用料:豬心、酸棗(zao)仁(ren)、遠志、鹽
做法:
1、把(ba)豬心縱向剖開,切成4大(da)塊,然后用初開的水淖一下,去掉豬心內(nei)臟的血腥(xing)氣(qi)味;
2、可以把豬(zhu)心直接放到(dao)砂(sha)鍋(guo)中,依次把炒(chao)酸棗(zao)仁、茯苓和遠(yuan)志放入(ru)鍋(guo)中共煮(zhu);
3、撇去水(shui)面(mian)的浮(fu)沫,待鍋開之后(hou),便減成微火,燉20分鐘至(zhi)豬(zhu)心熟透,出鍋前加鹽調味即可。
