電飯煲可以烤紅薯嗎
街頭路邊的烤紅薯,都是在一個大大的圓筒里,用炭火烤制而成的,而自己在家烤紅薯,沒有專門的烤制工具如烤箱、微波爐的話,可以選擇電飯煲,電飯煲烤(kao)紅薯味道同樣也(ye)不錯。

平(ping)時所買的(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)大多(duo)都比較臟(zang),上面(mian)很有可(ke)(ke)能還有一(yi)(yi)些(xie)泥土(tu),所以在烤(kao)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)前,需(xu)要(yao)將(jiang)(jiang)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)洗(xi)干凈(jing);等到把紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)洗(xi)干凈(jing)之(zhi)后,再把紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)個(ge)放在電(dian)(dian)飯鍋里,而在烤(kao)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)前也一(yi)(yi)定(ding)要(yao)將(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)飯鍋的(de)(de)鍋底刷(shua)上一(yi)(yi)層油或者加一(yi)(yi)點水之(zhi)后再把紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)放到電(dian)(dian)飯鍋里烤(kao),不能直接烤(kao),電(dian)(dian)飯煲可(ke)(ke)能會(hui)會(hui)燒壞;在烤(kao)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong),如果想要(yao)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)熟得更快的(de)(de)話,就可(ke)(ke)以拿一(yi)(yi)根牙簽在紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)上戳些(xie)小洞,小洞越(yue)(yue)密,紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)薯(shu)(shu)(shu)熟得越(yue)(yue)快。
電飯煲烤紅薯家常做法
食材: 紅薯10個(ge),清水100毫(hao)升。
做法:
1、首先把紅薯(shu)的根須(xu)掰除干(gan)(gan)凈(jing)(jing),再放入(ru)清(qing)水(shui)中搓揉干(gan)(gan)凈(jing)(jing)紅薯(shu)表面的泥(ni)土,一個個搓洗干(gan)(gan)凈(jing)(jing)。
2、然后放(fang)入電飯(fan)煲(bao)中擺放(fang)整齊,大的放(fang)在鍋(guo)底就可以,這樣熟得比較(jiao)均勻。
3、再(zai)倒入100毫升(sheng)的清水(shui),記住,水(shui)不能多,要不就(jiu)變成(cheng)水(shui)煮紅薯了,口感就(jiu)會(hui)差很多的,蓋(gai)上鍋蓋(gai),設置(zhi)煮飯(fan)鍵即可。
4、待煮飯程序結束,再燜上10分(fen)鐘,一開蓋,鍋(guo)底一滴水都(dou)沒(mei)有(you),這時候紅薯也是香(xiang)(xiang)甜撲鼻而來的(de)(de),表皮金黃金黃的(de)(de),咬上(shang)一口,真的(de)(de)香(xiang)(xiang)甜流(liu)油,太好吃了。
