用量
燕(yan)窩(wo)講究少食(shi)多(duo)餐,保(bao)持定期進食(shi),建議干貨燕(yan)窩(wo)成(cheng)人(ren)每次食(shi)用(yong)3-5克(ke)(ke),兒童每次食(shi)用(yong)2-3克(ke)(ke)。
周期
燕(yan)窩的最(zui)佳(jia)食(shi)用周期為早(zao)晚各一次,如果經濟條件不允(yun)許可以每(mei)天一次,最(zui)少是三天一次,連續食(shi)用三個月(yue),效果才會比(bi)較明顯。
忌食
燕(yan)(yan)窩(wo)(wo)配(pei)食(shi)(shi)講究“以清配(pei)清,以柔配(pei)柔”。食(shi)(shi)用(yong)燕(yan)(yan)窩(wo)(wo)期(qi)間最好忌食(shi)(shi)辛辣油膩食(shi)(shi)物,不(bu)抽煙,香煙中(zhong)的(de)尼古丁會讓(rang)燕(yan)(yan)窩(wo)(wo)的(de)營養(yang)丟失。感冒期(qi)間由于人體不(bu)能很好的(de)吸(xi)收燕(yan)(yan)窩(wo)(wo)的(de)功效成(cheng)分,可暫停(ting)服用(yong),待好轉后再繼續(xu)服用(yong)燕(yan)(yan)窩(wo)(wo)。不(bu)能在兩個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)內(nei)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)服藥吃(chi)燕(yan)(yan)窩(wo)(wo),最好錯(cuo)開時(shi)(shi)間。燕(yan)(yan)窩(wo)(wo)什么時(shi)(shi)候吃(chi)最好早晚(wan)空腹食(shi)(shi)用(yong)吸(xi)收最好。
