1.糯米粉加(jia)少許溫水捏(nie)成團;
2.然后(hou)取(qu)小(xiao)份(fen)揉搓成(cheng)小(xiao)丸子;
3.鍋(guo)中(zhong)放少許水,煮(zhu)開后先放入糯米小丸子,煮(zhu)至(zhi)浮起(qi),倒(dao)入甜酒(jiu)釀,撒幾顆枸杞(qi),待再次煮(zhu)開即可關火;
