒸發器中的(de)液態(tai)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)吸(xi)(xi)收空氣(qi)的(de)熱量(liang)(空氣(qi)被降溫(wen)及除濕)并開始蒸發,最終(zhong)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)與空之間形成(cheng)一定(ding)的(de)溫(wen)度差(cha),液態(tai)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)亦完(wan)全蒸發變為氣(qi)態(tai),后(hou)(hou)被壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機吸(xi)(xi)入并壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力和溫(wen)度增(zeng)加),氣(qi)態(tai)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)通過(guo)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)器(風冷(leng)(leng)/水冷(leng)(leng))吸(xi)(xi)收熱量(liang),凝(ning)(ning)結(jie)成(cheng)液體。通過(guo)膨脹閥(或毛細管)節流后(hou)(hou)變成(cheng)低(di)(di)溫(wen)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進入蒸發器,完(wan)成(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)循(xun)環過(guo)程。
2、空氣環系統
風(feng)機負責將(jiang)空(kong)氣從回風(feng)口吸入,空(kong)氣經(jing)過蒸發(fa)器(降(jiang)溫、除(chu)濕)、加(jia)濕器、電加(jia)熱器(升溫)后(hou),經(jing)送(song)風(feng)口送(song)到用戶需(xu)的空(kong)間內(nei),送(song)出的空(kong)氣與空(kong)間內(nei)的空(kong)氣混合后(hou)回到回風(feng)口。
3、電器自控系統
電(dian)(dian)器自控系統包括電(dian)(dian)源部分和自動控制部分:
(1)電(dian)源部分(fen)通過接觸器,對壓縮機(ji)、風扇、電(dian)加熱器,加濕器等供應電(dian)源。
(2)自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)分部(bu)分又分為溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、濕(shi)度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)及故(gu)障(zhang)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)部(bu)分:溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、濕(shi)度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、濕(shi)度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi),將(jiang)回風(feng)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)濕(shi)度與用(yong)戶設(she)定的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)濕(shi)作(zuo)對比(bi),自動運行(xing)壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(降溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、除濕(shi)),加(jia)濕(shi)器(qi),電加(jia)熱(升溫(wen)(wen)(wen))等(deng)元件,實現恒溫(wen)(wen)(wen)恒濕(shi)的(de)自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。故(gu)障(zhang)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)壓力保(bao)(bao)護(hu)、延(yan)時器(qi)、繼電器(qi)、過(guo)載(zai)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)等(deng)相(xiang)互組(zu)合達(da)到,對壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji),風(feng)機(ji)(ji),加(jia)濕(shi)器(qi)等(deng)元件進行(xing)故(gu)障(zhang)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。
三、恒溫恒濕空調溫度和濕度怎么控制
恒溫恒濕空調可以感(gan)應室內的(de)溫濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du),并通(tong)過制熱(re)、制冷、加濕(shi)、除濕(shi)等操作進行溫度(du)(du)(du)和(he)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)控制,具(ju)體的(de)方法是:
1、溫度控制
(1)制熱:室內傳感器檢(jian)測到(dao)室內溫(wen)(wen)度低(di)于(yu)設定溫(wen)(wen)度時,PLC控制器發(fa)出指(zhi)令給四通換向閥(fa)和輔助加熱器工作,以達到(dao)升溫(wen)(wen)目(mu)的(de)。
(2)制冷:當室內傳感器檢測到溫(wen)度高于(yu)設定溫(wen)度時,PLC控制器發出指令給室外(wai)機(ji),室外(wai)機(ji)工作冷凝(ning)器散(san)熱,內機(ji)蒸發器給室內降溫(wen),然后通過風機(ji)送冷氣至定室內。
3、濕度控制
(1)加濕(shi)(shi)(shi):當室內濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)傳感(gan)器檢測室內濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)低于(yu)設定溫度(du)時(shi),PLC控制器發出指(zhi)令給加濕(shi)(shi)(shi)器,來實現加濕(shi)(shi)(shi)目的。
(2)除濕(shi)(shi):當室內濕(shi)(shi)度(du)傳感器檢測(ce)到(dao)室內濕(shi)(shi)度(du)高于(yu)設定濕(shi)(shi)度(du)時(shi),PLC控制(zhi)器發出指(zhi)令給壓(ya)縮機(ji)和電磁閥工(gong)作,實(shi)現恒溫除濕(shi)(shi)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。
