4、加熱(re)管數量(liang):對于(yu)30L左(zuo)右(you)的(de)烤(kao)(kao)箱而言,其(qi)加熱(re)管在(zai)4根左(zuo)右(you)更好(hao),而更大的(de)烤(kao)(kao)箱則(ze)保(bao)持(chi)在(zai)6根以上為佳(jia)。烤(kao)(kao)箱加熱(re)管多,加熱(re)速度快,食(shi)物(wu)受(shou)熱(re)也(ye)更均勻,更能(neng)保(bao)障(zhang)烤(kao)(kao)制(zhi)食(shi)物(wu)熟(shu)食(shi)程度和口(kou)感。
