一、農用殺蟲劑殘留多久失效
農(nong)藥殺蟲劑(ji)是毒性(xing)較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)農(nong)藥,使(shi)用后通常(chang)會有一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)農(nong)藥殘(can)留(liu)(liu),殘(can)留(liu)(liu)期一(yi)般需要(yao)根據(ju)殺蟲劑(ji)品種和性(xing)狀而(er)(er)定,一(yi)般來講,乳油、懸浮劑(ji)等(deng)用于直接噴灑的(de)(de)(de)劑(ji)型對農(nong)作物的(de)(de)(de)污染相對要(yao)大(da)一(yi)些(xie),而(er)(er)粉劑(ji)由于其容易飄散而(er)(er)對環境和施藥者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)危(wei)害更大(da),下面是幾種常(chang)用農(nong)藥殺蟲劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)殘(can)留(liu)(liu)期:

溫馨提示:以上(shang)是正常使用(yong)情況下(xia)的(de)殘留期,如(ru)果遇到下(xia)雨的(de)話(hua),大概殘留1-2小時(shi)就會失效。
二、如何去除農藥殺蟲劑的殘留
農業(ye)生產中(zhong)為了減少(shao)蟲害,會(hui)使用農藥殺(sha)蟲劑,然(ran)后(hou)農藥殺(sha)蟲劑噴施(shi)后(hou)會(hui)有一定(ding)的殘留,如果擔心的話,可以采取以下方法進行處理:
1、堿水浸泡法
先將蔬菜水(shui)果表(biao)面沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)干(gan)凈,在堿水(shui)中浸泡(pao)5~10分(fen)鐘,然后用清水(shui)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)2~3遍。
2、臭氧洗脫法
用市售的臭氧發(fa)生器清(qing)洗(xi)和(he)浸泡各類瓜果蔬(shu)菜,清(qing)洗(xi)和(he)浸泡時間為10~20分(fen)鐘,可清(qing)除大部(bu)分(fen)農藥殘留。
3、儲存法
部分(fen)農藥可(ke)隨時(shi)間(jian)流逝緩慢(man)地分(fen)解為對人(ren)體無害的物質(zhi),因此對易于(yu)保存的瓜(gua)(gua)果(guo)(guo)(guo)蔬菜(cai)可(ke)通過一(yi)定時(shi)間(jian)的存放而(er)減少農藥殘(can)留量。此法適(shi)用于(yu)蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)、冬瓜(gua)(gua)等不易腐爛的水果(guo)(guo)(guo)蔬菜(cai)。這類(lei)水果(guo)(guo)(guo)蔬菜(cai)一(yi)般存放15天以上,即可(ke)去除大部分(fen)農藥殘(can)留。
4、加熱法
氨基甲酸酯類殺蟲劑會隨溫度升(sheng)高而加(jia)快分解,因此可(ke)(ke)通過加(jia)熱去除部分農藥殘留。此法可(ke)(ke)用(yong)于(yu)芹菜、菠(bo)菜、小白菜、圓白菜、青(qing)椒、菜花、豆角等。先用(yong)清水將(jiang)蔬菜表面洗凈,再放入沸水中焯2~5分鐘,再用(yong)清水沖(chong)洗1~2遍即可(ke)(ke)。
三、怎么預防農用殺蟲劑殘留危害
1、多(duo)買(mai)有機食(shi)(shi)品。有機農產品檢測到(dao)的殺蟲劑含量遠低于常(chang)規種植的食(shi)(shi)品。
2、徹底清洗果蔬。把水果或蔬菜(cai)放(fang)在流動(dong)的水下(xia)面沖洗,能(neng)比浸泡更有效地(di)去除殘余農(nong)藥。
