一、直流屏充電模塊的作用
直流屏充(chong)電模塊的主要功(gong)能是實現AC/DC變換(huan),還有系(xi)統控制、告警(jing)等功(gong)能。
1、自動(dong)/手動(dong)控(kong)制:直(zhi)流屏充電(dian)模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)具有自動(dong)/手動(dong)控(kong)制功能,在自動(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方式下(xia)(xia)(xia),充電(dian)模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)接收(shou)來(lai)自監控(kong)模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)的指令(ling)。通常(chang)情況下(xia)(xia)(xia),所有合閘模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)應(ying)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)于自動(dong)狀態下(xia)(xia)(xia),以實現監控(kong)模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)對電(dian)池(chi)的智能管理。手動(dong)狀態下(xia)(xia)(xia),有模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)面板上的電(dian)位器來(lai)調(diao)節模塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)的輸出電(dian)壓。
2、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓調節:直流(liu)屏充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊接受監控模(mo)塊的指(zhi)令,調節輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓到設定(ding)(ding)值。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓調整范(fan)圍(wei)可以在(zai)(zai)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下限(xian)(xian)(xian)(一(yi)般(ban)為198V/99V)和上限(xian)(xian)(xian)(一(yi)般(ban)為286V/143V)之間。限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu):指(zhi)將充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊的大輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)限(xian)(xian)(xian)制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),以控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池過(guo)流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊采用(yong)無級限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)技術,即在(zai)(zai)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)額定(ding)(ding)范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),可限(xian)(xian)(xian)流(liu)在(zai)(zai)任意點(dian),分辯率為1%。
3、地(di)址(zhi)設置:為(wei)了使監控模(mo)塊能夠識(shi)別各充電模(mo)塊,各個充電模(mo)塊都(dou)應該有一個地(di)址(zhi),地(di)址(zhi)范(fan)圍為(wei)0—31。
4、信息反指(zhi)示(shi):在充電(dian)模(mo)塊的面板上有(you)電(dian)源指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng),保護指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng),故(gu)障(zhang)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)和電(dian)壓/電(dian)流顯(xian)示(shi)表頭。
5、電源指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)(shi)燈:指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)(shi)充電模塊內部工(gong)作電源是否正常(chang)。
6、保(bao)護指示燈(deng):指示充電模塊處于保(bao)護狀態,包括交流輸入(ru)過/欠(qian)壓,輸入(ru)缺相(xiang),輸出(chu)欠(qian)壓等。
7、故(gu)障指示燈(deng):指充電模塊因故(gu)停止輸出,且故(gu)障因素消除后,模塊仍不能恢復工作(zuo),如輸出過壓等。
8、電(dian)壓/電(dian)流顯(xian)示(shi)表頭:指示(shi)充(chong)電(dian)模塊輸出的電(dian)壓和(he)電(dian)流,由(you)切(qie)換(huan)開關來切(qie)換(huan)顯(xian)示(shi)。
二、直流屏充電模塊燒壞的原因
1、模塊(kuai)(kuai)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓或欠電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,都是有損于蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu),如果自動部(bu)分故(gu)障的話(hua),建議使用模塊(kuai)(kuai)輸出,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過(guo)(guo)高對后(hou)面(mian)模塊(kuai)(kuai)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是不正常的情況,應及(ji)時找出原因。
2、在(zai)正常(chang)情況下(xia),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)所(suo)帶的(de)(de)負(fu)(fu)荷是(shi)直流(liu)負(fu)(fu)荷與(yu)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)浮充(chong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)浮充(chong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通常(chang)較(jiao)小,但(dan)如(ru)果電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組電(dian)(dian)壓過低(di),投入合閘母(mu)線(xian)開關的(de)(de)瞬間充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)非常(chang)大(da),對(dui)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)也是(shi)會(hui)帶來(lai)沖擊的(de)(de)。
3、如果并(bing)聯(lian)運行的充(chong)電模塊(kuai)的輸出均流嚴重不平(ping)衡(heng)很大可能會會帶(dai)來(lai)接連全部燒掉的惡性(xing)后(hou)果。
4、防塵(chen)網、防塵(chen)罩沒有(you)及(ji)時清理。
5、通風情況不(bu)好,導致(zhi)柜體溫度高(gao)。
6、人為的改變了其(qi)參數,沒有(you)打(da)到(dao)主動(dong)檔位。
7、人為因素。在直流屏投入使用時,當環境很差或有(you)潮濕的(de)情(qing)況下沒有(you)對(dui)其進行(xing)正常的(de)維護(hu)導(dao)致的(de)。
8、在使用中沒有(you)及時測(ce)得模(mo)塊的輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),之(zhi)后導(dao)致輸(shu)出過壓(ya)(ya),欠(qian)壓(ya)(ya)的情況。
