一、直(zhi)流(liu)屏(ping)一般用(yong)在什么地方
直流屏是(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan)操作(zuo)系統(tong)的(de)(de)簡(jian)稱(cheng),通(tong)(tong)用(yong)名為智能免維(wei)護直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan)屏,通(tong)(tong)用(yong)型號為GZDW。它的(de)(de)主要功能是(shi)把交流(liu)電(dian)轉化為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)。電(dian)廠和變(bian)電(dian)站(zhan)中的(de)(de)電(dian)力操作(zuo)電(dian)源(yuan)現今采用(yong)的(de)(de)都是(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan),它為控(kong)制負荷和動力負荷以及直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)事故照明(ming)負荷等(deng)提供電(dian)源(yuan),是(shi)當代電(dian)力系統(tong)控(kong)制、保護的(de)(de)基礎。
直流屏的應用范圍主要包括:新(xin)建或需要(yao)改造的各(ge)類發電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)、水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan);10KV、35KV、110KV、220KV、500KV等(deng)各(ge)類變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan);為(wei)高(gao)壓(ya)開關、繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)保護、應急燈光照明等(deng)提供(gong)控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)源和操作電(dian)(dian)(dian)源;可用于、冶金(jin)、石(shi)化(hua)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)鐵路等(deng)需要(yao)220V(110V)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的場合;通信(xin)(xin)、鐵路交換局、電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)、農話、移動基站(zhan),接(jie)入(ru)網等(deng)場合提供(gong)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)級一般為(wei)DC48V或者(zhe)DC24V。
二、直流屏的工作原理
直流屏電力操作電源系(xi)統(tong)由(you)(you)(you)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)配電部(bu)分(fen)(fen)、整(zheng)流(liu)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)、直流(liu)饋電部(bu)分(fen)(fen)、監控部(bu)分(fen)(fen)組成。其中交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)配電部(bu)分(fen)(fen)主要由(you)(you)(you)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)配電單元組成。整(zheng)流(liu)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)由(you)(you)(you)充電模塊(kuai)和(he)隔(ge)離二(er)極管組成。直流(liu)饋電部(bu)分(fen)(fen)由(you)(you)(you)降壓硅鏈(lian)、絕(jue)緣檢測、合(he)閘(zha)分(fen)(fen)路和(he)控制(zhi)分(fen)(fen)路組成,監控部(bu)分(fen)(fen)由(you)(you)(you)監控模塊(kuai)和(he)配電監控組成。
系統交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸入正常(chang)時(shi),兩路交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸入經交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)切換控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路選擇其中一(yi)路輸入,并(bing)通過(guo)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)單元(yuan)給各個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模塊供電(dian)(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模塊將三相(xiang)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)轉換為220V或110V的直流(liu)(liu)(liu),經隔離二極管(guan)隔離后并(bing)聯輸出,一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)給電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian),另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)通過(guo)合閘分路和控(kong)制分路給負載提供正常(chang)的直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源。
交流輸(shu)入(ru)停電(dian)或異常時,充電(dian)模塊停止(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo),由(you)電(dian)池(chi)通過合(he)閘分路(lu)和控(kong)制分路(lu)給負載供電(dian)。交流輸(shu)入(ru)恢復正常以后,充電(dian)模塊對電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)。
