佛(fo)(fo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)茶(永(yong)(yong)春(chun)(chun)佛(fo)(fo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)),簡(jian)稱(cheng)佛(fo)(fo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)。永(yong)(yong)春(chun)(chun)佛(fo)(fo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)系“中國(guo)申奧第一茶”,永(yong)(yong)春(chun)(chun)佛(fo)(fo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)茶又(you)名(ming)香(xiang)櫞(yuan)種(zhong)、雪(xue)梨,因(yin)其(qi)形似佛(fo)(fo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)、名(ming)貴(gui)勝金(jin),又(you)稱(cheng)“金(jin)佛(fo)(fo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)”,主(zhu)產于(yu)福(fu)建永(yong)(yong)春(chun)(chun)縣(xian)蘇坑、玉斗和桂洋等(deng)鄉鎮海(hai)拔600米至900米高山處。
永春佛手(shou)乃(nai)佛手(shou)品種茶(cha)樹(shu)梢(shao)制成,是(shi)福建(jian)烏龍茶(cha)中(zhong)風味獨(du)特(te)的(de)名品。
佛(fo)手茶樹品種有紅芽(ya)佛(fo)手與(yu)綠芽(ya)佛(fo)手兩(liang)種(以春芽(ya)顏色區分),以紅芽(ya)為佳。
鮮葉大的如掌,橢圓形,葉肉肥厚,3月下旬萌芽(ya),4月中旬開采,分四季采摘,春(chun)茶占40%。
佛(fo)手(shou)經傳統炮制與科(ke)學的精制加工(gong)制成(cheng)(cheng)袋泡茶,使佛(fo)手(shou)中的有效成(cheng)(cheng)分揮發(fa)油、佛(fo)手(shou)內酯、檸檬(meng)內酯、橙皮甙等(deng)得到(dao)充(chong)分利用,起到(dao)舒肝理(li)氣,和胃止痛(tong)的作用。
陰(yin)虛火旺、缺鈣、骨(gu)折(zhe)、神經衰弱(ruo)、失(shi)眠、感冒發(fa)燒、便秘者忌用(yong)。
