二、直流屏蓄電池放電試驗操作方法

直流屏(ping)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗(yan)每半年(nian)進(jin)行一(yi)次(ci),放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)負荷為(wei)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)實際直流負荷,必要時(shi)(shi)可以加入事(shi)故照明(ming)及逆變負荷。考慮到變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)事(shi)故處理的緊迫性,尤其是煤礦(kuang)地面變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),每次(ci)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)間不得低于2小時(shi)(shi)。蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗(yan)應(ying)盡量選擇設(she)備檢(jian)修的時(shi)(shi)間,以避免(mian)因(yin)操作不當(dang)引起(qi)系統(tong)失(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導致機電(dian)(dian)(dian)事(shi)故。

1、將直(zhi)流屏微機監控單元切換到(dao)主界面,選擇(ze)參數(shu)顯示。檢查各(ge)運行參數(shu)均在正常范圍(wei)。

3、放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗期間應每隔20分鐘對直流屏巡視記(ji)錄一次,記(ji)錄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池總電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、單只蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流等(deng)的參數。放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)始第一次記(ji)錄時用萬用表或標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表核對一次單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)與觸摸(mo)屏顯示的蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)是否相符,以避免傳感器故障造(zao)成的微機監控單元與實際蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不(bu)相符。

4、放電試驗期(qi)間應同時檢(jian)查各蓄電池(chi)本體有(you)無(wu)異常(chang)(電池(chi)溫度有(you)無(wu)異常(chang)、有(you)無(wu)鼓包、有(you)無(wu)放電聲響)。

5、放(fang)電試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong)如有(you)單(dan)只蓄(xu)電池(chi)(chi)的(de)電壓低于11V,應立即停(ting)止放(fang)電試(shi)驗,將交流(liu)進線恢復送電,記錄各項數(shu)據及放(fang)電時間(開始(shi)放(fang)電到終止放(fang)電的(de)時間)。如果有(you)單(dan)只蓄(xu)電池(chi)(chi)低于11V的(de)應該考慮盡早(zao)更(geng)換整套全部(bu)電池(chi)(chi),以確保(bao)萬無(wu)一失。
