4、看(kan)添(tian)加劑:奶精、香精、植脂末等添(tian)加劑,能使谷(gu)物早餐的口感更好(hao),香味更濃,商家常常在谷(gu)物早餐中添(tian)加這些(xie)成分,但他們對(dui)健康不利,少吃為好(hao)。
