白土月餅始創于明(ming)末(mo)的特色小(xiao)吃(chi),當地群眾稱之(zhi)為(wei)“賞餅”,為(wei)韶關(guan)市曲江(jiang)區白土鎮所獨創。

白土月餅具有(you)蓮(lian)蓉(rong)、豆蓉(rong)、椰(ye)蓉(rong)三(san)個(ge)品種(zhong)八種(zhong)規(gui)格(ge),其特色是(shi)選用本地純正(zheng)土榨花生油,以精選蓮(lian)子(zi)、綠豆、鴨蛋等為原料,采(cai)用傳統工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong),經(jing)數十道工(gong)(gong)序精制而成。
