一、光纖熱縮管可以同時放幾芯

二、光纖熱縮管放多根光纖有什么危害
1、光纖損傷程度增加

2、填充密封作用不佳
熱(re)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)管(guan)的作用(yong)除了(le)增加光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)頭(tou)部(bu)分(fen)的機械強度(du)外,還起到填(tian)充(chong)和(he)密(mi)封作用(yong),避(bi)免保護管(guan)內有殘留氣(qi)(qi)泡,防止(zhi)潮氣(qi)(qi)侵入,從而(er)維持光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)傳輸(shu)性能的長期(qi)穩(wen)定。一個單(dan)芯光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)熱(re)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)管(guan)中放置多(duo)根(gen)光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)(xian),光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)之間(jian)和(he)光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)頭(tou)之間(jian)的縫隙(xi)無法完全被熔化后的熱(re)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)管(guan)填(tian)充(chong),造成熱(re)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)管(guan)內殘留有少量空氣(qi)(qi),空氣(qi)(qi)會使(shi)裸光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)表面(mian)的微裂紋增多(duo)和(he)增深(shen),加快接(jie)頭(tou)老化,縮(suo)(suo)(suo)短(duan)使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming),并(bing)影(ying)響光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)頭(tou)的溫度(du)特性。
3、其他危害
多(duo)根光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)一(yi)起熱縮時,無法(fa)完全保證所有光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)施加(jia)均(jun)勻的張力,也無法(fa)完全保證所有光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)均(jun)處于直(zhi)線多(duo)根光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)接頭(tou)熱縮在一(yi)起,使得(de)盤(pan)纖(xian)(xian)難度(du)增加(jia),容易(yi)造成盤(pan)纖(xian)(xian)時損傷其它(ta)光(guang)纖(xian)(xian)。
綜上所述,光纖熱縮管中(zhong)盡(jin)量不要(yao)同時放置多根光纖(xian)進行熱縮,如果有這方面需(xu)要(yao)的話,建議使用專門的多芯光纖(xian)熱縮加(jia)固管。
