魯北冬棗品種介紹
魯(lu)北冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)是魯(lu)北地區的(de)一個(ge)優質晚熟鮮食(shi)品種(zhong),又稱(cheng)沾化冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)、黃驊冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)、冰糖棗(zao)(zao)(zao)、蘋(pin)果(guo)(guo)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)、雁來紅等(deng)。魯(lu)北冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)一般在10月上中旬成(cheng)熟,魯(lu)北冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)特(te)點是果(guo)(guo)實近圓形(xing)(xing),果(guo)(guo)面平整(zheng)光(guang)潔,果(guo)(guo)形(xing)(xing)酷似(si)小(xiao)蘋(pin)果(guo)(guo)。平均(jun)單重16克(ke),最大果(guo)(guo)重36克(ke)。皮薄(bo)肉脆,濃(nong)甜微酸,啖食(shi)無渣,可(ke)溶性固形(xing)(xing)物(wu)含量34%—38%左右(you),最高達(da)40%-42%,可(ke)食(shi)率達(da)96.9%。而且不裂果(guo)(guo),果(guo)(guo)皮深(shen)紅光(guang)亮,營(ying)養極為(wei)豐富。魯(lu)北冬(dong)(dong)棗(zao)(zao)(zao)含有(you)天門冬(dong)(dong)氨酸、蘇氨酸等(deng)18種(zhong)人(ren)體(ti)所需的(de)氨基酸,還含有(you)豐富的(de)蛋白質、脂肪、膳食(shi)纖維以及多種(zhong)維生素和(he)鉀、鐵、銅等(deng)礦質營(ying)養。
