一、自控自吸泵電磁閥作用是什么
電動空氣電磁閥是為WFB系列無密封自控自吸泵或其它型號無密封自吸泵設計的,是自吸泵的重要組成部分之一。電(dian)動閥作為自吸泵(beng)的組(zu)成部(bu)分之一(yi)裝在吸液口的(de)(de)進氣管上(shang),啟泵(beng)(beng)時電控閥密閉泵(beng)(beng)體吸液管上(shang)的(de)(de)進氣口,使自(zi)吸泵(beng)(beng)泵(beng)(beng)腔(qiang)內形(xing)成真空,完(wan)成自(zi)吸全(quan)過程。停泵(beng)(beng)時電控閥開啟,空氣從密閉口進入,水泵(beng)(beng)液管內迅速隔離(li)吸液管內共(gong)流的(de)(de)介質(zhi),確保(bao)泵(beng)(beng)腔(qiang)的(de)(de)介質(zhi)不隨吸液管腔(qiang)內的(de)(de)介質(zhi)回落到(dao)吸液池中(zhong),以達到(dao)消除虹吸的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),確保(bao)自(zi)吸泵(beng)(beng)二次(ci)自(zi)吸時正常自(zi)吸及(ji)運(yun)行。
二、自控式自吸泵電磁閥工作原理
電磁閥接線與水泵電機電源并聯(三相三線380V電源任意兩線,電壓為380V),自吸泵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機啟(qi)動(dong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)同(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)同(tong)(tong)步通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)啟(qi)動(dong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵(tie)(tie)芯吸(xi)(xi)合銜鐵(tie)(tie)時(shi)(shi)(shi)帶動(dong)彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)架下(xia)移(yi),驅動(dong)閥(fa)芯活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)桿向活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)缸體底(di)部密封(feng)墊壓緊,實現(xian)密封(feng),關(guan)閉(bi)吸(xi)(xi)液管(guan)上進(jin)氣口通(tong)氣孔,使(shi)自吸(xi)(xi)泵(beng)(beng)開始自吸(xi)(xi)并進(jin)入(ru)正常運行狀態。當停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線圈同(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵(tie)(tie)芯的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)力消(xiao)失,彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)架受(shou)壓縮彈(dan)(dan)簧反作用(yong)上移(yi)復位,帶動(dong)閥(fa)芯桿活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)離(li)(li)開活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)缸底(di),開啟(qi)通(tong)氣孔。使(shi)空氣進(jin)入(ru)吸(xi)(xi)液管(guan)腔,使(shi)泵(beng)(beng)腔內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)介質(zhi)與(yu)吸(xi)(xi)液管(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)介質(zhi)隔(ge)離(li)(li),消(xiao)除虹吸(xi)(xi),確保自吸(xi)(xi)泵(beng)(beng)泵(beng)(beng)腔介質(zhi)貯量,以供下(xia)次(ci)啟(qi)泵(beng)(beng)時(shi)(shi)(shi)自吸(xi)(xi)及正常運行。
三、自控式自吸泵怎么調
1、先打(da)開(kai)控制(zhi)器罩(zhao),然(ran)后平(ping)口(kou)螺絲(si)刀把中(zhong)間(jian)的調節(jie)旋(xuan)鈕順時針(zhen)向上旋(xuan),以獲(huo)得更高(gao)的斷開(kai)壓力;
2、把(ba)壓力罐上面(mian)的加氣(qi)螺(luo)母(mu)擰(ning)開,用打氣(qi)筒給(gei)里面(mian)加入(ru)氣(qi)體(ti),使其氣(qi)壓罐能起到穩壓的作用。
