三、太陽能電池片怎么進行回收
電(dian)(dian)池(chi)片可以回(hui)(hui)收,可以從(cong)太陽(yang)能電(dian)(dian)池(chi)中(zhong)回(hui)(hui)收純硅。
太陽能電池主要含有硅(約91.6%重量)。它還包含其他材料,例如底層的鋁,頂層的銀電極,以及頂層的鉛和抗反射涂層。p型和n型硅晶片位于抗反射涂層和鋁層之間。太陽能電池片藍色層(ceng)是抗(kang)反射涂(tu)層(ceng)(SiNx),白線(xian)是銀電(dian)極。太陽能電(dian)池片(pian)的底部為鋁層(ceng)。為了去除這些材料(鋁、銀、鉛(qian)和(he)抗(kang)反射涂(tu)層(ceng)),需使(shi)用(yong)化學處理(li)方法。
