1、挑(tiao)選種(zhong)(zhong)類:谷(gu)物早(zao)(zao)餐(can)有(you)即(ji)(ji)食(shi)(shi)型和煮(zhu)食(shi)(shi)型兩種(zhong)(zhong),即(ji)(ji)食(shi)(shi)型經(jing)過了烘烤,碾壓等加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)序,這種(zhong)(zhong)谷(gu)物早(zao)(zao)餐(can)一(yi)般細碎,可以直接沖(chong)泡食(shi)(shi)用,也可以干吃。煮(zhu)食(shi)(shi)型需要(yao)沸水煮(zhu)泡15-30分鐘,有(you)的甚至需要(yao)浸(jin)泡一(yi)晚,沒有(you)即(ji)(ji)食(shi)(shi)方便,口感也沒有(you)即(ji)(ji)食(shi)(shi)的好,但因為加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)序少,所(suo)以營(ying)養流(liu)失也少,營(ying)養價值相(xiang)對較高。
2、看谷(gu)物(wu)(wu)含(han)(han)量:谷(gu)物(wu)(wu)的(de)含(han)(han)量會直接(jie)決定(ding)這款谷(gu)物(wu)(wu)早餐(can)(can)的(de)質量,毋庸置(zhi)疑,含(han)(han)量越高(gao)越好,但含(han)(han)量高(gao)則(ze)口感較差,所以在自己(ji)能接(jie)受的(de)范圍內,選擇純度較高(gao)的(de)谷(gu)物(wu)(wu)早餐(can)(can)即(ji)可。
3、看(kan)膳(shan)食(shi)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)含(han)量(liang):各(ge)種(zhong)谷(gu)(gu)物早(zao)(zao)餐中(zhong)膳(shan)食(shi)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)含(han)量(liang)不一(yi),一(yi)般國產谷(gu)(gu)物早(zao)(zao)餐中(zhong)的膳(shan)食(shi)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)不超過(guo)8%,進口谷(gu)(gu)物早(zao)(zao)餐不超過(guo)10%。在(zai)有條件的情況下,應盡可能膳(shan)食(shi)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)含(han)量(liang)較高的谷(gu)(gu)物早(zao)(zao)餐。
4、看添(tian)加劑:奶精(jing)、香(xiang)精(jing)、植脂末等添(tian)加劑,能(neng)使(shi)谷物早餐(can)的(de)口感(gan)更(geng)好(hao),香(xiang)味更(geng)濃,商(shang)家常常在(zai)谷物早餐(can)中添(tian)加這些成分,但(dan)他們對健康不利,少吃(chi)為(wei)好(hao)。
