一、電源板強制開機方法
1、在實際檢測中,建議在主電源輸出的(de)各(ge)組電(dian)壓上均接(jie)上相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)假負(fu)載,這(zhe)樣即可(ke)以準(zhun)確地判斷抄主電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)工作狀(zhuang)態,還可(ke)以避免部分電(dian)源(yuan)因十(shi)12V(或十(shi)5V)空載而不工作這(zhe)一情況襲(xi)出現。
2、強(qiang)制(zhi)開(kai)(kai)機(ji):在單(dan)獨(du)檢修電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)板(ban)時,應(ying)先找到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)板(ban)上(shang)的開(kai)(kai)/關(guan)機(ji)控制(zhi)端(duan),通常標注(zhu)為:0N/0FF、STB、P0W或PWR..0/F等,然后通過一只1KΩ~2KΩ的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)與(yu)十5VS(或十5VSB)端(duan)相連,讓(rang)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)各(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路全部進(jin)入工(gong)作狀態(tai)。對(dui)于大部分液知晶彩電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)而言,由于彩用(yong)的是高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平開(kai)(kai)機(ji),道故彩用(yong)上(shang)述方法均能強(qiang)制(zhi)開(kai)(kai)機(ji),但有少數開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)釆(bian)用(yong)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平開(kai)(kai)機(ji)方式(shi),這時用(yong)導線將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)板(ban)上(shang)的開(kai)(kai)/關(guan)端(duan)地短接即可。
二、電源板怎么量輸出和輸入
1、用指針(zhen)式萬用表測量液晶電源板基本電壓。
(1)將轉換開關打到直(zhi)流電(dian)壓檔DCV中10V檔位上。
(2)將紅(hong)色表筆(bi)插(cha)入標(biao)有“+”號的(de)插(cha)孔(kong),黑色表筆(bi)插(cha)入標(biao)有“-”(或(huo)com)號的(de)插(cha)孔(kong)。
(3)將紅色表筆接(jie)液(ye)晶(jing)(jing)電源板的5V接(jie)點(dian),黑色表筆接(jie)液(ye)晶(jing)(jing)電源板的接(jie)地點(dian)。
(4)觀察萬用表的指(zhi)針的指(zhi)示數值,然后讀數。
2、用指(zhi)針式(shi)萬用表測(ce)量液晶電(dian)源板(ban)的12V輸出電(dian)壓(ya)。
(1)將轉(zhuan)換開(kai)關打到直流電(dian)壓檔(dang)DCV中20V檔(dang)位上(shang)。
(2)將(jiang)紅(hong)色表(biao)筆插(cha)入標(biao)有“+”號的插(cha)孔(kong),黑(hei)色表(biao)筆插(cha)入標(biao)有“-”(或(huo)com)號的插(cha)孔(kong)。
(3)將(jiang)紅(hong)色(se)表(biao)筆接液(ye)晶電源板(ban)的12V接點處(chu),黑色(se)表(biao)筆接液(ye)晶電源板(ban)的接地點處(chu)。
(4)觀察萬用表的指針的指示數(shu)值,然后(hou)讀數(shu)。
